Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 電磁放射を送信し、後方散乱電磁放射を受信するように構成されたアンテナと、

前記生成される信号に基づいて視覚出力を生成するように構成された出力ユニットと、
を備えるリーダ装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記後方散乱電磁放射の受信される電力に基づいて前記位置合わせを決定する、請求項1に記載のリーダ装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記決定される位置合わせの変更に基づいて、前記生成される視覚出力を変更するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のリーダ装置。
- 前記後方散乱電磁放射はデータを提供し、前記制御ユニットは前記データに基づいて前記位置合わせを決定する、請求項1に記載のリーダ装置。
- 前記出力ユニットは移動命令を提供するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のリーダ装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは前記移動命令を計算するように構成される、請求項5に記載のリーダ装置。
- ハンドヘルドハウジングをさらに備え、前記アンテナ、前記制御ユニット、および前記出力ユニットは前記ハウジング上に配置される、請求項1に記載のリーダ装置。
- アンテナを介して電磁放射を送信すること、
前記アンテナを介して後方散乱電磁放射を受信すること、
前記後方散乱電磁放射に基づいて、前記後方散乱電磁放射を生じさせるデバイスと前記アンテナとの間の位置合わせを、プロセッサを介して決定すること、および、
前記決定される位置合わせに基づいて、出力構成要素を介して視覚出力を生成すること、
を含む、方法。 - 位置合わせを決定することは前記後方散乱電磁放射の受信される電力に基づく、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記決定される位置合わせの変更に基づいて、前記生成される視覚出力を変更することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記後方散乱電磁放射はデータを提供し、前記位置合わせを決定することは前記データに基づく、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記視覚出力を生成することは移動命令をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記移動命令を決定することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記送信することは、ハンドヘルドデバイスがタグの近くに配置されることに応答して実行され、前記ハンドヘルドデバイスは、前記ハンドヘルドデバイス上または内部に配置された前記アンテナ、前記プロセッサ、および前記出力構成要素を備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 命令を記憶している非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体を含む製品であって、システム内のプロセッサによって実行されたとき、前記命令は、
アンテナを介して電磁放射を送信すること、
前記アンテナを介して後方散乱電磁放射を受信すること、
前記後方散乱電磁放射に基づいて、前記後方散乱電磁放射を生じさせるデバイスと前記アンテナとの間の位置合わせを、プロセッサを介して決定すること、および、
前記決定される位置合わせに基づいて、出力構成要素を介して視覚出力を生成すること、
を含む動作を前記システムに実行させる、製品。 - 位置合わせを決定することは前記後方散乱電磁放射の受信される電力に基づく、請求項15に記載の製品。
- 前記決定される位置合わせの変更に基づいて、前記生成される視覚出力を変更することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の製品。
- 前記後方散乱電磁放射はデータを提供し、前記位置合わせを決定することは前記データに基づく、請求項15に記載の製品。
- 前記視覚出力を生成することは移動命令をさらに含み、前記移動命令を決定することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の製品。
