Claims (5)
- 発泡体積層被覆材であって、

前記第1の別個の疎水性網状発泡体層に結合され且つ前記第1の別個の疎水性網状発泡体層と実質的に同じ長さ及び幅を有する、下層の第2の別個の親水性層と
を含む、発泡体積層被覆材。 - 前記第1の別個の疎水性網状発泡体層に接続され且つ前記第1の別個の疎水性網状発泡体層を覆う気密シール層であって、前記第1の別個の疎水性網状発泡体層及び前記第2の別個の親水性層を取り囲むために第1の別個の疎水性網状発泡体層より大きいサイズを有する気密シール層を含み、前記発泡体は創傷の周りの皮膚に対する前記発泡体の周りの密封を可能にする、請求項1に記載の発泡体積層被覆材。
- 前記気密シール層のポートに動作可能に接続された陰圧装置を含む、請求項1に記載の発泡体積層被覆材。
- 前記層は、熱、接着剤、及び機械的な連結のうちの1つによって結合される、請求項1に記載の発泡体積層被覆材。
- 前記発泡体積層被覆材は、前記発泡体積層被覆材を特定の傷サイズに適合するように容易に引き裂くことを可能にするためにミシン目で螺旋状に切断されている、請求項1に記載の発泡体積層被覆材。
