Abstract
Description
。複数の呼吸の測度の解析的表現を計算するために、ヒルベルト変換が使用される。周期性呼吸の漸増性/漸減性信号の「瞬時の」不連続を除去するために、ランキング・フィルタが使用され、これにより、覚醒による同相の複数の不連続を通じた周期性呼吸の検出が可能となる。また、この方法は、検出された周期性呼吸の重症度(なし、軽度、中度、重度)を類別する。
タが、正常な呼吸の上限および下限のレートでボックス301に適用される。本発明の好適な一実施形態において、ローパス・フィルタは1.25Hzのカットオフ周波数を有し、ハイパス・フィルタは0.2Hzのカットオフ周波数を有する。これにより、図3に示されるプロセスの工程4に送られる信号Bが得られる。
性エンベロープ信号「H」と漸増性−漸減性ゼロ交差変動信号「I」とが、周期性呼吸の4つの程度(すなわち、なし、軽度、中度、および重度)により入力を分類する、最小距離の統計的分類技法に対して入力される。プロセスの最終出力信号が、図7に信号「J」として示される。この特定の場合には、図7に信号「A」として示される患者流量データの期間中に、アルゴリズムが周期性呼吸を中度として評価し、規則的な呼吸は、周期性呼吸成分がないものとして記録される。
Claims (10)
- 呼吸治療デバイスであって、
a.送風機と、
b.プロセッサと、
c.前記プロセッサの制御下において前記送風機の速度を制御するためのモータ制御部品と、
d.前記送風機からの空気の総流量を感知するための流量感知要素と、
e.前記プロセッサにより実行され、以下の機能、すなわち、
i.流量データを前記流量感知要素から収集する工程、
ii.前記デバイスのユーザにおける周期性呼吸のパターンを検出するために、前記流量データを解析する工程、
iii.前記周期性呼吸の重症度を評価する工程、および
iv.前記周期性呼吸の評価された前記重症度に基づいて、前記ユーザに対して与える治療を変更する工程を行うソフトウェアと
を備える、呼吸治療デバイス。 - 前記解析する工程が、
a.前記流量データから患者流量信号を導き出す工程と、
b.前記患者流量信号のパワー・エンベロープを計算する工程と、
c.前記患者流量信号の前記パワー・エンベロープの高速移動平均と低速移動平均との比を計算することにより、患者流量データの漸増および漸減サイクルを表す正規化振幅信号を得る工程と、
d.前記正規化振幅信号のパワー・エンベロープを計算する工程と、
e.前記正規化振幅信号のゼロ交差変動を表す信号を計算する工程と、
f.前記正規化振幅信号の前記パワー・エンベロープと前記正規化振幅信号の前記ゼロ交差変動を表す前記信号とを、前記周期性呼吸の重症度を評価する前記工程に対する入力として使用する工程とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。 - 前記患者流量信号の前記パワー・エンベロープと前記正規化振幅の前記パワー・エンベロープとが、ヒルベルト変換を使用して計算される、請求項2に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。
- 前記流量データから患者流量信号を導き出す前記工程が、
a.前記流量感知要素から受信される前記流量データをダウンサンプリングする工程と、
b.ハイパス・フィルタを適用して、バイアス流れを表す前記流量データのDC成分を取り除く工程とをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。 - 前記ハイパス・フィルタが二次バターワースフィルタである、請求項3に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。
- 前記周期性呼吸の重症度を評価する前記工程が、
a.重症度の各分類について、前記正規化振幅信号の前記パワー・エンベロープの範囲と前記正規化振幅信号の前記ゼロ交差変動を表す前記信号の範囲とを定義する工程と、
b.前記分類の各々における、前記正規化振幅信号の前記パワー・エンベロープと前記正規化振幅信号の前記ゼロ交差変動を表す前記信号との帰属関係に基づいて、前記評価を時間の関数として計算する工程とをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。 - 前記分類における前記帰属関係が、統計的解析を使用して計算される、請求項6に記載
の呼吸治療デバイス。 - 前記統計的解析が、最小距離の推定アルゴリズムを利用する、請求項7に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。
- 前記ユーザに対して与えられる治療を変更する前記工程が、無呼吸イベントが検出されたときに圧力の上昇を中止する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。
- 前記ユーザに対して与えられる治療を変更する前記工程が、周期性呼吸の持続期間が検出されたときに、圧力を低下させる工程を含む、請求項2に記載の呼吸治療デバイス。
