Description
Claims (13)
- 無線通信システムにおける送信パワー制御方法において、
無線機器がライセンスバンドを使用する第1のサービングセルと接続を確立するステップ;
前記無線機器が前記第1のサービングセルの指示によりアンライセンスバンドを使用する第2のサービングセルを活性化するステップ;及び、
前記第2のサービングセルでの送信パワーを前記無線機器または前記第2のサービングセルのCCA(clear channel assessment)カバレッジを考慮して決定するステップ;を含むことを特徴とする送信パワー制御方法。 - 前記第2のサービングセルでの送信パワーは、前記CCAカバレッジを考慮して計算される第1の送信パワーと前記CCAカバレッジを考慮せずに計算される第2の送信パワーのうち大きい値に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 前記第1の送信パワーは、前記第2のサービングセルから与えられる最小送信パワーに基づいて計算されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 前記第2の送信パワーは、前記第2のサービングセルに送信されるアップリンク信号のフォーマットに基づいて計算されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 前記第1の送信パワーは、他の無線機器のアップリンク送信を考慮して計算されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 前記無線機器が前記第2のサービングセルのためのパワーヘッドルームを報告するステップをさらに含み、
前記パワーヘッドルームは、スケジュールされたアップリンク信号の送信可否に関係なしで前記スケジュールされたアップリンク信号のフォーマットに基づいて計算されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送信パワー制御方法。 - 前記アンライセンスバンドは、5GHz帯域を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 前記アンライセンスバンドは、WLAN(wireless local area network)機器と共有されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 前記第1のサービングセルと前記第2のサービングセルは、互いに異なる基地局により動作することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送信パワー制御方法。
- 無線通信システムにおける送信パワーを制御する装置において、
無線信号を送信及び受信するRF(radio frequency)部;及び、
前記RF部と連結されるプロセッサ;を含み、前記プロセッサは、
無線機器がライセンスバンドを使用する第1のサービングセルと接続を確立し;
前記無線機器が前記第1のサービングセルの指示によりアンライセンスバンドを使用する第2のサービングセルを活性化し;及び、
前記第2のサービングセルでの送信パワーを前記無線機器または前記第2のサービングセルのCCA(clear channel assessment)カバレッジを考慮して決定することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2のサービングセルでの送信パワーは、前記CCAカバレッジを考慮して計算される第1の送信パワーと前記CCAカバレッジを考慮せずに計算される第2の送信パワーのうち大きい値に決定されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の送信パワーは、前記第2のサービングセルから与えられる最小送信パワーに基づいて計算されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の送信パワーは、前記第2のサービングセルに送信されるアップリンク信号のフォーマットに基づいて計算されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
