Claims (5)
- プレート式熱交換器(100;200;300;400;500)であって、凸部(R)及び溝(G)のプレス成形模様が施された複数の熱交換器プレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)からなる1つの積層を有し、前記積層の中の前記複数のプレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)は、1つの熱交換器プレートの複数の凸部(R)と隣接する1つのプレートの複数の溝(G)、及びその逆、との間の複数の接点が設けられることにより、互いからの距離を維持するように調整され、これにより、前記積層の中の隣接するすべての熱交換器プレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)の間にプレート間流路が形成され、前記プレート間流路への選択的流通を備えるために4つの開口部(102aa、102ab、102ac、102ad;P1〜P4;402aa〜402ad;502aa〜502ad)が配置されており、前記開口部(102aa、102ab、102ac、102ad;P1〜P4;402aa〜402ad;502aa〜502ad)は、2つずつ組んで同一の前記プレート間流路と流通するように配置され、前記の開口部の組の内の1組は残りの組よりも少なくとも2つ多いプレート間流路と流通し、前記開口部(102aa、102ab、102ac、102ad;P1〜P4;402aa〜402ad;502aa〜502ad)の間の前記選択的流通は、それぞれの熱交換器プレートの前記開口部を取り囲む面を様々な高さに設置して隣接するプレートの前記面が互いに接触したり、互いに接触しなかったりすることによって、少なくとも部分的には達成される、プレート式熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器プレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)は、熱交換器(100;200;300;400;500)を形成するために互いにロウ付される、請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器(100;200;300;400;500)。
- 前記熱交換器プレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)それぞれが、前記熱交換器プレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)の周囲に延びるスカート(S)を備え、前記隣接するプレートのスカート(S)は、前記熱交換器プレート(102a〜102j;202a〜202f;302a〜302i;402a〜402i;502a〜502j)が前記熱交換器を形成するために前記積層の中に配置されたときに互いに接触する、請求項1または2に記載のプレート式熱交換器(100;200;300;400;500)。
- 隣接するプレートの上にある前記開口部を取り囲む前記面の間にシーリングリング(110;SR;510)を設けることによって、前記開口部(102aa、102ab、102ac、102ad;P1〜P4;402aa〜402ad;502aa〜502ad)の幾つかと前記プレート間流路との間の選択的流通が達成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプレート式熱交換器(200;300;400;500)。
- 少なくとも幾つかの熱交換器プレート(202a〜202f;302a〜302i)の前記開口部(P1〜P4)の少なくとも幾つかが十分大きく、前記十分大きな開口部を備える熱交換器プレートの両側の上に設けられる熱交換器プレートの前記開口部を取り囲む面と面との接触が可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプレート式熱交換器(200;300;400;500)。
