1) 金属層システムの比、銅材料の特定の量を変化させること、

3) 焼鈍温度の変化を利用して拡散混合を変えること。
後者の点に関しては、焼鈍温度を利用して電気伝導性をカスタマイズするために、図1に示す五層の実施形態を作成することができる。

Claims (14)
- ニッケルまたはニッケル合金から選択された、良好なはんだ付け性を有する第1の金属層と、
鋼またはステンレス鋼から選択された、良好な抵抗溶接性を有する第2の金属層と、
銅または銅合金から選択された、低電気抵抗率を有する第3の金属層と、
鋼またはステンレス鋼から選択された、良好な抵抗溶接性を有する第4の金属層と、
ニッケルまたはニッケル合金から選択された、良好なはんだ付け性を有する第5の金属層と、
を備える、金属積層複合材。 - 前記第3の金属層が前記第2の金属層及び前記第4の金属層に接合され、前記第1の金属層が前記第2の金属層に接合され、前記第5の金属層が前記第4の金属層に接合される、請求項1に記載の積層複合体。
- 前記第1の層が実質的に1.5%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記第2の層が実質的に31.5%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記第3の層が実質的に34%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記第4の層が31.5%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記第5の層が1.5%の前記積層複合体を備える、請求項1に記載の積層複合体。
- 前記第1の層が実質的に0.3%〜8%の前記積層複合体を備え、
前記第2の層が実質的に8.2%〜39.7%の前記積層複合体を備え、
前記第3の層が実質的に20%〜83%の前記積層複合体を備え、
前記第4の層が8.2%〜39.7%の前記積層複合体を備え、
前記第5の層が0.3%〜8%の前記積層複合体を備える、請求項1に記載の積層複合体。 - 前記複合材の伝導性が20%IACS〜80%IACSの範囲である、請求項1に記載の積層複合体。
- 請求項1に記載の金属積層複合を備える、電池パック用コネクタタブ。
- 銅または銅合金から選択された、低電気抵抗率を有する中心金属層であって、前記金属合金が第1の及び第2の側面を有する前記中心金属層と、
第1及び第2の内部金属層であって、前記第1の内部金属層が前記中心金属層の前記第1の側面に沿って配置され、前記第2の内部金属層が前記中心金属層の前記第2の側面に沿って配置され、それぞれが鋼またはステンレス鋼から選択された良好な抵抗溶接性を有する、前記第1及び第2の内部金属層と、
第1及び第2の外部金属層であって、前記第1の外部金属層が前記第1の内部金属層に隣接し、前記第2の外部金属層が前記第2の内部金属層に隣接し、前記第1及び第2の外部金属層が、ニッケルまたはニッケル合金から選択された良好なはんだ付け性を有する、前記第1及び第2の外部金属層と、
を備える、金属積層複合材。 - 前記第1及び第2の外部金属層が実質的に1.5%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記第1及び第2の内部金属層が実質的に31.5%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記中心金属層が実質的に34%の前記積層複合体を備える、請求項7に記載の金属積層複合材。
- 前記第1及び第2の外部金属層がそれぞれ、実質的に0.3%〜8%の前記積層複合体を備え、
前記第1及び第2の内部金属層がそれぞれ、実質的に8.2%〜39.7%の前記積層複合体を備え、
前記中心層が実施的に20%〜83%の前記積層複合体を備える、請求項7に記載の金属積層複合材。 - 前記複合材の前記伝導性が20%IACS〜80%IACSの範囲である、請求項7に記載の積層複合体。
- 請求項7に記載の金属積層複合材を備える、電池用コネクタタブ。
- 銅または銅合金から選択された低電気抵抗率を有し、第1及び第2の側面を有する中心金属層と、
第1及び第2の内部金属層であって、前記第1の内部金属層が前記中心金属層の前記第1の側面に沿って配置され、前記第2の内部金属層が前記中心金属層の前記第2の側面に沿って配置され、それぞれが鋼またはステンレス鋼から選択された、良好な抵抗溶接性を有する、前記第1及び第2の内部金属層と、
第1及び第2の外部金属層であって、前記第1の外部金属層が前記第1の内部金属層に当接し、前記第2の外部金属層が前記第2の内部金属層に当接し、ニッケルまたはニッケル合金から選択された、良好なはんだ付け性を有する、前記第1及び第2の外部金属層と、を含む層を備え、
前記第1及び第2の外部金属層が実質的に0.3%〜8%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記第1及び第2の内部金属層が実質的に8.2%〜39.7%の前記積層複合体を備え、前記中心金属層が実質的に20%〜83%の前記積層複合体を備える、金属積層複合材。 - 前記複合材の伝導性が20%IACS〜80%IACSの範囲である、請求項12に記載の積層複合体。
