Abstract
Description
かしながら、いくつかのケースでは、適切なサイズの弁は利用されず、最適なものより大きい弁が用いられる場合がある。このケースでは、制御部材24及び密封要素28はよって、シートリング26に比較的近い、例えばシートリング26へと動く制御部材24の20%に最も近い範囲内での時間のほとんどで動作してもよく、縮小された流れ領域を形成するので、密封要素28とシートリング26の間に比較的高い変動流速度を引き起こすこれらの高い流速は、比較的柔らかい密封要素28に損傷を与える場合があり、制御部材24の遮断能力に影響を与える。

Claims (19)
- 制御弁の制御部材のための保持器であり、縦軸を有する本体部分と、上面と、底面と、を含み、前記底面は前記縦軸及び前記第1部分から離れて伸びる第2部分に平行に伸びる第1部分を有し、前記第2部分は前記縦軸に対して60°以上の角度である、前記保持器。
- 前記第2部分が、前記縦軸に対して60°以上かつ90°以下の角度である、請求項1に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記第2部分が、前記縦軸に対して70°以上かつ80°以下の角度である、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記第1部分が、前記本体部分から離れて縦方向外側に伸びるプラグ伸張を形成する、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記プラグ伸張が、シリンダ状の形状である、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 制御弁のための制御部材アセンブリであり、制御部材と、前記制御部材の一端に固定され、縦軸のある本体部分を有する保持器と、上面と、底面と、を含み、前記底面は前記縦軸と平行に伸びる第1部分及び前記第1部分から離れて伸びる第2部分を有し、前記第2部分は前記縦軸に対して60°以上の角度であり、前記保持器の前記上面と前記制御部材の間に配置された密封要素と、弁シートと、を含む前記制御部材アセンブリ。
- 前記第2面が、前記密封要素に向けて伸び、前記制御部材が閉鎖位置にある時に第1位置で前記密封要素と合い、前記第2面と前記弁シートの内面が互いに距離を置いて離間していてもよい、請求項6に記載の前記制御部材アセンブリ。
- 前記距離が、前記第2面の長さのおよそ10%であってもよい、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記制御部材アセンブリ。
- 前記第2部分が、前記縦軸に対して60°以上かつ90°以下の角度である、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記第2部分が、前記縦軸に対して70°以上かつ80°以下の角度である、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記第1部分が、前記本体部分から離れて縦方向外側に伸びるプラグ伸張を形成する、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記プラグ伸張が、シリンダ状の形状である、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 流路及びスロートを有する弁本体と、前記弁本体内に配置された制御部材と、前記スロートに近接する前記弁本体内に配置された弁シートと、前記制御部材の一端に取り付けられた保持器と、を含む制御弁であり、前記保持器は縦軸のある本体部分を有する保持器と、上面と、底面と、を含み、前記底面は前記縦軸と平行に伸びる第1部分及び前記第1部分から離れて伸びる第2部分を有し、前記第2部分は前記縦軸に対して60°以上の角度であり、前記制御弁は前記保持器の前記上面と前記制御部材の間に配置された密封要素を
含み、前記制御部材は、前記スロートを通じる流体の流れを防ぐ閉鎖位置にある前記弁シートと前記密封要素を接触させるよう前記弁本体内で縦方向に移動可能である、前記制御弁。 - 前記第2面が、前記密封要素に向けて伸び、前記制御部材が閉鎖位置にある時に第1位置で前記密封要素と合い、前記第2部分が前記弁シートの内面と距離を置いて離間していてもよい、請求項13に記載の前記制御部材アセンブリ。

- 前記第2部分が、前記縦軸に対して70°以上かつ80°以下の角度である、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
- 前記第1部分が、前記本体部分から離れて縦方向外側に伸びるプラグ伸張を形成する、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の前記保持器。
