Claims (20)
- ゲル部材(36)、および分離する試料液を受けるための1つ以上の試料ウェル(420)を有する分離ゲル装置(401)を用いる、電気泳動分離方法であって、前記試料ウェル(420)は、前記ゲル部材(36)と流体接触し、
分離する試料液を1つ以上の前記試料ウェル(420)に加えるステップと、
電気泳動分離プロセスを進めるために、前記ゲル部材(36)に電場を印加するステップであって、試料成分は、分離のために前記(複数の)試料ウェル(420)の前記試料液から前記ゲル部材(36)の中に取り出される、電場を印加するステップと、
除去基準を満たすときは、前記試料成分の前記分離ゲルへのローディングを中断するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記試料成分のローディングを中断するステップが、残っている前記試料液を前記1つ以上の試料ウェル(420)から除去するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
