Claims (12)
- 少なくとも4つの側壁部品と、前記側壁部品を互いに固定する固定用構造体と、少なくとも1つの発光素子とを含む、照明器具内に取り付けられる照明アセンブリであって、前記側壁部品は、4つの面を有する空洞の側壁を前記側壁部品が画定するように、前記照明器具内に配置され且つ互いに固定され、前記発光素子は、前記少なくとも4つの側壁部品の少なくとも一つに予め組み付けられ且つ前記空洞から光を放出し、前記側壁部品が前記照明器具内に配置されると、前記側壁部品間の接合部は、前記4つの面を有する前記空洞の隅にあるように配置され、前記側壁部品の少なくとも1つは、既定のセンサ取付位置及び既定の制御モジュール取付位置を有し、前記側壁部品の少なくとも2つのそれぞれは、前記照明器具内の前記照明アセンブリを支持する支持面であって、前記側壁部品が前記照明器具内に配置されると、前記4つの面を有する前記空洞の異なる面に配置されるように構成された前記支持面を含む、照明アセンブリ。
- 前記発光素子によって放出される光を拡散するための拡散器を含む、請求項1に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記固定用構造体は、前記側壁部品の少なくとも1つと一体形成されている少なくとも1つの突出部材と、前記側壁部品の少なくとも別のものと一体形成されている少なくとも1つの受入れ部材とを含み、前記側壁部品を互いに固定するために、前記突出部材は、前記受入れ部材と係合する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記突出部材はタブを含み、前記受入れ部材はスリットを含み、前記タブは、前記スリット内に挿入され、且つ前記側壁部品を互いに固定するために曲げられている、請求項3に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも4つの側壁部品の少なくとも1つが薄板材料によって形成される、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記支持面の少なくとも1つは前記側壁部品と一体形成される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記照明器具において前記照明アセンブリを支持するために、前記支持面の少なくとも1つは、前記照明器具のリムに配置されたフレームに係合する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記支持面は、前記側壁部品の突出フランジを含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記空洞から前記発光素子によって放出された光を反射する反射性表面を更に含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 前記発光素子は発光ダイオードLEDを含む、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリ。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明アセンブリを、取り付けるための方法であって、前記照明器具内に前記少なくとも4つの側壁部品を配置するステップと、前記側壁部品間の前記接合部が4つの面を有する前記空洞の隅に配置されるように、及び前記支持面が前記照明器具内の前記照明アセンブリを支持するように、前記固定用構造体によって前記側壁部品を互いに固定するステップとを含む、方法。
- 前記センサ取付位置の打ち抜き位置を取り除くステップと、前記制御モジュール取付位置の打ち抜き位置を取り除くステップと、前記センサ取付位置にセンサを固定するステップと、前記制御モジュール取付位置に制御モジュールを固定するステップとを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
