Abstract
Description
それぞれ流体接続箇所を形成するために、その他において示されていない導管のための結合部分12と14が、内ねじ10によって螺合されている。結合部分12、14は、外側の六稜ヘッド16と、内ねじ10と螺合される外ねじ部分18との間に、流体接続箇所にシールを形成するOリング22のためのリング溝20を有している。
Claims (9)
- ボールバルブであって、弁ハウジング(2)を有し、前記弁ハウジングが少なくとも2つの流体接続箇所(12、14)と、弁ハウジング(2)内に位置する弁ボール(26)とを有し、前記弁ボールが、少なくとも部分的に弁ハウジング(2)内へ嵌入する切替軸(32)によって切替位置へ回転操作可能であり、前記切替位置において弁ボール(26)の流体通路(30)を介して流体接続箇所(12、14)の間の流体接続が解放され、あるいは遮断される、ボールバルブにおいて、
センサ配置(52、54)が設けられており、前記センサ配置が、弁ボールに設けられた位置情報(48、50)を読み出すことによって弁ボール(26)のそれぞれの切替位置を認識する、ことを特徴とするボールバルブ。 - 位置情報(48、50)を非接触で読み出すセンサ配置(52、54)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボールバルブ。
- 位置情報が、弁ボール(26)に設けられた、1つより多い位置マーク(48、50)からなるパターンとして形成されており、かつ
センサ配置が、弁ハウジング(2)に対応づけられた、位置マーク(48、50)を認識する少なくとも1つのセンサ(52、54)を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のボールバルブ。 - 弁ボール(26)が、切替軸(32)の回転軸線(36)に対して直角に直線的に延びる流体通路(30)と位置情報としての2つの位置マーク(48、50)とを有しており、前記位置マークの各々が回転軸線(36)に対して変位して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のボールバルブ。
- センサ配置が、弁ハウジング(2)内へ挿入された2つのセンサ(52、54)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のボールバルブ。
- センサ(52、54)が直線上に互いに離れて配置されており、前記線が切替軸(32)の回転軸線(36)と交わり、かつ弁ボール(26)の開放位置にある流体通路(30)の方向に対して直角に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のボールバルブ。
- 位置マークとして凹部が、好ましくは袋孔(48、50)の形態で、弁ボール(26)の外側面に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のボールバルブ。
- 弁ボール(26)が、強磁性の特性を有しており、かつ、
センサとして誘導性の近接スイッチ(52、54)が設けられており、前記近接スイッチが切替信号を発生させるために、弁ボール(26)の袋孔(48、50)のセンサ(52、54)へ向けて方向付けされた位置を認識する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のボールバルブ。 - センサとして挿入片が、好ましくは螺合によって、弁ハウジング(2)の透孔内に収容されており、かつ
透孔内及び挿入片に、圧力に強い密閉を形成するシール部材のためのシール面(56)が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のボールバルブ。
