Claims (16)
- 調節可能な弁輪形成術器具(1)において、概ね環形状を有するまたは環形状になるように設けられたチューブ(2)を備え、該チューブ(2)の外壁(3)の少なくとも1つ、好適には3つの部分または前記外壁の全体は、内壁(4)の反対の部分または前記内壁(4)の全体よりも剛性が高く、前記内壁は、前記外壁(3)よりも、前記環形状によって定められた内側領域(5)の近くに配置されており、少なくとも1つの作動エレメント(10)による作動時に、前記外壁(4)が概ね不変を保つ一方、前記内壁(4)は少なくとも周囲における剛性のより低い部分に沿って内方へ変位するように設けられていることを特徴とする、調節可能な弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記チューブ(2)は、デリバリシステムの解放時に環形状になるように設けられた直線的な細長い形状である、請求項1記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記内壁(4)は、少なくとも1つ、好適には3つの中断部分(6)を有し、該中断部分の反対の外壁部分は連続的であり、前記内壁(4)は、前記作動時に前記中断部分(4)に隣接して内方へ回転させられることができる、請求項1または2記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記チューブ(2)は、前記中断部分(6)の領域において他の領域よりも大きなセル(28)を有する、請求項3記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記内壁(4)は、前記外壁(3)よりも薄い、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記チューブ(2)は、概ねセル(28)を備えたメッシュ構造として形成されており、前記内壁(4)は、前記外壁(3)よりも大きなメッシュセル(28)を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記外壁(3)は、支持リングを含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 前記チューブ(2)は、形状記憶材料、好適にはニチノールを含み、好適には、形状記憶材料、好適にはニチノールから形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの作動エレメント(10)が、前記外壁(3)または前記内壁(4)に一体化可能であるまたは一体化されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁輪形成術器具(1)。
