Claims (19)
- −第1セクション及び第2セクションを持つ本体と、
−前記本体に対し、第1位置と第2位置との間を移動可能に配置されたスライドであって、前記スライドは永久磁石、前記永久磁石の対向する磁極面に取り付けられた第1磁極片及び第2磁極片を有するスライドを有する、
磁石であって、
前記第1セクションは前記本体の第1キャビティ内に開口する孔を有し、前記第1キャビティの底部は前記第2セクションによって少なくとも部分的に区画され、前記孔内にスライドが、前記第2磁極片が前記第1キャビティの底部に向けられるようにして移動可能に設けられ、前記スライドの第1位置においては、前記永久磁石から発生される磁束が前記第1セクションによって短絡され、前記スライドの第2位置においては、前記永久磁石から発生される磁束が前記第1セクション及び前記第2セクションを通過することを特徴とする、
磁石。 - 前記永久磁石の厚さは前記第1磁極片及び前記第2磁極片の厚さより小さい、請求項1に記載の磁石。
- スライドの厚さは前記孔の深さより大きい、請求項1又は2に記載の磁石。
- 前記第1セクション及び前記第2セクションは共に非磁性材料で造られた前記本体の第3セクションに取り付けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記第3セクションは前記第1キャビティの壁を画成している、請求項4に記載の磁石。
- 前記第1セクション及び前記第2セクションは一体的部分を形成している、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記磁石は前記本体に取り付けられるコイルを有し、前記コイルは、前記コイルに供給される電流の方向に依存して、前記スライドを前記第1位置又は前記第2位置の方向へ動かすための磁力を発生するように構成された、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記磁石は、前記コイルに電流を供給する手段を有する、請求項7に記載の磁石。
- 前記本体は、第2キャビティが前記本体に形成されるように、前記第1セクションに取り付けられた第4セクションを有し、前記第2キャビティは前記孔を介して前記第1キャビティに連通している、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティは媒体を含み、前記磁石は、前記媒体を前記第1キャビティと前記第2キャビティの間で搬送するための第1通路を有し、前記第1通路の第1端部は、前記第1キャビティに接続され、前記第1通路の第2端部は、前記第2キャビティに接続されている、請求項9に記載の磁石。
- 前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティは媒体を含み、前記本体は、前記第1キャビティの内外へ媒体を搬送するための第2通路と前記第2キャビティの内外へ媒体を搬送するための第3通路を有し、前記第2通路の第1端部は前記第1キャビティに連通し、前記第3通路の第1端部は前記第2キャビティに連通している、請求項9に記載の磁石。
- 前記磁石は、前記第2通路及び前記第3通路の第2端部に接続されたポンプを有する、請求項11に記載の磁石。
- 前記媒体はガス又は液体である、請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記磁石は、前記スライドの周りに取り付けられた又は前記孔の壁に取り付けられたシールリングを有する、請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記シールリングは、前記第1磁極片の溝に取り付けられる、請求項14に記載の磁石。
- 前記スライドは、前記シールリングを保持するための前記第1磁極片の頂部に取る付けられたキャップを有する、請求項14に記載の磁石。
- 前記スライドは、前記第2磁極片から前記第1キャビティの底部の穴に向けて延びる案内ロッドを有する、請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載の磁石。
- 前記磁石は、
−前記第1セクション内の磁束密度を測定するように構成された磁束センサと、
−測定された磁束密度に基づいて前記スライドの位置を決定するための手段、
を有する、請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載の磁石。 - 前記磁束センサは、ホールセンサ、AMR磁気メータ、MEMSセンサ又はリードリレーである、請求項18に記載の磁石。
