Description
Claims (22)
- スイッチングネットワークの回路であって、
無線周波数(RF)信号を受信するべく構成された入力極と、RFコンポーネントへの前記RF信号の引き回しを許容するべく前記入力極に接続可能に構成されたパススルー投と、前記入力極及び少なくとも一つのバイパス伝導経路に接続可能に構成された少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投とを有する第1スイッチと、
一極及び一投を含む第2スイッチと
を含み、
前記第2スイッチは、前記RFコンポーネントの出力と前記バイパス伝導経路との間に接続可能に構成される回路。 - 前記第2スイッチは少なくとも一つの単極単投(SPST)スイッチを含む請求項1の回路。
- 前記第2スイッチは、前記RFコンポーネントの出力の各チャネルに対して一つのSPSTスイッチを含む請求項2の回路。
- 前記一以上のSPSTスイッチはそれぞれ、前記回路がバイパスモードの場合に開状態にあり、前記回路がパススルーモードの場合に閉状態にある請求項3の回路。
- 前記第1スイッチは、単極を入力極とし、多投を、パススルー投及び少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投を含むようにした単極多投(SPMT)スイッチである請求項1の回路。
- 前記RFコンポーネントはフィルタを含む請求項5の回路。
- 前記少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投は2以上の投を含む請求項5の回路。
- 前記RFコンポーネントはダイプレクサを含む請求項7の回路。
- 半導体ダイであって、
複数のコンポーネントを受容するべく構成された基板と、
前記基板に設けられたスイッチングネットワークと
を含み、
前記スイッチングネットワークは、無線周波数(RF)信号を受信するべく構成された入力極と、RFコンポーネントへの前記RF信号の引き回しを許容するべく前記入力極に接続可能に構成されたパススルー投と、前記入力極及び少なくとも一つのバイパス伝導経路に接続可能に構成された少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投とを有する第1スイッチを含み、
前記スイッチングネットワークはさらに、一極及び一投を有する第2スイッチを含み、
前記第2スイッチは、前記RFコンポーネントの出力と前記バイパス伝導経路との間に接続可能に構成される半導体ダイ。 - 前記スイッチングネットワークは、シリコン・オン・インシュレータ(SOI)プロセス技術として実装される請求項9の半導体ダイ。
- 前記スイッチングネットワークは、擬似格子整合高電子移動度トランジスタ(pHEMT)プロセス技術として実装される請求項9の半導体ダイ。
- 無線周波数(RF)モジュールであって、
複数のコンポーネントを受容するべく構成されたパッケージング基板と、
前記パッケージング基板に搭載されたダイと、
前記ダイと前記パッケージング基板との間に電気接続を与えるべく構成された複数のコネクタと
を含み、
前記ダイは、無線周波数(RF)信号を受信するべく構成された入力極と、RFコンポーネントへの前記RF信号の引き回しを許容するべく前記入力極に接続可能に構成されたパススルー投と、前記入力極及び少なくとも一つのバイパス伝導経路に接続可能に構成された少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投とを有する第1スイッチを含むスイッチングネットワークを有し、
前記スイッチングネットワークはさらに、一極及び一投を有する第2スイッチを含み、
前記第2スイッチは、前記RFコンポーネントの出力と前記バイパス伝導経路との間に接続可能に構成されるRFモジュール。 - 前記ダイはシリコン・オン・インシュレータ(SOI)ダイである請求項12のRFモジュール。
- 前記ダイは擬似格子整合高電子移動度トランジスタ(pHEMT)ダイである請求項12のRFモジュール。
- 無線周波数(RF)デバイスであって、
RF信号を処理するべく構成された送受信器と、
前記RF信号の送信及び受信を容易にするべく前記送受信器と通信するアンテナと、
前記送受信器と前記アンテナとの間に実装されて前記RF信号を引き回すべく構成されたスイッチングネットワークと
を含み、
前記スイッチングネットワークは、入力信号を受信するべく構成された入力極と、RFコンポーネントへの前記入力信号の引き回しを許容するべく前記入力極に接続可能に構成されたパススルー投と、前記入力極及び少なくとも一つのバイパス伝導経路に接続可能に構成された少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投とを有する第1スイッチを含み、
前記スイッチングネットワークはさらに、一極及び一投を有する第2スイッチを含み、
前記第2スイッチは、前記RFコンポーネントの出力と前記バイパス伝導経路との間に接続可能に構成されるRFデバイス。 - バイパスアーキテクチャを有するデバイスを作製する方法であって、
無線周波数(RF)信号のバイパスを専用とする少なくとも一つの投を含むスイッチを形成し又は与えることと、
RFコンポーネントを形成し又は与えることと、
前記RFコンポーネントをバイパスする対応伝導経路へと、少なくとも一つの専用バイパス投を接続することと
を含む方法。 - 前記RFコンポーネントの一以上の出力チャネルのそれぞれに第2スイッチを形成し又は与えることをさらに含む請求項16の方法。
- 前記RFコンポーネントはフィルタを含む請求項16の方法。
- 前記RFコンポーネントはダイプレクサを含む請求項16の方法。
- スイッチングネットワークにおいて無線周波数(RF)コンポーネントをバイパスさせる方法であって、
第1スイッチを、前記第1スイッチの入力極で受信したRF信号が、専用バイパス投を介してバイパス伝導経路へと引き回されるように動作させることと、
前記RFコンポーネントが前記バイパス伝導経路から接続解除されるように第2スイッチを動作させることと
を含み、
前記第1スイッチの動作は、前記RFコンポーネントを前記第1スイッチの入力極から接続解除することを含む方法。 - 前記RFコンポーネントはフィルタを含む請求項20の方法。
- 前記RFコンポーネントはダイプレクサを含む請求項20の方法。
