Abstract
Description
本明細書で開示される装置、システム及び方法は一般に、マーカを用いた器具追跡に関し、より詳細には、眼科手術においてマーカを用いた器具追跡を行うように構成された装置、システム及び方法に関する。
例示的な態様において、本開示は眼科手術器具追跡システムに関する。眼科手術器具追跡システムは、眼球内に挿入するように構成成された遠位部を有する眼科手術器具、眼科手術器具の遠位部に位置するマーカ、及びマーカの検出により眼球内の眼科手術器具の遠位部の位置を判定するように構成成された器具の位置検出システムを含んでもよい。

Claims (20)
- 眼球内に挿入されるように構成された遠位部を含む眼科手術器具と、
前記眼科手術器具の前記遠位部に位置するマーカと、
器具の位置検出システムであって、
前記眼球の眼底内に撮像光を導入するように構成成された光源と、
前記眼底から反射された前記撮像光を受光し、前記眼球内に挿入された前記眼科手術器具の前記遠位部に合わせて前記眼底の画像を撮像するように構成成された撮像装置と、
前記眼底の前記画像内で前記マーカの位置を判定するように構成成された処理装置と、
を含む前記器具の位置検出システムと、
を含む眼科手術器具追跡システム。 - 前記処理装置が、
前記マーカを識別するために前記撮像画像を処理し、
手術データを示すインジケータを生成し、
前記インジケータを表示装置に重ね合わせる、
ように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。 - 前記マーカが、可視光域に1つまたは複数の高コントラスト特徴を有する、請求項1に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。
- 前記マーカが、前記眼科手術器具に付着したデカールである、請求項1に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。
- 前記マーカが、前記眼科手術器具の内表面に内接するか、または壁部に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。
- 前記マーカが、前記撮像画像内で前記マーカの配向を示すように構成成されたパターンを含む、請求項1に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。
- 前記マーカが、赤外域または他の分光域において高コントラスト特徴を有する、請求項1に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。
- 前記処理装置がさらに、
前記撮像画像にコントラスト及び特徴強調処理を行い、
前記強調画像内で前記マーカの画像を推定し、
前記強調画像から前記マーカの前記画像を抽出し、
前記マーカの前記画像から前記マーカの形状、位置及び配向を判定する、
ことによって前記撮像画像内の前記マーカを識別するように構成された、請求項2に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。 - 前記手術データが、前記眼科手術器具の位置、前記眼科手術器具の配向、画像、外科的設定のパラメータのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項2に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。
- 前記撮像装置が前記眼球の映像を撮像するように構成され、
前記処理装置が前記インジケータを継続的に生成し、リアルタイムで重ね合わせるように構成される、
請求項2に記載の眼科手術器具追跡システム。 - 眼球内に挿入されるように構成された遠位部と、
前記遠位部に配置され、また撮像装置によって撮像されるように構成されたマーカであって、前記眼科手術器具の遠位端の配向及び位置を示すように構成されたパターンを含む前記マーカと、
を含む眼科手術器具。 - 前記マーカが、可視光域に1つまたは複数の高コントラスト特徴を有する、請求項11に記載の眼科手術器具。
- 前記マーカが、前記眼科手術器具に付着したデカールである、請求項11に記載の眼科手術器具。
- 前記マーカが、前記眼科手術器具の内表面に内接するか、または壁部に埋め込まれる、請求項11に記載の眼科手術器具。
- 前記マーカが、赤外域または他の分光域において高コントラスト特徴を有する、請求項11に記載の眼科手術器具。
- 眼球内に挿入された眼科手術器具の追跡方法であって、
眼球の眼底内への撮像光の導入と、
撮像装置による、前記眼底から反射された前記撮像光の受光と、
前記撮像装置による、前記眼球内に挿入された眼科手術器具の遠位部に合わせた、前記眼底の画像の撮像と、
前記眼科手術器具の前記遠位部に付着したマーカの位置の判定と、
を含む方法。 - 前記マーカの位置の前記判定が、
前記マーカを識別するための前記撮像画像の処理と、
手術データを示すインジケータの生成と、
前記インジケータの前記撮像画像または処理済み画像への重ね合わせと、
前記撮像画像または前記処理済み画像の、前記重ね合わされたインジケータとの、表示装置上の表示と、
を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記撮像画像の前記処理が
前記撮像画像のコントラスト及び特徴強調処理の実行と、
前記強調画像での前記マーカの画像の推定と、
前記強調画像からの前記マーカの前記画像の抽出と、
前記マーカの前記画像からの、前記マーカの形状、位置及び配向の判定と、
を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記手術データが、前記眼科手術器具の位置、前記眼科手術器具の配向、画像、外科的設定のパラメータのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記眼球の映像の撮像ならびに前記インジケータの継続的な生成及びリアルタイムの重ね合わせをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
