Claims (19)
- 骨の層を穿通するように構成された骨穿通機構と、
骨コアリング装置の末端に分離可能に係合するように構成された固着機構と
を有する着脱式先端装置。 - 前記骨の層は皮質骨から構成される、請求項1に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 前記固着機構は、前記骨コアリング装置の末端に沿った窓面に分離可能に係合するように構成されている押しボタン又はツメである、請求項1に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 前記窓面は、前記骨コアリング装置から前記骨穿通機構への捻り荷重の伝達を補助するために、係合された前記固着機構の前記窓面に対する動きを最小化するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 前記固着機構から伸長し、前記固着機構の前記骨コアリング装置の末端との係合及び分離の少なくとも1つを補助する変形可能な要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 前記変形可能な要素は、前記骨コアリング装置から前記骨穿通機構へ捻り荷重を伝達するように構成されている非対称な断面形状を有する、請求項5に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 前記骨コアリング装置の末端機構に保護表面を提供するように構成されている保護要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 前記保護要素は、適合性材料からなるOリングである、請求項7に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 少なくとも捻り荷重又は縦荷重が前記骨コアリング装置に作用したときに、前記着脱式先端装置を前記骨コアリング装置に対して安定させるように構成されているスリーブ管を更に含む、請求項1に記載の着脱式先端装置。
- 骨の層を穿通するように構成されている骨穿通機構及び骨コアリング装置の末端に分離可能に係合するように構成されている固着機構を含み、骨コアリング装置の末端に固着する着脱式先端装置を提供することと、
着脱式先端装置の固着機構を骨コアリング装置の末端に係合すること
からなる方法。 - 骨穿通機構を用い骨の層を穿通することを更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記骨の層は皮質骨からなる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記固着機構は骨コアリング装置の末端に沿って窓面に分離可能に係合されている押しボタン又はツメである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記窓面は、捻り荷重を骨コアリング装置から骨穿通機構へと伝達することを補助するために、係合された固着機能の窓面に対する動きを最小化するように構成されている、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記着脱式先端装置は、前記固着機構から延伸し前記固着機構と骨コアリング装置の末端との係合又は分離の少なくとも一方を補助する変形可能な要素を更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記変形可能な要素は、捻り荷重を前記骨コアリング装置から前記骨穿通機構に伝達するように構成されている非対称な断面形状を有している、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記着脱式先端装置は、前記骨コアリング装置の末端機構用の保護表面を提供するように構成されている保護要素を更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記保護要素は、適合性材料からなるOリングである、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記着脱式先端装置は、少なくとも捻り荷重や縦荷重が骨コアリング装置に加わったときに、前記着脱式先端装置を骨コアリング装置に対して安定化させるスリーブ管を更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
