- 補強された複合構造体を組み立てるための方法であって、
寸法を変えることが可能なプリプレグ複合積層外板要素の第1の側に沿って複数の乾燥繊維を配置するステップ、

- 前記複数の乾燥繊維を配置する前記ステップが、前記複数の乾燥繊維を、1インチ当たり10度(10°/インチ)未満の第1の軸の周りでの幾らかの捩じりを有する構成へと形成することを含む、請求項4に記載の組み立てるための方法。

- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記中間層が不浸透性バリアを備えることを更に含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記中間層が、接着フィルム、テクスチャ加工されたフィルム、二重層フィルム、及びベールのうちの1つを備えることを更に含む、請求項9に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記中間層が浸透性バリアを備えることを更に含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記中間層が複数の孔を画定することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記中間層が、接着フィルム、テクスチャ加工されたフィルム、二重層フィルム、及びベールのうちの1つを備えることを更に含む、請求項12に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記樹脂を前記複数の乾燥繊維に注入する前記ステップの前に、前記複数の乾燥繊維を樹脂バリアの中へ配置するステップを更に含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素が、オートクレーブ外プリプレグ複合材料を含むことを更に含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 注入する前記ステップが、前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素が中間の硬化段階を経るように、前記樹脂の注入と前記複数の乾燥繊維、及び前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素に対して熱を加えるステップを更に含む、請求項15に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 共硬化させる前記ステップが、前記複数の注入された繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素に対して、大気圧から平方インチ当たり四十五ポンド(45psi)までの範囲内に含まれる圧力を加えるステップを更に含む、請求項16に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 共硬化させる前記ステップが、前記複数の注入された繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素を、華氏二百八十度(280°F)から華氏四百度(400°F)までの範囲内に含まれる温度へ加熱することを更に含む、請求項16に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 前記複数の乾燥繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素との間に中間層を配置する前記ステップが、前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素が、オートクレーブ内プリプレグ複合材料を含むことを更に含む、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てるための方法。
- 共硬化させる前記ステップが、前記複数の注入された繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素に対して、平方インチ当たり四十五ポンド(45psi)から平方インチ当たり百ポンド(100psi)までの範囲内に含まれる圧力を加え、且つ、前記複数の注入された繊維と前記プリプレグ複合積層外板要素を、華氏四百度(400°F)までの範囲内に含まれる温度へ加熱するステップを更に含む、請求項19に記載の組み立てるための方法。
