Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mask used by being worn on a human face, and more particularly to a transparent mask that makes it easy to visually recognize a wearer's mouth from the outside.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, masks that are used while being worn on a human face are known. For example, in hospitals where microorganisms are likely to spread, nursing care facilities where there is concern about infection to the elderly, construction sites where fine dust is likely to be generated, etc. A mask covering the nostril is worn for the purpose of preventing the intrusion. In recent years, since the number of people suffering from hay fever is increasing, the number of people wearing masks as a countermeasure against hay fever is also increasing.
By the way, the conventional mask is constituted by using a woven or non-woven fabric of natural fibers such as gauze as a filter so as not to disturb the wearer's breathing while securing the capturing of fine foreign substances.
However, since the mask having such a conventional structure does not have translucency, the mask of the wearer is covered and the facial expression of the wearer cannot be seen from the outside. For this reason, wearing a mask tended to give intimidation and fear to others.
In particular, in hospitals and nursing homes, employees are often required to wear a mask. On the other hand, children and elderly people may feel anxious about the employee wearing the mask. In addition, even at construction sites, wearing a mask may not be able to sufficiently communicate with others, which may hinder work.
In order to solve such a problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-11475 (Patent Document 1) forms a region covering the front surface of the face with a transparent resin sheet, and allows the bottom portion located under the chin to be breathable. A transparent mask having a composite structure formed by a filter has been proposed. However, since the transparent resin sheet has almost no breathability, it feels difficult to breathe, and there is a problem that it tends to become cloudy due to breathing, and it has a shape that protrudes greatly forward from the face for structural reasons, and to others There was a problem that it was easy to give a strange feeling.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-146396 (Patent Document 2) proposes a mask made of a synthetic resin fiber having translucency, but the mask having such a structure has sufficient transparency and filterability. It was difficult to achieve both. That is, even if the fiber is made translucent, it has been difficult to obtain sufficient transparency of the mask due to refraction and reflection of light on the fiber surface. Moreover, the translucent fiber has a single-line structure extending in a constant cross section, which is different from a natural fiber which is a continuous fiber with a large number of fibers such as conventional cotton yarn. Therefore, even if a cloth-like body is composed of a large number of fibers as a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric, there is no fuzz like natural fibers in each fiber, and there is no gap between twists, so the fiber surface area is also reduced. In addition, it is difficult to realize a small gap, and the filter function is inevitably lowered as compared with conventional natural fibers such as cotton yarn. Therefore, it has been difficult to obtain sufficient transparency and filterability with a mask having a conventional structure using resin fibers having translucency as described in Patent Document 2.
The present invention has been made in the background of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the solution is to improve the transparency and air permeability, and at the same time achieve a high level of filterability against minute foreign matter. It is to provide a transparent mask having a simple structure.
Hereinafter, the aspect of this invention made | formed in order to solve such a subject is described. In addition, the component employ | adopted in each aspect as described below is employable by arbitrary combinations as much as possible.
The first aspect of the present invention is configured using a cloth-like body made of a translucent fiber having translucency, and the translucency of the cloth-like body is formed by pores formed between the translucent fibers. Transparency is set so that the outline of the mouth can be visually recognized from the outside when air permeability is improved and a permeation inhibitor that suppresses permeation of minute foreign matters floating in the air is attached to the light-transmitting fiber. Is a transparent mask characterized by
According to the transparent mask having a structure according to this aspect, a cloth-like body configured by, for example, braiding, woven, or non-woven structure of translucent translucent fibers is employed, and such a cloth is used. The pores are provided in the cylindrical body. In this way, by intentionally forming pores having a predetermined area on the cloth-like body, a stable light beam is not affected by light refraction or reflection at the fiber surface or fiber inner surface at the pore formation position. Transmission performance is ensured and visibility by visible light transmitted through the mask is provided. Therefore, not only by the translucency of the fiber itself but also by transparency through the pores, when wearing a mask, the wearer's mouth can be easily seen from the outside.
Further, the air permeability can be improved not only by the inter-fiber gaps of the cloth-like body constituted by a braided, woven or non-woven fabric structure but also by pores. Therefore, compared to the case where a transparent resin sheet having a conventional structure is adopted, the wearer's exhalation and inhalation of the inhalation can be facilitated, and the air permeability is improved and the cloudy Problems such as adhesion of water droplets can also be avoided.
In addition, in the transparent mask of this aspect, the pores as described in detail are provided by attaching a permeation inhibiting agent that inhibits the transmission of minute foreign matter to the translucent fibers constituting the cloth-like body. While ensuring the effect of improving transparency and air permeability, it was possible to realize a good filter function for capturing minute foreign matters.
That is, by providing the pores as described above, the air permeability and transparency are improved, but it is difficult to obtain sufficient filter performance due to the fact that the translucent fiber is generally made of a synthetic resin having a single wire structure. It will be an inherent problem. In short, air permeability, transparency and filterability are contradictory, and the present applicant has found an unprecedented new problem of achieving all of air permeability, transparency and filterability at a high level, This aspect has solved this problem. In this aspect, as described above, the transmission inhibitor is attached to the light-transmitting fiber to suppress the transmission of minute foreign matters, and sufficient filter properties are obtained. The light-transmitting fiber is formed from a light-transmitting fiber. Even in the case of a mask, all of air permeability, transparency and filterability can be exhibited at a high level.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to the first aspect, the permeation inhibitor is fluidized or gelled and can be attached to the surface of the translucent fiber.
According to the transparent mask having a structure according to the present embodiment, since the transmission inhibitor is fluidized or gelled, for example, the translucent fiber is immersed in the transmission inhibitor, or applied with a brush or a finger. The permeation inhibitor can be easily attached to the surface of the light-transmitting fiber by spraying with a spray or by applying the same treatment to the cloth-like body.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to the first or second aspect, the permeation inhibitor has a charge characteristic that exerts an adsorption force or a repulsive force on the chargeable minute foreign matter. It is what.
According to the transparent mask having the structure according to this aspect, since the permeation suppressor can be electrically adsorbed or repelled with respect to the minute foreign matter, the minute foreign matter having a charge due to ions or the like passes through the mask and is worn by the wearer. It can be effectively prevented from entering the nostrils.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to any one of the first to third aspects, the permeation inhibitor has antiviral properties.
According to the transparent mask having a structure according to this aspect, since the permeation inhibitor has antiviral properties, it is suitably used in hospitals and nursing homes where there is concern about the spread of viruses that cause infectious diseases. obtain. In addition, the antiviral property in this aspect refers to the property of inactivating viruses that cause infectious diseases such as influenza viruses and noroviruses.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the permeation inhibitor has adhesiveness.
According to the transparent mask having the structure according to this aspect, the transmission inhibitor has adhesiveness so that the minute foreign matters can be easily captured, and re-diffusion of the captured fine foreign matters can be more effectively prevented. In particular, regardless of the size and characteristics of the minute foreign matter, many types of minute foreign matter can be captured.
A sixth aspect of the present invention is the transparent mask according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the light-transmitting fiber is 20% or more in a single item before the cloth-like body is formed. The visible light transmittance is as follows.
According to the transparent mask having the structure according to this aspect, the visible light transmittance of the light-transmitting fiber in a single product state is set to 20% or more, so that the contour of the wearer's mouth can be visually recognized more clearly. .
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, in the front view of the cloth-like body, the total area of the pores is 10 of the total area of the cloth-like body. It is set within a range of ˜60%.
According to the transparent mask having a structure according to this aspect, since the total area of the pores is set within a range of 10 to 60% of the total area of the cloth-like body, while ensuring air permeability stably, The shape of the mask is also stabilized, so that the wearer can wear it with a good fit.
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, the pores extend linearly in the thickness direction of the cloth-like body.
According to the transparent mask structured according to this aspect, since the pores extend linearly in the thickness direction of the mask, visible light penetrates the cloth-like body linearly in the thickness direction and enters from the outside to the inside. Therefore, the visibility of the wearer's mouth from the outside can be further improved. Moreover, since the length of the pores can be shortened and the ventilation resistance can be reduced, the possibility that the wearer may feel stuffy during breathing can be reduced.
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the transparent mask according to any one of the first to eighth aspects, the region covering the mouthpiece in the mounted state is constituted by a single sheet of the cloth-like body. It is.
According to the transparent mask having the structure according to this aspect, the wearer's mouth is covered only by one sheet of the cloth-like body in the wearing state, and therefore, for example, compared to a case where a plurality of cloth-like bodies are laminated. Further, the transparency and breathability of the mask in the mouth can be further improved.
According to the transparent mask having a structure according to the present invention, transparency and air permeability can be improved by providing pores. In addition, by attaching a permeation inhibitor, it is possible to ensure the filterability of fine foreign matters while maintaining the transparency and air permeability of the pores well.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First, the
Note that micro foreign substances floating in the air include, for example, microorganisms such as bacteria that cause infections, viruses, allergens that cause allergic reactions such as cedar and cypress pollen, and dust that is likely to be generated in homes and factory floors. And dust such as dust, asbestos, and house dust, and particulate matter that may adversely affect health such as PM10 and PM2.5.
More specifically, the
In this cloth-
In addition, as a fixing means between the
Here, the
The mesh eyes (the gaps between the light-transmitting fibers 20) are the
In particular, in the present embodiment, at least a part of the
Here, in this embodiment, the
Further, the total amount of pores 22 (total flow area) is appropriately determined according to required characteristics and is not limited. Illustratively, for example, when the cloth-
Further, the type and thickness of the
In addition, the method of forming the mesh-shaped
Furthermore, the material of the
The
That is, in FIG. 2, the portion where only one light-transmitting

That is, for example, when the
Examples of the
Further, for example, the
Further, porous activated carbon powder or the like may be employed as the
Alternatively, when the
Alternatively, it is also possible to employ a photocatalyst powder such as titanium oxide as the

As shown in FIG. 4, the
Here, in the
Further, since the

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific descriptions in the embodiments, and various changes, modifications, improvements, and the like based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. It is feasible in the form which added.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the gaps between the
Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the substantially whole cloth-
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the
Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the sheet-like cloth-
Moreover, in the said embodiment, after making the permeation |
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the
10: Transparent mask, 12, 30, 32, 34: Cloth, 20: Translucent fiber, 22: Pore, 24: Transmission inhibitor
