Abstract
Description
図1において、本発明の第1実施形態に係る失火検出装置を搭載した車両1は、内燃機関型のエンジン2と、制御部としてのECU(Electronic Control Unit)3とを含んで構成される。
このようにすることで、より高精度に気筒別の空燃比制御を行なうことができる。
これにより、高精度な失火判定閾値を求めることができる。
これにより、エンジン2本体に追加工なしで座金センサ30を搭載することが可能となる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。ここで、本実施形態は上述実施形態と略同様に構成されているので、図面を流用して同様な構成には同一の符号を付して特徴部分を説明する。
これにより、高精度な差分失火判定閾値を求めることができる。
これにより、エンジン2本体に追加工なしで座金センサ30を搭載することが可能となる。
このようにすることで、より高精度に気筒別の空燃比制御を行なうことができる。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに設けられた貫通孔に締付け固定された受圧部材の締付け荷重の変化を検出する座金センサと、
前記内燃機関の圧縮行程における前記座金センサの出力信号が最大になるクランク角位置に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を検出する制御部と、を備える失火検出装置。 - 内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに設けられた貫通孔に締付け固定された受圧部材の締付け荷重の変化を検出する座金センサと、
前記内燃機関の圧縮行程における前記座金センサの出力信号が最大になるクランク角位置と基準クランク角位置との差分に基づいて前記内燃機関の失火を検出する制御部と、を備える失火検出装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の排気行程から吸気行程にかけて吸気弁及び排気弁をともに閉じて排ガスを燃焼室に封鎖させる負のバルブオーバーラップ期間を設け、前記負のバルブオーバーラップ期間における前記座金センサの出力信号が最大になるクランク角位置を前記基準クランク角位置とする請求項2に記載の失火検出装置。
