(c)供給透過液/ダイアフィルトレーション流体透過流体を、前記共通の供給透過液/ダイアフィルトレーション流体透過液流出ポートの各々を流通させるステップと、
(d)前記流体処理アセンブリの前記濃縮液流出部から濃縮液流体を流通させるステップであって、前記濃縮液流体が、前記所望の生体分子と、前記供給流体内の前記望ましくない物質の濃度よりも低濃度の前記望ましくない物質とを含んでいる、ステップと、
(e)前記流体処理アセンブリの前記透過液流出部から前記供給透過液/ダイアフィルトレーション流体透過液流体を流通させるステップと
を含む、ダイアフィルトレーション方法。 - 前記供給流体を、前記供給流入部を通して、前記別個独立のダイアフィルトレーション流体導管の各々を通して前記同時に制御されたダイアフィルトレーション流体流量よりも少なくとも約10%低い制御された流量で流通させるステップを含む、請求項6に記載のダイアフィルトレーション方法。
