Abstract

Claims (14)
- 管状の主移植片本体を備えている管腔内人工器官であって、
該主移植片本体が、
管状の側壁、近位端、及び遠位端と、
該側壁に配置されている第一のステントと該第一のステントの遠位側に配置されている第二のステントと、
該側壁内における該第一のステントと該第二のステントとの間に配置されている穴であって、該側壁の周方向に部分的に延びるスリットとして形成されている穴と、
該穴を通して配置されて該側壁に取り付けられている第一の端部開口と第二の端部開口とを備える管状の分岐部であって、該側壁から内方に向かって延びている第一の部分と、該側壁から外方に向かって延びている第二の部分と、該スリットとしての穴において該側壁に取り付けられている中間部分とを備えるようにされており逆行形態と順行形態との間で柔軟に配向させることができる管状の分岐部と、
を備えており、
該逆行形態においては、該第一の端部開口は該側壁の該遠位端に向けて配向され、該第二の端部開口は該側壁の近位端に向けて配向されており、
該順行形態においては、該第一の端部開口は該側壁の該近位端に向けて配向され、該第二の端部開口は該側壁の遠位端に向けて配向されるようにされていることを特徴とする管腔内人工器官。 - 該第一のステント及び第二のステントのそれぞれが山部と谷部とを有しており、
該穴が該第一のステントの山部と該第二のステントの谷部との間の長手方向での間に配置されている請求項1に記載の管腔内人工器官。 - 該スリットが、該分岐部の外周長の約2/5から約1/2の長さを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該分岐部が更に、生体適合性の移植片材と、該分岐部の該生体適合性の移植片材に取り付けられた支持構造体とを備えており、該分岐部の該支持構造体が、Z型ステント、螺旋状ステント、又は環状リングのうちの少なくとも1つからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該分岐部が当該人工器官の該近位端から約5mm〜約30mmの距離だけ隔てられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該分岐部が、少なくとも部分的に該第一のステントの山部と該第一のステントの谷部との長手方向での間に配置されており且つ該第一のステントの互いに隣接しているストラットの周方向での間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該第一のステントが該側壁の内側面に取り付けられており、該第一のステントの該山部が一連の山部からなり、該一連の山部のうちの一つが、隣接している山部よりも大きい角度を有する幅広の山部からなり、該幅広の山部が該分岐部に対して周方向で整合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該側壁の該近位端の近くに配置された第三のステントを更に備えており、
該第一のステントは該側壁の内側面に取り付けられ、該第三のステントは該側壁の外側面に取り付けられており且つ一連の山部を備えており、該第三のステントは少なくとも部分的に該第一のステントに重なっており、該第三のステントの第一の山部は該分岐部と該第一のステントの山部との各々と周方向で整合しており、該第三のステントの第二の山部は該第一のステントの該谷部と周方向で整合している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。 - 該側壁の該近位端の近くに配置された第三のステントを更に備えており、
該第一のステントと該第三のステントとの各々が該側壁の表面に取り付けられており、該第一のステントの該山部は一連の山部からなり、該第一のステントの谷部が一連の谷部からなり、該第三のステントは一連の山部と一連の谷部とを有し、該第三のステントは該第一のステントよりも振幅が小さく且つ該第一のステントよりも山部と谷部との数が多く、該第三のステントは該第一のステントの近位側に配置されており、該第一のステントと第三のステントとは、互いに入れ子状の関係にある、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。 - 該側壁の該近位端の近くに配置されている第三のステントを更に備えており、該第一のステントは該第三のステントよりも大きな断面積を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該側壁の該近位端が傾斜が付けられた端部を備えており、該側壁の頂部長手方向長さが該側壁の底部長手方向長さよりも長くなっていることによって該傾斜が付けられた端部を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該第一のステントが該側壁の内側面に取り付けられており、該第一のステントの該山部が一連の山部からなり、該一連の山部のうちの一つは隣接する山部よりも大きい角度を有する幅広の山部からなり、該幅広の山部は該分岐部と周方向で整合しており、
該側壁に設けられている該穴が、該第一のステントの該幅広の山部と該第二のステントの谷部との間に配置されたスリットであって、該側壁の外周に沿って少なくとも部分的に且つ該第一のステントの互いに隣接しているストラットの間に延びており、該分岐部の外周の約2/5から約1/2の間の長さを有するスリットからなり、
該分岐部は、該側壁から内方に向かって延びている第一の部分と、該側壁から外方に向かって延びている第二の部分と、該側壁に取り付けられている中間部分と、生体適合性の移植片材と、該分岐部の該生体適合性の移植片材に取り付けられ且つZ型ステント、螺旋状ステント、又は環状リングのいずれか少なくとも1つからなる支持構造体と、を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。 - 該側壁と該分岐部との内側に予め装填された形態で延びているカテーテルを更に備えており、該カテーテルは、該人工器官の逆行送り込みができるように該側壁の遠位端の穴を通って該分岐部の中へと延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 該側壁と該分岐部との内側に予め装填された形態で延びているカテーテルを更に備えており、該カテーテルは、該人工器官の順行送り込みができるように該側壁の近位端の穴を通って該分岐部の中へと延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
