Claims (3)
- リングギヤと、サンギヤと、前記リングギヤと前記サンギヤとの間に配置された複数のピニオンギヤを自転可能に保持して回転するキャリヤとを回転要素とする遊星歯車機構を備え、前記回転要素の内の第1回転要素が入力要素とされ、第2回転要素が出力要素とされ、第3回転要素が慣性トルクを発生する慣性要素とされ、前記入力要素と前記出力要素とが所定角度の範囲内で相対的に往復回転することにより前記慣性要素が往復回転して前記慣性要素が慣性トルクを発生する捩り振動低減装置において、
前記複数のピニオンギヤは、前記サンギヤもしくはリングギヤの円周方向に所定の間隔をあけて配置され、
前記複数のピニオンギヤの内の第1ピニオンギヤと、前記第1ピニオンギヤに対して前記サンギヤもしくはリングギヤの円周方向に所定の間隔をあけて配置された第2ピニオンギヤとの歯車諸元が異なっており、
前記第1ピニオンギヤが往復回転する範囲内の前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのモジュールが、前記第1ピニオンギヤのモジュールと一致し、
前記第2ピニオンギヤが往復回転する範囲内の前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのモジュールが、前記第2ピニオンギヤのモジュールと一致している
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記異なっている歯車諸元は、モジュールとバックラッシと歯数との少なくともいずれか一つである
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記遊星歯車機構の前記リングギヤと、前記サンギヤと、前記複数のピニオンギヤとは、はすば歯車によって構成され、
前記複数のピニオンギヤは、前記サンギヤの回転中心を中心とした一定半径の円周上に、前記円周方向に等間隔をあけて配置されている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。
