Claims (4)
- 発熱素子に一対の電極層が配設されたPTCサーミスタ素子と、
このPTCサーミスタ素子に前記一対の電極層の対向方向において対向するように配設された一対の電極板と、
前記PTCサーミスタ素子及び前記一対の電極板を内部に収納するケースと、
前記PTCサーミスタ素子及び前記一対の電極板と、前記ケースとの間に配設され、ガラスクロス層の両面にシリコン層が設けられた構成を有する絶縁シートと
を備えたことを特徴とするヒータ。 - 前記ケースは、両端に開口が設けられた中空体であり、
前記絶縁シートは、前記ガラスクロス層を構成する縦糸及び横糸の伸長方向が、前記ケースの開口の対向方向に対して交差するように配設された
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のヒータ。 - 前記ケースの開口の対向方向に対する前記ガラスクロス層の縦糸又は横糸の傾斜角度は、1°以上45°以下であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のヒータ。
- 温風用であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載のヒータ。
