Abstract
Description
封入空間形成部材に対して圧力応動部材を固定する固定工程と、
固定工程後に、封入空間内に試験媒体を封入してバリア膜の欠陥の有無を確認する検査工程と、を有し、
試験媒体として、その分子量が感温媒体よりも小さく、かつ、そのSP値(δ)がバリア膜のSP値(δb)よりも前記本体部のSP値(δr)に近いものが採用されている。
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (5)
- 感温媒体が封入される封入空間(37a)を形成する封入空間形成部材(33a、372)と、
前記封入空間内の圧力に応じて変形する圧力応動部材(371)と、を備え、
前記圧力応動部材は、ゴムにて形成された本体部(371a)、および前記感温媒体が前記本体部を透過してしまうことを抑制するバリア膜(371b)を有する駆動機構の製造方法であって、
前記封入空間形成部材に対して前記圧力応動部材を固定する固定工程と、
前記固定工程後に、前記封入空間内に試験媒体を封入して前記バリア膜の欠陥の有無を確認する検査工程と、を有し、
前記試験媒体として、その分子量が前記感温媒体よりも小さく、かつ、そのSP値(δ)が前記バリア膜のSP値(δb)よりも前記本体部のSP値(δr)に近いものが採用されている駆動機構の製造方法。
但し、SP値δは、以下数式1で定義され、ΔHは、物質の凝集エネルギ(単位:cal/mol)であり、Vは、モル体積(単位:ml/mol)である。
- 前記検査工程では、前記封入空間内に前記試験媒体を封入してから予め定めた基準時間の経過後に、前記圧力応動部材を透過する前記試験媒体の透過量Q(単位:ml/min)が予め定めた基準透過量KQ以上となっている際に、前記バリア膜に欠陥が有るものとする請求項1に記載の駆動機構の製造方法。
- 前記試験媒体は、二酸化炭素である請求項1または2に記載の駆動機構の製造方法。
- 前記圧力応動部材は、平板状、かつ、環状に形成されたものである請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の駆動機構の製造方法。
- 前記駆動機構は、冷凍サイクル装置にて冷媒を減圧させる減圧装置に適用されて、冷媒流量を調整する弁体部を変位させるための駆動力を出力するものである請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の駆動機構の製造方法。
