Claims (5)
- ブロー成形型としてそのキャビティの底部において上向き凸状の内面を形成する底型部を備えるものを用い、樹脂製のプリフォームの内部に加圧した液体を供給して該プリフォームを前記キャビティの内面に沿った形状の容器に成形する液体ブロー成形工程と、
前記キャビティ内に前記容器を配置した状態で、前記容器の底部に上向き凸状に成形された底面パネル部を前記容器の口部から挿入された押下げロッドで押下げることによって反転させ、下向き凸状をなす形状に塑性変形させると共に前記容器の内部に外気を導入することで、前記容器の上部にヘッドスペースを形成するヘッドスペース形成工程と、を有することを特徴とする液体ブロー成形による容器製造方法。 - 前記ヘッドスペース形成工程において、上向き凸状に成形された前記底面パネル部を、前記押下げロッドと前記底型部とで挟持したままで、反転させて下向き凸状をなす形状に塑性変形させる、請求項1に記載の液体ブロー成形による容器製造方法。
- 前記ヘッドスペース形成工程において、上向き凸状に成形された前記底面パネル部に対して前記底型部を下方に相対移動させた後、前記底面パネル部を、前記押下げロッドで押下げることによって反転させて前記底型部に当接させて下向き凸状をなす形状に塑性変形させる、請求項1に記載の液体ブロー成形による容器製造方法。
- 前記液体ブロー成形工程において、前記押下げロッドを延伸ロッドとして用いる二軸延伸ブロー成形によって前記プリフォームを前記キャビティの内面に沿った形状の容器に成形する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液体ブロー成形による容器製造方法。
- 前記底型部として、底型部本体と、該底型部本体に対して上下方向に相対移動可能な迎えピンとを備えるものを用い、
前記液体ブロー成形工程において、前記迎えピンで前記プリフォームの底部分を支持しながら、前記プリフォームを前記キャビティの内面に沿った形状の容器に成形する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液体ブロー成形による容器製造方法。
