Abstract

Claims (7)
- 哺乳類の身体に移植可能な組成物であって、生理的に許容できる担体と、実質的に球状な生体活性ガラス粒子とを有し、前記担体はホスファチジルコリンの固体状態およびホスファチジルコリンの液体状態を有する少なくとも2つのリン脂質の混合物であるか、または前記担体は多孔性の吸収性材料であり、前記球状な生体活性ガラス粒子は300μm〜800μmの粒径分布を有する、組成物。
- 請求項1記載の組成物において、前記担体はホスファチジルコリンの固体状態およびホスファチジルコリンの液体状態を有する少なくとも2つのリン脂質の混合物であり、かつ前記組成物は当該組成物の重量で前記実質的に球状な生体活性ガラス粒子を60%〜90%、好ましくは70%〜80%有するものであるか、または、前記担体は多孔性の吸収性材料であり、かつ前記組成物は当該組成物の重量で前記実質的に球状な生体活性ガラス粒子を50%〜90%、好ましくは80%〜90%有する、組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物において、前記多孔性の吸収性材料は、コラーゲン、ヒアルロン酸、またはそれらの組み合わせを有する、組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の組成物において、前記生体活性ガラスは45S5ガラスであり、および/または、前記生体活性ガラス粒子は炭酸ハイドロキシアパタイトの層で被覆され、若しくは部分的に被覆され、好ましくは前記炭酸ハイドロキシアパタイトの層は、さらに、外側のコーティングで被覆され、若しくは部分的に被覆され、好ましくは前記外側のコーティングは、ゼラチン、アルギン酸塩、キトサン、ヒアルロン酸、または他のヒドロゲル、及びそれらの混合物を有する、組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の組成物であって、さらに、前記組成物の重量で実質的に球状ではない生体活性ガラス粒子を10%〜30%有する、組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の組成物において、前記組成物は、骨移植パテ、骨移植ペースト、骨移植セメント、ジェル、または可塑性シートの特性を有する、組成物。
- 骨の治癒および/または修復に使用するための請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
