Abstract
【解決手段】多孔質の中空構造体により構成される心臓ハーネス1であることを特徴とする医療デバイス、特に細胞が充填された多孔質の中空構造体により構成される心臓ハーネスとする。また、デバイスの内側にニードル構造を有し、デバイスを心臓に固定する。さらに、ニードル10を中空のニードルとすることにより、中空構造体内で産生されたサイトカインを、ニードル部分から心筋内へと送達することが可能となる。

[1]多孔質の中空構造体により構成される心臓ハーネスであることを特徴とする、医療デバイス。

本発明のデバイスの形状は、心臓ハーネスとして知られた任意の形状とすることができ、例えばネット状やばね状であってもよいが、好ましくはネット状である。典型的には例えば、中空糸をネット状に編みこんだ形状をしている。
また本発明の別の一態様において、デバイスは、中空構造体と連結した細胞充填ポッドを有する。細胞充填ポッドは、注入用の針などをポッドに刺して細胞を注入することにより、中空構造内に生細胞を再充填することができる。
骨格筋芽細胞で充填された本態様のデバイスを心臓に適用すると、心臓において骨格筋芽細胞から分泌されたHGF、VEGF、SDF−1などのサイトカインが心臓に送達され、梗塞部位における血管新生などを起こすことにより心不全を処置することができる。

- 多孔質の中空構造体により構成される心臓ハーネスであることを特徴とする、医療デバイス。
- 中空構造体が、細胞を充填するためのものである、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。

- 中空糸が、中空糸細胞培養によって細胞が充填されたものである、請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
