Claims (7)
- 電力の供給を受けて駆動するモータ部と、該モータ部の回転運動を直線運動に変換して出力する運動変換機構部と、前記モータ部および前記運動変換機構部を収容した筐体とを備え、前記運動変換機構部が、前記モータ部のロータの回転中心と同軸に配置されたねじ軸、およびその外周に回転可能に嵌合されたナット部材を有し、前記ロータの回転運動を受けて前記ナット部材が回転するのに伴って前記ねじ軸が軸方向に直線運動することにより、前記ねじ軸に取り付けられた操作部が操作対象を軸方向に操作する電動アクチュエータであって、
前記筐体は、軸方向に結合された複数部材からなり、
電装部品を保持したターミナル部が、前記筐体の構成部材により軸方向両側から挟持された筒状部を有すると共に、該筒状部に前記筐体の内外を連通させる開口部が設けられ、
前記ねじ軸が、軸方向に延びた貫通穴を有する中空状に形成されていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記モータ部のステータの少なくとも一部が、前記筒状部に嵌合されている請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ロータは、前記ナット部材を内周に配置し、軸方向に離間した二箇所に配置された転がり軸受により前記筐体に対して回転自在に支持された中空回転軸を有し、
前記中空回転軸は、2つの前記転がり軸受のうち、一方の前記転がり軸受の内側軌道面を有する請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記内側軌道面が、前記ナット部材の軸方向幅の内側に配置されている請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記運動変換機構部が、前記ロータの回転を減速して前記ナット部材に伝達する減速機を有する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記減速機が遊星歯車減速機である請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- それぞれが前記モータ部、前記運動変換機構部および前記ターミナル部を有する2つ以上のアクチュエータユニットを軸方向に連ねて同軸配置してなる請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
