Description

The present invention relates to a flooring material that is laid on a floor base by disposing a joint member between adjacent flooring material bodies.

For example, when a hard material such as a stone material is used as the surface material, it is difficult to make the processing accuracy of the surface material uniform, so adjacent floor materials are arranged with joints of a predetermined size. Installation and filling the joint with caulking agent. However, at this time, if the joint dimensions are not uniform, the state in which a plurality of flooring materials are laid is not beautiful. Further, in recent years, a floor structure having a surface material and a base material that can be easily constructed while ensuring a uniform joint on the floor base is required.

In the following Patent Document 1, surface finishing materials such as wood materials, stone materials, plastic tiles, metal materials, etc. are arranged at a slight distance in at least one direction, and the space between the back surface and the surface finishing material of each surface finishing material. The flooring material connected by the connection material which has a softness | flexibility is disclosed. Further, in Patent Document 2 below, a floor panel has an inverted T-shaped fixture having an elongated plate-like holding portion and a plate-like joint portion standing on the upper surface of the holding portion along its longitudinal direction. What is arranged between each other is disclosed.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-85842

The floor materials disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are premised on laying a floor material composed only of a hard material panel, and the base material and the base material The floor material having the hard surface material laminated on the floor is not directly laid on the floor base. In addition, what is disclosed in Patent Document 2 is to lay a flooring after laying the fixture so that the upper surface of the floor surface is substantially flush with the upper surface of the holding portion of the fixture. In addition, it is difficult to say that a fitting that becomes a joint member is not installed on the floor base, but that it can be easily constructed.

This invention is made in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the flooring which can lay a flooring main body easily on a floor foundation, ensuring a uniform joint by a joint member. .

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the flooring of the present invention is a flooring that is laid on a floor foundation by disposing a jointing member between adjacent flooring main bodies, and the jointing member is below the floor. A fixed portion installed on the ground, and a standing plate portion erected upward from the fixed portion, and the flooring body has substantially the same thickness as the fixed portion and an end surface A base material that is installed on the floor base so as to face the end surface of the fixed portion, and is laminated on the base material so as to protrude outward from the base material, and the end surface is installed in contact with the side surface of the standing plate portion. And a hard surface material.

According to the flooring material of the present invention, since it has the above-described configuration, it is possible to easily lay the flooring material body on the floor foundation while securing a uniform jointing by the jointing member.

Embodiments according to the flooring of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are explanatory diagrams for explaining the flooring according to the present embodiment, and some of the detailed reference numerals attached to other drawings are omitted in some drawings.
The flooring 1 according to the present embodiment is laid on a floor base 4 with a joint member 3 disposed between adjacent flooring main bodies 2 and 2. The joint member 3 has a fixed portion 30 installed on the floor base 4 and a standing plate portion 31 erected upward from the fixed portion 30. The floor material body 2 includes a base material 20 installed on the floor base 4 and a hard surface material 21. The base material 20 has a thickness d2 (see FIG. 1A, FIG. 2A, etc.) substantially the same as the thickness d1 of the fixed portion 30, and the end surface 20a faces the end surface 30a of the fixed portion 30. Is done. The surface material 21 is disposed on the base material 20 so as to protrude outward from the base material 20, and the end surface 21 a is placed in contact with the side surface 31 a of the standing plate portion 31. This will be described in detail below.

The flooring main body 2 is configured by laminating a base material 20 and a surface material 21 each made of a flat plate, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited, and may be a substantially square shape in plan view. It may be rectangular. The dimensions of the base material 20 and the surface material 21 are not particularly limited, but the surface material 21 is formed so as to protrude outward from the four side ends of the base material 20 when laminated on the base material 20. 21 and the base material 20 form a similar shape. The base material 20 is made of a wood material, an elastic material, a resin material, or the like, and may be made of the same material as the joint member 3 as described later. Examples of the wood-based material used as the base material 20 include wood laminates such as plywood and LVL (single laminate), wood boards such as particle boards, and wood fibers such as insulation boards and MDF (medium density fiber boards). A board etc. are mentioned. Examples of the elastic material and the resin material used as the substrate 20 include elastic synthetic resin materials and elastomer materials, and may be made of, for example, a cushioning soft foam material. The surface material 21 laminated on the base material 20 is formed from a wood-based board material, marble, tile, glass or the like. In the figure, 20a is the end surface of the base material 20, 20b is the surface of the base material 20, 20c is the back surface of the base material 20, 21a is the end surface of the surface material 21, 21b is the back surface protruding outside the surface material 21, and 21c is the front surface. The surface of the material 21 is shown.

The joint member 3 has a fixed portion 30 and a standing plate portion 31, and both the fixed portion 30 and the standing plate portion 31 are formed of a long flat plate as shown in FIG. . The joint member 3 has a different shape depending on the place where the joint member 3 is disposed, and the joint member 3 is formed according to the size of the flooring body 2. When the joint material member 3 lays a plurality of floor material main bodies 2, 2... On the floor base 4, the floor material main body 2, the adjacent floor material main bodies 2, 2 and the wall surface (not shown) and the floor material main body 2. It arrange | positions in the joint part so that a uniform clearance gap (joint) may be ensured between them.

As shown in FIG. 1A, a joint member 3A having an inverted T-shaped cross section is disposed between the flooring main bodies 2A and 2B. In addition, a joint member 3B having an L-shaped cross section is disposed on the floor material body 2B disposed at the end. Any joint member 3A, 3B has the fixed part 30 installed on the floor base 4, and the standing board part 31 erected in the substantially perpendicular direction upward from the fixed part 30. Are common. The upright plate portion 31 of the joint member 3 </ b> A is erected upward (substantially in the vertical direction) along the longitudinal direction of the fixed portion 30 at a substantially central position in the short direction of the fixed portion 30. The standing plate portion 31 of the joint member 3 </ b> B is erected upward (substantially in the vertical direction) from one end of the fixed portion 30 in one direction.

The thickness d1 of the fixing portion 30 is substantially the same as the thickness d2 of the base member 20, and the end surface 30a of the fixing portion 30 and the end surface 20a of the base member 20 are formed so as to face each other. Then, it forms so that end surface 30a, 20a may contact | abut. The material of the joint member 3 is not particularly limited, but may be the same material as the base material 20. For example, it may be an elastic material or a resin-based material like the base material 20, may be made of a synthetic resin material, an elastomer-based material, or the like, or may be made of a soft foam-based material. When the base material 20 and the joint member 3 are made of the same soft resin material, even if the floor base 4 is made of mortar, plywood, etc. Can be absorbed. Therefore, when a plurality of flooring main bodies 2, 2,... Are laid, the surface 21c of the surface materials 21, 21 can be constructed with good appearance. Moreover, when the base material 20 and the joint member 3 are made of the same soft resin material, when the end surface 21a of the base material 20 and the end surface 30a of the fixing portion 30 face each other and face each other, the end surfaces 21a and 30a are in contact with each other. Therefore, even if water or the like enters from the gap between the surface material 21 and the upright plate portion 31, it is easy to prevent water or the like from entering the floor base 4 side.

The thickness of the standing plate portion 31 is not particularly limited, and this thickness corresponds to a joint dimension formed between the floor material bodies 2, 2 and the like, and the upper end portion 31 b of the standing plate portion 31 serves as a joint. A height dimension d6 (see FIG. 1A) of the upright plate portion 31 is formed to correspond to a dimension obtained by adding the thickness d2 of the base material 20 and the thickness d5 of the surface material 21. Thereby, when the flooring main body 2 and the joint member 3 are disposed, the upper end portion 31b of the standing plate portion 31 and the surface 21c of the surface material 21 are substantially flush with each other. Since the upright plate portion 31 is integrally formed with the fixed portion 30, it is formed of the same material as the fixed portion 30. Of course, it is not limited to this, You may integrally mold the fixing | fixed part 30 and the standing board part 31 as another material. The side surface 31 a of the upright plate portion 31 is installed in contact with the end surface 21 a of the surface material 21 of the floor material body 2. At this time, the back surface 21 b protruding outside the surface material 21 is placed on the front surface 30 b of the fixed portion 30. Therefore, the protruding width dimension d3 of the surface 30b of the fixed portion 30 is formed so as to substantially match the protruding width dimension d4 of the surface material 21 with respect to the base material 20. As described above, the joint member 3 and the flooring body 2 are brought into contact with each other as shown in FIG. 1B by making the thickness d1 and thickness d2 and the protruding width dimension d3 and the protruding width dimension d4 substantially the same dimension. The flooring 1 can be installed with a uniform joint.

1 and 2 show joint members 3 installed on both left and right side surfaces of the flooring main body 2, but the joint members 3 are arranged on both front and rear side surfaces of the flooring main body 2, and the flooring main body 2 is shown. Needless to say, the joint members 3 may be arranged in a lattice pattern on the four sides of the flooring main body 2 when viewed in plan. The joint member 3 is designed such that no gap is formed between the joint members 3 and 3 disposed adjacent to each other. The size of the joint member 3 in the longitudinal direction may be longer than that of the surface material 21 so that the joint members 3, 3 disposed in the same direction and substantially orthogonal directions can be faced to each other. A notch portion may be formed so that the fixing portion 30 of the other joint member 3 does not interfere with the fixing portion 30. Further, the joint members 3 arranged in one direction may be formed in a long shape and disposed across a plurality of flooring main bodies 2, 2... To reduce the number of parts. Further, the place where the joint member 3 is disposed is not limited to the lattice shape described above.

Next, an example of a flooring construction method in this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b).
First, the flooring main body 2 is laid at a predetermined position on the floor foundation 4 as a reference. In the example shown in the figure, the reference floor material body 2 is 2A. An adhesive is applied to the back surface 20c of the base material 20 of the floor material body 2A, and the floor material body 2 is fixed on the floor base 4 with an adhesive. Next, the joint member 3A is inserted from the lateral direction of the flooring main body 2A so that the end surface 30a of the fixing portion 30 of the joint member 3A faces and abuts the end surface 20a of the base material 20 of the flooring main body 2A. Install (see arrow a in FIG. 1 (a)). Then, the joint member 3 </ b> A is disposed in a state where the end surface 30 a of the fixing portion 30 of the joint member 3 is in contact with the end surface 20 a of the base member 20, and the side surface 31 a of the standing plate portion 31 is in contact with the end surface 21 a of the surface material 21. be able to. Subsequently, the floor material main body 2B is installed so that the back surface 21b of the surface material 21 is placed on the surface 30b of the fixing portion 30 of the joint member 3A on which the floor material body 2B is disposed earlier. The flooring body 2B is installed so as to be sandwiched between the two. At this time, an adhesive is applied to the back surface 20c of the base material 20, and the floor material body 2B is also fixed to the floor base 4 with an adhesive. Then, the joint member 3B is installed so as to be inserted from the lateral direction of the floor material body 2B so that the end surface 30a of the fixing portion 30 of the joint member 3B faces and abuts the end surface 20a of the base material 20 of the floor material body 2 ( FIG. 1 (a) see arrow b). Then, as shown in FIG.1 (b), flooring main body 2A, 2B and joint member 3A, 3B can be arrange | positioned without gap.

According to the above, if the floor material body 2 (2A) as a reference is positioned, then the joint member 3, the floor material body 2... The floor material body 2 can be easily laid on the floor base 4 while ensuring a uniform joint by the joint member 3.
In addition, according to this construction procedure, since flooring main bodies 2A and 2B are fixed to the floor base 4 with an adhesive, the joint member 3 will not come off even if it is not fixed with an adhesive. The member 3 may also be fixed with an adhesive.

Next, an example of a flooring construction method different from the above will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). The floor material body 2 and the joint member 3 are the same as those in the above embodiment.
In this construction example, the flooring body 2 is not installed first, but the joint member 3 is installed on the floor base 4 first. At this time, an adhesive is applied to the back surface 30c of the fixing portion 30 of the joint member 3, and the joint member 3 is fixed to a predetermined position of the floor base 4 with the adhesive. After the joint members 3 arranged on the four circumferences of all floor material bodies 2 to be laid are installed first, the floor material body 2 is dropped and installed (see arrow c in FIG. 2A). Then, as shown in FIG.2 (b), the flooring main bodies 2 and 2 and the joint members 3A and 3B can be arrange | positioned without gap.

According to the above, the flooring main body 2 is not the installation structure in which the caulking agent is filled in the joint between the flooring main bodies 2 and 2 but after the jointing member 3 fixed on the floor base 4 is disposed. The floor material body 2 is not fixed with an adhesive. Therefore, since the flooring main body 2 can be partially removed and replaced, it is easy to cope with future reforms. Moreover, if the base material 20 and further the joint member 3 are made of a soft resin material having cushioning properties as described above, the floor material body 2 is easy to install.

In addition, the shape and configuration of the flooring 1, the flooring main body, and the joint member 3 in the present embodiment are not limited to the illustrated examples, but the example in which the surface of the flooring 1 is a flat surface shape is shown. You may make it provide a decorative groove etc. in the surface side of the said flooring 1 suitably. The construction method of the flooring 1 is not limited to the construction procedure described above, and the shape of the joint member 3 is not limited to the cross-section inverted T-shape and the cross-section L-shape shown in the figure. Moreover, although the end surface 30a of the fixing | fixed part 30 and the end surface 20a of the base material 20 may be installed so that it may contact | abut like the example of a figure, they should just be installed facing and the end surfaces 30a and 20a are not necessarily between. May not contact.
