Claims (36)
- カテーテル装置であって、
a)基端部、先端部、流入管腔および流出管腔を有する長尺状カテーテル本体と、
b)離間した位置において前記カテーテル本体を通って横断方向に延びる複数の孔と、
c)前記流入管腔に接続された第1端部と、前記流出管腔に接続された第2端部とを有するチューブであって、チュービングループが前記カテーテル本体の両側から外側に突出する前記チューブの部分を備えるように、前記孔のうちの隣り合った孔を互い違いの横断方向に通過するチューブと、
を備える、カテーテル装置。 - 前記カテーテル本体は、前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部を通って延び、先端において先端側ポートで終了する貫通チューブまたは貫通管腔をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記貫通チューブまたは貫通管腔は、ガイドワイヤ上におけるカテーテル本体の前進を容易にするためのガイドワイヤ通路として使用可能である、請求項2に記載のカテーテル装置。

- カテーテル装置を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
A)基端部、先端部、流入管腔および流出管腔を有する長尺状カテーテル本体を提供または得る工程と、
B)離間した位置で前記カテーテル本体を通って横断方向に延びる複数の孔を形成する工程と、
C)チューブを、該チューブのループが前記カテーテル本体の両側から外側に突出するように、前記孔のうちの隣り合った孔を互い違いの横断方向に通過させる工程と、
D)前記チューブの第1端部を前記流入管腔に接続する工程と、
E)前記チューブの第2端部を前記流出管腔に接続する工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記カテーテル本体は、前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部を通って延び、先端において先端側ポートで終了する貫通チューブまたは貫通管腔をさらに備える、請求項19に記載の方法。
