前記横棒の前記両端面から第1寸法離れた箇所に所定の角度屈曲する第1屈曲部を設け、
前記枠体が前記接続用の辺に設けた分割箇所にて二つに分割された、分割状態の枠体を用い、
(1)前記分割状態の枠体の前記内側面に設けた止着予定位置に、前記第1屈曲部を設けた前記横棒の両端面をプロジェクション溶接によって止着する横棒止着工程を実行し、
(2)前記横棒に、前記第1屈曲部から前記横棒の端面と反対側に第2寸法離れた箇所に、前記所定の角度と絶対値が等しく逆方向に屈曲させた第2屈曲部を形成して、一方の前記分割状態の枠体の前記分割箇所と他方の前記分割状態の枠体の前記分割箇所とを対向させる第2屈曲部形成工程を実行し、
