Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a compressed air storage power generation apparatus and a compressed air storage power generation method.
Since power generation using renewable energy such as wind power generation and solar power generation depends on weather conditions, the output may fluctuate and be unstable. A compressed air energy storage (CAES) system is known as a system for leveling the output against such output fluctuations.
A compressed air storage (CAES) power generation device using this CAES system stores electric energy as compressed air in an accumulator tank during off-peak hours of a power plant, and drives an expander with compressed air during high power demand time to generate electricity. The machine is operated to generate electrical energy and level the output. In order to improve power generation efficiency, a system is known in which compressed heat is recovered in a heat storage medium, stored in a heat storage tank or the like, and the compressed air before expansion is heated using the recovered compressed heat. As a result, there is one that prevents an increase in power during compression and increases recovery power during expansion, and at the same time, prevents heat release during storage of the accumulator tank.
As such a CAES power generator, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a device using a thermal energy storage system.
There are two types of air compressors, one called an oil-cooled type that compresses air while the lubricating oil is mixed, and the other one called an oil-free type that does not use lubricating oil. Although Patent Document 1 does not describe the type of the compressor, an oil-free compressor is often used for the CAES system from the viewpoint of easy handling of compressed air. When an oil-cooled compressor or an oil-cooled expander is used, a lubricating oil whose temperature is adjusted within a set temperature range is required for operation. However, Patent Document 1 discloses a special method for efficient temperature adjustment of a lubricating oil. Does not include suggestions.
An object of the present invention is to efficiently adjust the temperature of lubricating oil in a CAES power generator using an oil-cooled compressor.
The compressed air storage power generator according to the first aspect of the present invention includes an electric motor driven by a first electric power generated using renewable energy, an oil-cooled compressor driven by the electric motor, and the oil-cooled type A pressure accumulator that stores compressed air compressed by the compressor; an expander that is driven by compressed air supplied from the pressure accumulator; a generator that is driven by the expander to generate second power; and the oil A first heat exchanging part that recovers heat in the cold compressor into lubricating oil and a heat medium, a heat accumulating part that stores the lubricating oil and heat medium that has recovered heat in the first heat exchanging part, and a heat accumulating part. A second heat exchanging unit that heats compressed air supplied to the expander by the lubricating oil and heat medium, an oil storage unit that stores the lubricating oil supplied to the oil-cooled compressor, Lubricating oil temperature detector that detects the temperature of the lubricating oil A lubricating oil cooling part having a third heat exchange part for cooling the lubricating oil supplied to the oil-cooled compressor by at least air exhausted from the expander; and whether the lubricating oil is cooled by the lubricating oil cooling part. When the temperature of the lubricating oil detected by the lubricating oil temperature detecting unit is equal to or higher than a set temperature, the switching unit is switched to cool the lubricating oil by the lubricating oil cooling unit, and the set temperature If it is less than the control unit, the control unit switches the switching unit so that the lubricating oil cooling unit does not cool the lubricating oil.
Particularly, when the temperature of the lubricating oil detected by the lubricating oil temperature detecting unit is equal to or higher than the set temperature, the control device switches the switching unit to cool the lubricating oil by the third heat exchange unit, and sets the setting. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the switching unit is preferably switched so that the lubricating oil cooling unit does not cool the lubricating oil.
According to this configuration, the temperature of the lubricating oil can be adjusted within the set temperature range by the lubricating oil cooling unit, and the lubricating oil is preferably removed by utilizing the cold heat of the exhaust air exhausted from the expander by the third heat exchange unit. The temperature of the lubricating oil can be adjusted within a set temperature range by efficiently cooling. In the compressed air storage (CAES) power generation device, when the air temperature before expansion is low, the temperature of the exhaust air after expansion may decrease to below freezing point due to expansion heat absorption. In particular, when using an oil-cooled compressor, the temperature of compressed air discharged by the lubricating oil supplied to the oil-cooled compressor is lowered, so that high-temperature compression heat cannot be recovered. Therefore, even if the compressed air before expansion is heated using the recovered compression heat as in the CAES power generator of Patent Document 1, the temperature of the exhaust air after expansion decreases to below freezing point depending on the pressure. By utilizing the cold heat of the exhaust air in the third heat exchange section, the lubricating oil is efficiently cooled without requiring cold heat from the outside. Further, since the lubricating oil can be cooled with a simple configuration, it is possible to prevent the configuration of the CAES power generator from becoming complicated.
The lubricating oil cooling unit further includes a cooler that cools the lubricating oil in the oil storage unit, and the switching unit determines whether the third heat exchange unit cools the lubricating oil, or the lubricating oil is cooled by the cooler. When the temperature of the lubricating oil detected by the lubricating oil temperature detecting unit is equal to or higher than the set temperature, the control device cools the lubricating oil by the third heat exchange unit or the cooler. When the switching unit is switched and the temperature is lower than the set temperature, it is preferable to switch the switching unit so that the lubricating oil cooling unit does not cool the lubricating oil.
By further providing a cooler in addition to the third heat exchange unit, the lubricant can be cooled using the cooler even when the expander is not driven and there is no cold heat of the exhaust air.
When the first power is supplied and the second power is generated, the control device cools lubricating oil at the cooler or the third heat exchange unit, the first power is supplied, and When the second electric power is generated, the cooler cools the lubricating oil, and when the first electric power is not supplied and the second electric power is not generated, the third heat exchange unit generates the lubricating oil. When the first electric power is not supplied and the second electric power is not generated, it is preferable that the switching unit is switched so that the lubricating oil is cooled or waited by the cooler.
Lubricating oil can be cooled with optimum efficiency by appropriately controlling the switching unit according to the operating state of the CAES power generator.
In the compressed air storage power generation method according to the second aspect of the present invention, compressed air produced by the oil-cooled compressor is driven by driving an oil-cooled compressor with electric power generated using renewable energy. And generating power by driving an expander with the stored compressed air, recovering heat generated in the oil-cooled compressor into a lubricating oil and a heat medium, and recovering the recovered heat of the lubricating oil and the heat medium. Storing, heating the compressed air supplied to the expander by the stored lubricating oil and the heat medium, and storing the lubricating oil used for heating the compressed air supplied to the expander The temperature of the lubricating oil in the oil storage unit is detected, and switching whether or not to cool the lubricating oil supplied to the oil-cooled compressor by the air exhausted from the expander Including.
According to the present invention, in a CAES power generator using an oil-cooled compressor, the lubricating oil is cooled by using the cold heat of the exhaust air exhausted from the expander, so that the lubricating oil supplied to the compressor is efficiently used. Temperature can be adjusted.

The
In the
The
The
An
The
A compression
The
An expansion side
The
In the
The heat
In the heat
In the compression
The high temperature
In the expansion side
The low-temperature
Thus, the heat medium circulates in the heat

In the lubricating
In the expansion side
The low temperature lubricating
In the

In the present embodiment, the cooler 32 and the exhaust-
The low temperature lubricating

The high temperature lubricating
Thus, the lubricating oil circulates in the lubricating
Thus, according to the three flow path configurations of the
In particular, regarding the arrangement of the expansion side
According to this configuration, when the compressed air before expansion is heated using the heat medium and the lubricating oil in the expansion side
Further, the CAES
As shown in FIG. 2, when control is started (step S2-1), it is determined whether or not the temperature value T measured by the
As shown in Table 1, in the cooling process, the presence / absence of input power (first power) generated by the
Specifically, when there is input power and there is exhaust cooling heat, the switching unit is controlled to be in state 1. When there is input power and there is no exhaust cooling, the switching unit is controlled to be in
According to the configuration of the present embodiment, the lubricating oil can be cooled using the cold heat of the exhaust air exhausted from the
Further, by providing the cooler 32 in addition to the exhaust-

In the present embodiment, the input power generated by the

The
As shown in FIG. 4, when control is started (step S4-1), it is determined whether or not the temperature value T1 measured by the
As shown in Table 2, in the heat treatment, the switching unit is controlled based on the presence / absence of input power from the
When there is input power and there is a high-temperature heating medium, the switching unit is controlled to be in state 5. When there is input power and there is no high temperature heating medium, the switching unit is controlled to be in
By controlling in this way, the temperature value T1 of the lubricating oil supplied to the
In the first and second embodiments described above, different types of heat medium and lubricating oil are used, but the same one can also be used. In that case, the low-temperature
