Claims (15)
- 酸化亜鉛、リン酸亜鉛、ケイ酸カルシウム、リン酸アルミニウム、オルトリン酸ケイ酸亜鉛カルシウムストロンチウムアルミニウム水和物、モリブデン酸塩化合物、ケイ酸塩化合物、及びフタル酸亜鉛化合物を備えた防食組成物。
- 前記フタル酸亜鉛化合物がニトロフタル酸亜鉛塩またはフタル酸亜鉛塩の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩化合物がモリブデン酸亜鉛化合物である、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩化合物が前記防食組成物の10重量%〜90重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物が前記防食組成物の10重量%〜90重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記酸化亜鉛、前記リン酸亜鉛、前記ケイ酸カルシウム、前記リン酸アルミニウム、及び前記オルトリン酸ケイ酸亜鉛カルシウムストロンチウムアルミニウム水和物が、合計で前記防食組成物の32重量%〜34重量%を構成し、前記モリブデン酸塩化合物が前記防食組成物の32重量%〜34重量%を構成し、前記ケイ酸塩化合物が前記防食組成物の32重量%〜34重量%を構成し、前記フタル酸亜鉛化合物が前記防食組成物の0.001重量%〜5重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩化合物が、ZnMoO4、CaMoO4またはMgMoO4の少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物がケイ酸マグネシウム化合物である、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物が、MgSiO3、ZnSiO3またはCaSiO3の少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- エポキシ、ポリウレタン、アルキド、ポリスルフィド、シリコーン、アクリル、またはブタジエンの少なくとも1種を備えた被覆用ビヒクルと、
ニコチン酸、ニコチン酸の塩、MgC2O4、Na2WO4、CaWO4、または、MgSiO3とZnMoO4との混合物、の少なくとも1種を備えたスマートリリース添加剤と、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。 - 前記モリブデン酸塩化合物が4重量%未満のナトリウムを含む、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 酸化亜鉛、リン酸亜鉛、ケイ酸カルシウム、リン酸アルミニウム、オルトリン酸ケイ酸亜鉛カルシウムストロンチウムアルミニウム水和物、モリブデン酸塩化合物、ケイ酸塩化合物、及びフタル酸亜鉛化合物を備えた防食組成物と、
被覆用ビヒクルと、
を備えた耐食性コーティング。 - 1%〜40%の顔料体積率の前記防食組成物を含む、請求項12に記載の耐食性コーティング。
- 基材への耐食性コーティングの堆積方法であって、
防食組成物と被覆用ビヒクルとを混合することによって前記耐食性コーティングを形成することと、
前記耐食性コーティングを前記基材に被覆することと、
を備え、
前記防食組成物が、酸化亜鉛、リン酸亜鉛、ケイ酸カルシウム、リン酸アルミニウム、オルトリン酸ケイ酸亜鉛カルシウムストロンチウムアルミニウム水和物、モリブデン酸塩化合物、ケイ酸塩化合物、及びフタル酸亜鉛化合物を備えた、方法。 - 前記フタル酸亜鉛化合物がニトロフタル酸亜鉛塩またはフタル酸亜鉛塩の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
