Description

The present invention relates to a mountain stream device that can reproduce the flow of a mountain stream in a water tank or a garden.

Conventionally, as a water tank that reproduces natural running water, water was blown out from one side of the water tank into the water tank, and water was extracted from the opposite side of the water tank facing the one side and circulated to the one side. In the running water tank, a water discharge chamber for distributing the water to be blown out is provided on one side of the water tank, and a water discharge chamber for collecting the water to be extracted is provided on the opposite surface side of the water tank. A large number of water outlets for blowing water into the water tank over the entire surface near the opposite surface of the chamber, and a number of water outlets for extracting water from the water tank over the entire surface near the one side of the water discharge chamber A water tank is known (Patent Document 1).

Moreover, when reproducing the flow of a mountain stream using this flowing water tank, it is described that the water discharge chamber is exposed from the water surface, and a sound and a small wave like a mountain stream can be reproduced.

Furthermore, conventionally known are biotopes and aquaterrariums that incorporate water into the layout. The image of the biotope is a relatively large layout with things like plants and aquatic plants such as reeds around the pond and underwater, and enjoying the biological circulation in that environment. Aqua terrarium, on the other hand, is a relatively small and closed space (aquarium) where you can enjoy water views.

However, such a flowing water tank has a drawback that even if the water flow is made, the flowing water hits the drainage chamber in the traveling direction, so that a countercurrent and a turbulent flow are generated and a natural stream flow cannot be reproduced.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mountain stream device that can reproduce the flow of a natural mountain stream.

In order to achieve the above object, a mountain stream device of the present invention includes an exhibition water channel that reproduces a landscape of a mountain stream, a circulation channel that circulates water flowing through the exhibition channel, and a circulation channel that is installed in the circulation channel and circulates in the exhibition channel. It is a mountain stream device composed of a pump that supplies water from the water channel, and has a width that can regularly guide the water flowing through the exhibition water channel to the circulation water channel at the connection portion with the circulation water channel downstream of the exhibition water channel. The pump has a drainage channel, and the pump is a pump capable of discharging discharge water and adjusting the flow rate so that water flowing through the exhibition channel becomes a laminar flow.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) In the invention described in claim 1, since the drainage channel has a size capable of regularly guiding the water flowing through the exhibition channel to the circulation channel, the water is a wall surface at the end of the exhibition channel. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of countercurrent and turbulent flow.
Therefore, a natural mountain stream flow can be reproduced.
(2) Since the pump can discharge discharged water in a laminar flow state, turbulent flow is generated when the discharged water collides with obstacles such as stones provided in the exhibition channel, but after that it is swallowed by laminar flow The natural flow of a mountain stream that flows downstream as a laminar flow can be reproduced.
(3) Since there is no need to install a pump in the exhibition canal, construction is easy, and the mountain stream and surrounding planting can be designed freely in the exhibition canal, such as the width and height of the stream that is the element of the mountain stream design. Design is also more flexible and design can be improved.
(4) In the invention according to claim 2, the same effects as in the above (1) to (3) can be obtained, the water tank is provided with a partition wall, an exhibition water channel is formed on the upper side, and circulation is performed on the lower side of the partition wall. Since the water flow is already rectified by the flow at the lower part due to the provision of the water channel, the water flow does not appear in the upper part as turbulent flow.
Therefore, this flow can be brought closer to a natural mountain stream.
(5) In the invention described in claim 3, the same effects as in the above (1) to (3) can be obtained, and since the bottom is single, the thickness of the water tank can be reduced, like a counter It can also be placed on a table.
(6) In the invention according to claim 4, the same effects as in the above (1) to (3) can be obtained, the landscape of the mountain stream can be reproduced indoors, and the circulation channel can also be used as an outdoor landscape. .
(7) In the invention according to claim 5, the same effects as in the above (1) to (6) can be obtained, and more natural stream water flow can be reproduced.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

In the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a mountain stream device that reproduces the stream of a mountain stream in an aquarium, a garden or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the mountain stream device 1 includes a horizontally long box-shaped water tank 3 having an open top surface, and a horizontally wide partition installed inside the water tank 3 in a substantially horizontal state or slightly inclined state. The wall 2, a mountain stream decoration member 9 placed on the upper surface of the partition wall 2, and a single (embodiment) or a plurality of loop-shaped flow paths 10 formed by the partition wall 2 are disposed at appropriate positions. And a pump 6.

The loop channel 10 is provided on the upper side of the partition wall 2 as shown in FIG. 4, and the display channel 4 reproduces the landscape of the mountain stream by the mountain stream decoration member 9 placed on the upper surface of the partition wall 2. A drainage channel 7 provided on the end side of the exhibition water channel 4 (on the rear wall surface 3b side of the water tank 3) and capable of regularly guiding the water flowing through the display water channel 4 to the circulation water channel 5, and a partition of the water tank 3 A circulation channel 5 provided on the lower side of the wall 2 and flowing from the exhibition channel 4 through the drainage channel 7 to circulate the dropped water to the exhibition channel 4, and an end portion of the circulation channel ( The water tank 3 is formed on the front wall surface 3a side of the water tank 3 and is connected to the exhibition water channel 4 and includes a water supply channel 8 for supplying water from the circulation channel 5.

Here, “regularly” means that the flow rate of flowing water is substantially constant and the water does not stay in a part.

The water tank 3 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with front and rear wall surfaces 3a and 3b, and side walls 3c and 3d and a bottom surface 3e, and has a length of 2000 mm, a width of 400 mm, and a height of 300 mm. 2 is fixedly provided so as to divide the water tank 3 except for about 100 mm at both ends in the length direction thereof into a vertical direction, thereby forming a loop-shaped flow path 10.

In the present embodiment, as described above, the upper part of the water tank 3 divided by the partition wall 2 becomes the display water channel 4, and the lower part of the water tank 3 becomes the circulation water channel 5. In addition, the part where the partition wall 2 at the end in the length direction of the water tank 3 is not provided, and the part which is the downstream side of the exhibition water channel 4 is used as the drainage channel 7, and the part which is the upstream side of the exhibition water channel 4 is Used as the water supply path 8. The partition wall 2 is provided at a position of about 200 mm from the top of the water tank 3.
The pump 6 is installed on the drainage channel 7 side of the circulation channel 5.

The partition wall 2 is formed in a shallow dish shape, and the exhibition water channel 4 is formed on the upper surface of the partition wall 2. The exhibition waterway 4 is provided with mountain stream decoration members 9 such as rocks, gravel, and trees to reproduce the landscape of Japanese mountain streams. In the present embodiment, the flow velocity of the water flowing through the exhibition water channel 4 is desirably 1.1 to 3.3 m / sec, and is set to 3.2 m / sec in the present embodiment. By flowing laminar water at such a flow velocity, the natural flow of a mountain stream can be reproduced. The exhibition water channel 4 is substantially flat or has a slight downward slope toward the downstream side.

The circulating water channel 5 is provided on the lower side of the water tank 3 as described above, and the water flowing through the exhibition water channel 4 from the drainage channel 7 formed at the downstream end of the exhibition water channel 4 is regulated. In general, it is configured to flow into the circulation water channel 5. Since this drainage channel 7 has a size (in this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the drainage channel is approximately 400 cm 2) that allows the water flowing through the exhibition channel 4 to be regularly circulated, It is possible to prevent the flowing water from colliding with the wall surface or the like at the end portion and generating a countercurrent or turbulent flow. In addition, since the circulating water channel 5 is provided below the exhibition water channel 4, the water flowing through the exhibition water channel 4 falls to the circulating water channel 5. Can reproduce the flow of a mountain stream.

When the aquarium 3 having such an exhibition water channel 4 and a circulation water channel 5 is installed in an aquarium or the like, it is desirable that only the portion of the exhibition water channel 4 be displayed so that it can be seen by general customers. Further, at this time, by installing the vicinity of both ends of the water tank 3 where the partition wall 2 is not installed (near the water supply channel 8 and the drainage channel 7) in a position where it cannot be seen by general customers, water flows continuously from upstream to downstream. You can display the natural scenery of the mountain stream.

In the present embodiment, a plurality of the pumps 6 are provided in the circulating water channel 5 on the end point side (drainage channel 7 side) of the exhibition water channel 4 and can discharge discharged water in a laminar flow state. And what can adjust the flow rate is used. The water that has flowed from the drainage channel 7 into the circulation channel 5 is strongly pushed out by the plurality of pumps 6 and collides with the wall surface 3 a of the water tank 3 on the start point side of the exhibition channel 4. Due to this collision, the water flow escapes toward the water supply channel 8 and flows into the exhibition water channel 4. This movement generates a flow of rectified water, and no water flow appears at the top as turbulent flow. This rectification function can bring the flow closer to a natural mountain stream.
The water flow in the exhibition channel 4 becomes a natural stream flow.

The pump is preferably a pump such as ECM-42, ECM-63, or ECM-75 manufactured by KG. Since these pumps 4 are compact in size and can adjust the flow rate with high power, they can be installed in the aquarium 3 with limited space, and the pumps can be installed in a small space such as a bar counter or a store. It can reproduce the mountain stream in a space-saving manner.

In addition, the Reynolds number of the flowing water discharged from the discharge ports of these pumps is 0.1485 for ECM-42, 0.264 for ECM-63, and 0.2 for ECM-75 when the output is fully opened at 20 ° C. Since it is about 462, discharge water can be flowed in a laminar flow state. Therefore, the flow of the water flow reaches the wall surface 3a on the starting point side of the exhibition water channel 4 of the water tank 3 without loss, and even if the water is moved upward, it remains in the laminar flow state and remains in the display water channel 4 Water can flow. The Reynolds number of the water flowing through the exhibition water channel 4 at this time is preferably 1 or less, but a natural mountain stream flow can be expressed as long as the Reynolds number (2300 or less) can maintain a laminar flow state.

Furthermore, since the flow rate of the water supply port is 1/3 that of the discharge port, there is little failure such as seizure of the motor due to clogging of dust, and the flow rate is difficult to decrease, so the maintenance cost can be reduced.
By using the pump 6 capable of discharging in such a laminar flow, the Reynolds number of the discharged water can be reduced to 1 or less, and water can be discharged in a laminar flow state. The laminar flow state can be maintained, and the turbulence of the water flow caused by the water flow hitting an obstacle such as a rock formed in the exhibition water channel 4 is expressed in a natural feeling. Then, the disturbance of the water flow caused by the obstacle flows downstream as a substantially laminar flow in a form swallowed by another water flow, and can reproduce a natural stream flow. The force of water that reproduces the flow of such a natural mountain stream is related to gravity and the water discharge force of the motor. Hydropower can be increased by the pumping force and tilt angle of the pump. On the contrary, it is reduced by resistance such as stones and water bottom. However, this reduction creates mountain stream-like (swell of sound and flow).

That is, the amount of water and the discharge speed of the pump 6 are particularly important in a place with a smaller inclination angle. More precisely, the water coming out of the pump is as laminar as possible.
The discharge port of the pump 6 may be installed so as to be positioned at the start point of the display water channel 4 and supplied to the display water channel 4 without colliding with the wall surface 3a on the start point side of the display water channel 4 of the water tank 3. .
The mountain stream device 1 of the present embodiment has all the components such as the exhibition water channel 4, the circulation water channel 5, and the pump 6 provided in the water tank 3 (closed type). It can be moved.

In this embodiment, since the discharge port of the pump 6 is provided as the water supply path 8A so as to be positioned at the start end of the exhibition water path 4A, the water flowing through the display path 4A is laminar. Since the flow rate of the pump 6 can be adjusted in increments of 1% from 0% to 100%, the natural flow of the mountain stream can be reproduced indoors.
Also in the first embodiment, the discharge port of the pump 6 may be disposed near the water supply path 8 of the water tank 3 to supply water to the exhibition water path 4.

The second embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 is mainly different from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention in that the space in the front-rear direction is divided into two. The display tank 4 is formed in the space on the front side of the divided space of the water tank 3A, and the circulation channel 5 is formed in the space on the rear side. A drainage channel 7 having an opening area large enough to prevent water flow between the one end 2a of the partition wall 2 and the inner wall of the water tank 3A so that water flows into the circulation channel 5 from the other end of the partition wall. Even in the mountain stream device 1B configured in this way, the water tank 3A including the water supply path 8 having an opening area with a size that does not stagnate the water flow between the portion 2b and the inner wall of the water tank 3A is provided. Effects similar to those of the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention Since the bottom of the water tank 3A is single, the installation surface of the water tank 3A can be made thin and can be placed on a table like a counter, and a transparent material (glass / acrylic) is placed on the water tank 3A. It is possible to create a layout that is viewed from the side by using and increasing the height. Further, the loss of the capacity of the pump 6 can be reduced.
Furthermore, by covering not only the exhibition water channel 4 but also the upper surface of the circulation water channel 5 with a lid or the like, a landscape of a mountain stream or the like can be created on the upper surface, and a deep design can be performed.

In the present embodiment, only one partition wall 2 is provided, the exhibition water channel 4 is formed on the front side (front side), and the circulation water channel 5 is formed on the rear side (back side). Two partition walls 2 may be provided to divide the water tank 3A into three spaces in the front-rear direction, the exhibition water channel 4 may be formed in the central space, and the circulation water channel 5 may be formed in the front-rear space.
Alternatively, only the space in the central portion may be used as the circulation channel 5 and the exhibition channel 4 may be formed in the space in the front and rear portions.

In the embodiment of the present invention, an exhibition water channel that is substantially flat or slightly inclined downward toward the downstream side is described. However, using a pump, the water is pumped upward, and the display includes a waterfall. A waterway can also be constructed.
