Abstract
【解決手段】感知装置300は、磁性材料により構成される交互構造の外面を有し、回動軸30の回動に伴って回動するエンコーダ31と、外面と対向し、エンコーダ31の外部に固定配置される少なくとも一つの磁性体32と、少なくとも一つの磁性体32とエンコーダ31との間に固定配置される少なくとも一つの誘導素子33と、を含み、エンコーダ31の交互構造により、エンコーダ31の回動に伴って回動し、交互に変化する信号を出力し、ここで、誘導素子33は、磁界に敏感な誘導素子33である。上述の方案によれば、感知装置300は構造が簡単で、体積が小さくなる。

Claims (10)
- 磁性材料により構成される交互構造の外面を有し、回動軸の回動に伴って回動するエンコーダと、
前記外面と対向し、前記エンコーダの外部に固定配置される少なくとも一つの磁性体と、
前記少なくとも一つの磁性体と前記エンコーダとの間に固定配置される少なくとも一つの誘導素子と、を含み、
前記交互構造により、前記誘導素子は前記エンコーダの回動に伴って回動し、交互に変化する信号を出力し、
ここで、前記誘導素子は、磁界に敏感な誘導素子である
ことを特徴とする感知装置。 - 前記交互構造は周期的構造である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感知装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの誘導素子は複数の誘導素子であり、前記複数の誘導素子は、 前記複数の誘導素子中の任意の二つの隣接する誘導素子の出力信号間の位相差が同じであるように配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の感知装置。 - 前記外面は、前記エンコーダの前記回動軸方向に沿う側面であり、
前記少なくとも一つの磁性体と前記少なくとも一つの誘導素子は、前記エンコーダの径方向における円周に沿って配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の感知装置。 - 前記周期的構造は歯車構造である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の感知装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの誘導素子は、前記歯車構造の同一の部位に位置合わせされている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の感知装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの磁性体は、前記複数の誘導素子と1対1対応する複数の磁性体である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の感知装置。 - 前記磁界に敏感な誘導素子は、ホールセンサー又は巨大磁気抵抗センサーである
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の感知装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の感知装置を含み、
前記感知装置の出力信号に基づいて回動軸の回動速度及び/又は回動角度を算出するための算出ユニットをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする感知システム。 - 車両のステアリング軸のステアリング角度を測定するためのステアリングシステムであって、
請求項1〜8に記載の感知装置と、
前記感知装置の出力信号に基づいて前記ステアリング角度を特定するための処理部材と、
前記ステアリング角度に基づいて車輪のステアリングを駆動するための駆動部材とを含む
ことを特徴とするステアリングシステム。
