Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a molten salt penetration test apparatus and a molten salt penetration test method.
A gas turbine may set a high gas temperature for the purpose of improving its efficiency. In that case, the turbine members (moving blades, stationary blades, etc.) of the gas turbine are exposed to high-temperature gas. Therefore, the surface of the turbine member is generally provided with a thermal barrier coating (TBC).
This thermal barrier coating is formed by spraying a thermal spray material such as a ceramic material having a low thermal conductivity on the surface of a turbine member which is a sprayed object. By covering the turbine member with such a thermal barrier coating, the thermal barrier property and durability of the turbine member are improved.
On the other hand, particularly in gas turbines using heavy oil as fuel, corrosive components such as sulfur, vanadium, and sodium are included in the combustion gas. Therefore, the thermal barrier coating described above is required to maintain the corrosion resistance of the base material in addition to the thermal barrier properties described above.
In this
In the high temperature corrosion test, first, a test piece is immersed in a crucible containing molten salt, and the crucible in which the test piece is immersed is inserted into an electric furnace. Furthermore, the actual gas turbine combustion simulation gas is circulated in this electric furnace and maintained at 900 ° C. for 100 hours. After the experiment is completed, the test piece is taken out, washed with hot water and pickled to remove the molten edge adhering to the thermal barrier coating of the test piece. Thereafter, the weight change of the test piece before and after the test is measured to determine the weight loss of corrosion, and the amount of thinning is determined with a micrometer to evaluate the amount of corrosion.
In the high temperature corrosion test described in
Furthermore, although the high temperature corrosion test of
For example, when conducting a test for infiltrating a molten salt into a thermal barrier coating used in a high power type gas turbine using a high flow rate combustion gas at a temperature of about 1500 ° C., the same boundary conditions as the actual machine may be used. It may not be possible to reproduce the conditions for the molten salt of the thermal barrier coating to penetrate. Therefore, there is a possibility that deterioration of the thermal barrier coating due to penetration of the molten salt cannot be evaluated correctly.
On the other hand, in order to obtain combustion gas having a high temperature and a high flow rate, it is conceivable to use an actual combustor, but the apparatus becomes large.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a molten salt penetration test apparatus capable of correctly evaluating the penetration state of the molten salt with respect to the thermal barrier coating while suppressing the enlargement of the apparatus, and the melting An object is to provide a salt penetration test method.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the molten salt permeation test apparatus includes a combustor that obtains combustion gas by mixing and burning compressed air and fuel, and a salt supply unit that supplies salt to the combustion gas. And an accommodating support part that accommodates and supports the test piece whose surface is coated with a thermal barrier coating, and an accelerator that accelerates the combustion gas supplied with the salt to collide with the test piece.
By comprising in this way, the combustion gas of a combustor can be used as a carrier gas of salt. Thereby, the salt heated by the combustion gas becomes a molten salt. Furthermore, the temperature of the test piece can be heated to a temperature equivalent to that of the actual turbine member.
Further, the combustion gas burned in the combustor containing the molten salt can be collided with the test piece after being accelerated by the accelerator. Thereby, the flow speed of combustion gas can be raised to the flow speed equivalent to the combustion gas of a real machine, using a small combustor. That is, the boundary condition of the thermal barrier coating of the test piece can be made equal to the boundary condition of the thermal barrier coating in the actual machine.
As a result, it is possible to correctly evaluate the penetration state of the molten salt with respect to the thermal barrier coating of the test piece while suppressing the increase in size.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the molten salt permeation test apparatus, the salt supply unit in the first aspect may include a supply nozzle that supplies the salt to the accelerator.
By comprising in this way, molten salt can be mixed more uniformly with respect to combustion gas. Therefore, the combustion gas in the same state as the actual machine can be reproduced.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the molten salt permeation test apparatus may include a cooling unit that blows and cools the coolant on the back surface of the test piece.
By comprising in this way, the base material of the test piece coat | covered with the thermal barrier coating can be cooled. Therefore, the temperature distribution similar to the temperature distribution in the thickness direction of the turbine member of the actual machine can also appear on the test piece.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the molten salt infiltration test device, the accelerator according to any one of the first to third aspects is connected to the combustor, and the downstream side in the flow direction of the combustion gas. A tubular constricted portion in which the cross-sectional area of the flow path gradually decreases as it goes, and a straight pipe that is formed in a straight tubular shape having a constant flow cross-sectional area and connects the downstream end of the constricted portion and the housing support portion May be provided.
As described above, the flow passage cross-sectional area of the throttle portion gradually decreases, so that the flow velocity of the combustion gas can be increased smoothly. Further, by providing the straight pipe portion, it is possible to rectify the combustion gas having an increased flow velocity and further accelerate the combustion gas. Therefore, the combustion gas containing the molten salt can be efficiently collided with the test piece while sufficiently increasing the flow velocity of the combustion gas.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the molten salt infiltration test device is an air supply in which the combustor according to any one of the first to fourth aspects can supply temperature adjusting air to the combustion gas. May be provided.
By comprising in this way, the temperature adjustment air can be supplied to combustion gas, and the temperature of combustion gas can be reduced. Therefore, the temperature of the thermal barrier coating on the test piece can be easily adjusted to a desired temperature by increasing or decreasing the supply amount of the temperature adjustment air.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, in the molten salt permeation test apparatus, the accommodation support portion according to any one of the first to fifth aspects includes an observation window that leads to the accommodation space that accommodates the test piece. May be.
By comprising in this way, the state of the test piece under test can be observed through an observation window. Therefore, it can suppress that a shift | offset | difference arises between the boundary conditions of a test piece, and the boundary conditions of an actual machine.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in the molten salt infiltration test method, salt is supplied to a combustion gas obtained by mixing and burning compressed air and fuel, and the flow velocity of the combustion gas containing the salt is determined by the flow path cross-sectional area. After accelerating by gradual decrease, the specimen is made to collide with a test piece provided with a thermal barrier coating.
By comprising in this way, a molten salt osmosis | permeation test can be performed in the environment equivalent to the turbine member of an actual machine using the apparatus sufficiently smaller than the actual machine of a gas turbine. Therefore, the thermal barrier coating can be easily and accurately evaluated.
According to the molten salt penetration test apparatus and the molten salt penetration test method, it is possible to correctly evaluate the penetration state of the molten salt with respect to the thermal barrier coating while suppressing an increase in the size of the apparatus.

The

FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the molten salt penetration test apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the molten salt
The
The

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the support portion main body according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the support portion
The cooling air supply unit 31 blows cooling air supplied from the outside against the
The
The
The
The
The
Although not shown in FIG. 3 for convenience of illustration, the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
D2=(Q/Vc×4/Π)0.5・・・(1)

V1/V2=D2/D1・・・(2)

Assuming that the gas flow rate of the
V1 / V2 = D2 / D1 (2)
The

The
The
The two-

Next, a molten salt penetration test method using the molten salt
FIG. 5 is a flowchart of the molten salt penetration test method in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 5, first, the
Thereafter, the
Next, the molten salt
Then, in the
On the other hand, cooling air is blown from the back surface to the
Further, the valves V1 and V2 of the
The combustion gas G containing a certain amount of the gasified molten salt is accelerated to a target flow velocity by the
After continuing this state for a predetermined time (step S07), the user stops the molten salt permeation test apparatus 20 (step S08), takes out the
Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, the combustion gas G of the
Furthermore, by providing the two-
Furthermore, by providing the cooling air supply unit 31, the
Furthermore, in the
Further, the temperature adjusting air can be supplied to the combustion gas G to lower the temperature of the combustion gas G. Therefore, the temperature of the thermal
