PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage/penetration reservoir that uses a table-like member without requiring a wall material to be used in the periphery of a storage space.SOLUTION: In a storage/penetration reservoir that comprises a plurality of water storing materials arranged under the ground and covered by a sheet, a storage tank is installed in a central part by arranging a plurality of table-like members composed of a plate part and a cylinder part opening in the plate part and by covering the table-like members by an impervious sheet. The openings of the table-like members present in the periphery of the storage tank are blocked by arranging a pipe material in the periphery and this is used also as a penetration tank, so as to provide the storage/penetration reservoir. 図1に示す通り、本発明は、中心部を貯留を目的とする貯留槽、その外周部を浸透を目的とする浸透槽とする貯留浸透兼用の雨水等の流出抑制施設である。中心の貯留槽はテーブル状部材を配設して得られた貯留空間を遮水シートで囲い、雨水の貯留が可能となっている。貯留槽の外周部は管材を配設し透水シートで囲い浸透槽を形成している。
図では貯留槽部・浸透槽部全体を透水シートで包んでいる。

本来テーブル状部材は貯留空間を形成するとその外周部に大きな開放部を生じる。そため図2、図5bに示すように遮水シートの水圧による膨張を防止する目的で壁材を使用して開放部を閉鎖している。本発明では、図5に示すようにその壁が管材により代替されている。ここで図5aは壁が管材に置き換わった状態を示し、図5bは従来の壁が用いられた例を示す。
