例えば貯留浸透兼用槽としては特開H09-041470、特開2008-133598があり、前者は槽を上下に分け上部を浸透槽、下部を貯留槽としている。また後者は槽の中心部を貯留槽としその周囲を浸透槽としている。

図1に示す通り、本発明は、中心部を貯留を目的とする貯留槽、その外周部を浸透を目的とする浸透槽とする貯留浸透兼用の雨水等の流出抑制施設である。中心の貯留槽はテーブル状部材を配設して得られた貯留空間を遮水シートで囲い、雨水の貯留が可能となっている。貯留槽の外周部は管材を配設し透水シートで囲い浸透槽を形成している。
図では貯留槽部・浸透槽部全体を透水シートで包んでいる。

図3aはテーブル状部材の一例を示す図である。図3bはテーブル状部材の使用例を示す。テーブル状部材は図に示すように平盤部と平盤部に開口する筒状の脚部からなる。脚部の形状は円筒状、梅鉢状その他の形状が利用可能である。また脚部の数も任意に決定される。一般に貯蔵運搬の利便性から入れ子状とするため脚部にはテーパが設けられ、底部は開口部に比較して小さくなっている。また図3bに示すように2つのテーブル状部材をその脚部底面を対向させた状態のユニットとして使用されることが多い。
本来テーブル状部材は貯留空間を形成するとその外周部に大きな開放部を生じる。そため図2、図5bに示すように遮水シートの水圧による膨張を防止する目的で壁材を使用して開放部を閉鎖している。本発明では、図5に示すようにその壁が管材により代替されている。ここで図5aは壁が管材に置き換わった状態を示し、図5bは従来の壁が用いられた例を示す。

In the present invention, the wall is replaced with a pipe as shown in FIG. Here, FIG. 5a shows a state where the wall is replaced with a pipe, and FIG. 5b shows an example in which a conventional wall is used.

また管材の表面の孔の形状・大きさ・数も任意に設定できる。管材を半割りにし、使用時に管とするようにしても良い。
