Claims (14)
- ガスタービンエンジン(100)用の翼形部(200)に1つ以上の冷却孔(218)を製作するための方法であって、
前記翼形部(200)の負圧側(206)、正圧側(208)または両側に、1つ以上の孔スタータボス(222)を鋳造するステップと、
1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)を介して、前記翼形部(200)に1つ以上の前記冷却孔(218)を穿設するステップと、
前記翼形部(200)に1つ以上の前記冷却孔(218)を穿設した後、1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)を除去するステップとを備える方法。 - 前記翼形部(200)のシュラウド(216)に1つ以上の見通しアクセス孔(228)を穿設して、1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)へのアクセスを提供するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記翼形部(200)に1つ以上の前記冷却孔(218)を穿設した後、前記翼形部(200)の前記シュラウド(216)の1つ以上の前記見通しアクセス孔(228)を埋めるステップをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記翼形部(200)のシャンク(212)に1つ以上の孔(230)を穿設するステップをさらに備え、1つ以上の前記冷却孔(218)は、前記翼形部(200)の前記シャンク(212)の1つ以上の前記孔(230)と流体連通している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)は、突出部(224)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)は、くぼみを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)は、複数の孔(226)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記孔スタータボス(222)は、研削によって除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。
