Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more easily and safely hot-water heated pouch which has a through hole where a rod such as a chopstick is easily inserted to be capable of being taken out of a hot-water utensil such as a pot, in the case of hot-water heating with the pouch laid flat, and hardly falls down even when steam air bubbles occur from the bottom of hot-water utensil such as a pot, in the case of hot-water heating with the pouch standing, to be capable of being taken out of a hot-water utensil such as a pot by pinching the top of the pouch remaining self-standing also after heat-cooking with fingers.SOLUTION: A through hole 37 is installed in a bottom space formed by pouch barrel films 21, 22 and a bottom film 31. In the case of hot-water heating with a pouch laid flat, the distance between the through hole and the pot bottom is enlarged to facilitate taking out. In the case of hot-water heating with a pouch standing, air bubbles escape through the through hole even when steam air bubbles occur from the bottom of hot-water utensil such as a pot, so that the pouch does not fall down to enable the pouch top to be picked up by hand after hot-water heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

The present invention relates to a pouch for sealing processed foods such as porridge and meat sauce, and more particularly to a self-supporting pouch in which a plurality of flexible synthetic resin films are sealed.

Among the pouch-stuffed foods, retort pouch-stuffed foods are foods that have been cooked in advance, such as rice crackers and meat sauce, which are sealed and stored in a pouch that is a bag that does not allow light or air to pass through. It is sold in a state sterilized at a high temperature. Such retort pouch stuffed foods can be stored for a long time at room temperature without using preservatives or preservatives.
In addition, pouched foods other than retort pouched foods, such as pasta sauce containing pasta that has been cooked in advance, are hermetically stored in a pouch that is a bag sealed with a transparent film, and refrigerated / frozen. Some pouched foods are sold in a distributed state.

On the other hand, such pouched foods are rarely eaten at room temperature. Usually, the pouched food is put in a bag of hot water and heated, and then removed from the hot water and opened. The food such as curry and porridge stored will be eaten.
Moreover, since it is not easy to take out the pouch-stuffed food from the hot water with fingers, various devices have been made to facilitate the removal from the hot water (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Japanese Patent No. 5021353

Here, as in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, a through hole as a chopstick hole has been provided in the sealing surface of the upper part of the pouch so that it can be easily taken out from the hot water when hot water is poured, but it is not self-supporting. In the pouch, because the pouch lays down horizontally in the water heater such as a pot, the distance between the through hole and the bottom of the water heater such as a pot becomes narrow, and the chopsticks etc. must be scooped up while tilting sideways, It could not be said that the operability was good. Also, even if it was scooped up, the chopstick hole fell off from the chopsticks along the way, which could be dangerous. In addition, in a self-supporting pouch, if you pour a hot water bath with the pouch standing, water vapor bubbles generated from the bottom of the hot water appliance such as a pan will accumulate in the bottom space of the pouch, and this buoyancy will cause the pouch to fall down, causing the hot water bath such as the pan to fall. There was a problem that it was impossible to pick up with a finger from the instrument.
The present invention relates to two methods for taking out a pouch from a hot water appliance such as a pot during a hot water bath, that is, a method of inserting a stick such as chopsticks into a through hole of the pouch from a state in which the pouch is placed sideways, and a method of hot water bathing with the pouch standing. The present invention provides a pouch that can be operated more easily and safely.

The present invention has a through-hole that allows easy insertion of chopsticks, etc., when making a hot water bath with the pouch lying on its side, making it easier to take out the pouch from a hot water bath appliance such as a pan, and when making a hot water bath with the pouch upright, Even if water vapor bubbles are generated from the bottom of the water bath utensils, etc., the pouch is not easily toppled, and it is easier to take out the pouch from the water bath utensils such as a pot by pinching the upper part of the pouch while standing by heating with a finger. A pouch that can be used safely and with a hot water bath is provided.

<Solution 3>
Furthermore, the present invention provides the pouch described in <Solution 1>
The object is achieved by reducing the width of the through-hole as it approaches the lower end of the body film.

<Solution 4>
Furthermore, this invention achieves the said objective in the container-packed food with which the pouch as described in any of <Solution means 1-3> was filled.

According to the pouch of the present invention, by installing a through hole in the bottom seal of the pouch, it is possible to maintain the distance between the through hole and the bottom of a hot water appliance such as a pan. With a through-hole for easy insertion of chopsticks, etc., it can be easily taken out from a hot water appliance such as a pot.

The conventional through-hole, as provided in the pouches described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, is narrow (usually about 5 mm) from the bottom of a hot-water device such as a pan (refer to FIG. 6). Since the pouch of the present invention has a bottom film, the distance between the through hole and the bottom of the hot water appliance such as a pan is wide, and the distance between the through hole on the left or right of the bottom seal and the bottom of the hot water such as a pan is 20 mm or more (see FIG. 5), and can be easily inserted into the through-hole without being tilted to a sufficient depth with chopsticks or the like.

Further, according to the pouch of the present invention, the two body-surface films are sealed at least on the two sides opposite to each other, and the bottom ends of the two body-surface films are sealed to the bottom film. The trihedral corner where the two surfaces of the two body surface films and the bottom film intersect each other is 10 mm or more away from the lower end of the body surface film (FIG. 1L). By having a self-supporting property in the pouch itself, and having a through hole in the bottom space of the substantially triangular pyramid formed on the outer side of the pouch and on the lower end side of the body surface film with the trihedral corner as a vertex, The bottom space of the pouch, i.e., the triangular cone formed from the side seal on the lower end side of the body surface film and the two bottom seals with the trihedral corner as the apex, is concave downward, but a hot water such as a pot Water vapor generated from the bottom of the instrument By releasing the air bubbles from the through holes, the pouch can be prevented from falling due to the buoyancy of the air bubbles, and it is easy to take out the pouch from a hot water appliance such as a pot by pinching the upper part of the pouch that remains self-supported after cooking. reference).

Also, by making the vertical height of the through hole larger than the horizontal width, that is, by making the shape vertically long, the stress applied to the chopsticks when inserting and removing it is increased, and the chopsticks do not slip easily from the through hole Yes (see FIG. 2).

Furthermore, when lifting the inserted chopsticks, etc., the through hole is positioned below the center of gravity of the pouch, and the pouch is lifted with an inclination of 90 ° or more, so the width of the through hole is made smaller as it approaches the bottom. Thus, chopsticks etc. are relatively pressed against the bottom side of the pouch by the weight of the pouched food, and the chopsticks etc. bite into the through-holes that become smaller as they approach the bottom, making it difficult for the chopsticks to slip from the through-holes (Fig. 4).

The pouch of the present invention will be described based on a specific example shown in the accompanying drawings.
A pouch 1 according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 includes a body portion 20 having side seals 23 and 24 on at least two opposite sides of two body surface films 21 and 22, and two sheets. The bottom surface of the body surface films 21 and 22 is provided with a bottom film 31 and a bottom portion 30 formed by sealing the bottom side 32, and the two surfaces of the body surface films 21 and 22 and the bottom film 31 intersect. The trihedral corners 33 and 34 are formed so as to be separated from the lower ends of the body surface films 21 and 22 by 10 mm or more. For this reason, when the contents are put, the bottom 30 spreads by the weight of the contents, and the bottom space 35 of a substantially triangular pyramid formed on the outer side of the pouch and at the lower end side of the body film with the trihedral corners 33 and 34 as apexes. 36 is formed in two places, left and right when the pouch is viewed from the front, and has self-supporting properties. A through hole 37 is provided in the bottom space 35 of the substantially triangular pyramid. The shape of the upper end seal 40 of the trunk is not particularly limited.

Although the material of the trunk | drum surface films 21 and 22 and the bottom film 31 is not specifically limited, Since an inside layer is comprised with polyolefin resin, such as a polypropylene, since it fills with food and heats it with retort and heats it at the time of eating. Things are common. Furthermore, in order to provide functionality such as barrier properties, an EVOH layer, an aluminum foil / deposition layer, or a silica deposition layer can be provided as an intermediate layer. As a manufacturing method, a general extrusion-molded film can be extruded and laminated, or dry laminated using an adhesive. In addition, a PET layer is provided on the outer layer, and the contents and the like are printed in advance on the inner surface by gravure printing or flexographic printing, and then laminating does not cause the print to fade due to retort heating or hot water heating. Display and the like can be obtained.

In FIG. 1, there are two through holes 37 in the vicinity of the two side seals 23 and 24 of the body film 21 when viewed from the front surface of the pouch 1, and two side edges of the other body film 22 when viewed from the back surface. There are two locations in the vicinity of the seals 23 and 24, for a total of four locations. The number of through-holes is preferably four in total. For example, even if there are two places in the vicinity of the side seal 23 of the body surface film 21 and one in the vicinity of the side seal 24 of the body surface film 22, There may be one or more in each of the two bottom spaces 35, such as four in each of the films 21 and 22, and a total of two or more, and the upper limit of the number is not limited. The diameter of the through hole 37 is not limited, but is preferably 5 to 10 mm in diameter because it can be easily inserted with a stick such as chopsticks. If it is easy to insert and there are a total of four through holes, a stick such as chopsticks is inserted through the two through holes in the body film 21 or 22 on the upper side of the pouch, By pushing out the contents while winding the pouch around the stick, it is possible to easily squeeze out the food that is the contents and to dispose it easily by pulling out the stick such as chopsticks.

FIG. 2 shows a pouch in which the through hole 37 of FIG. The shape of the vertically long through-hole 38 can be an ellipse, an oblong oblong hole, or other vertically long shape. An example is shown in FIG.

The width of the vertically long through hole 38 is preferably smaller than 5 mm so that resistance between the chopsticks and the like and the vertically long through hole 38 is easily generated. On the other hand, the width of the vertically long through hole 38 is preferably 7 mm or more from the viewpoint of efficiently discharging air bubbles and easily inserting a stick such as chopsticks. In order to achieve both of these, the shape in which the lateral width of the vertically long through hole 38 becomes smaller as it approaches the lower end side of the body film, such that the upper width of the vertically long through hole 38 is 7 mm or more and the lower width is 5 mm or less. More preferably, more specifically, it is shown in FIG. The vertical height of the vertically long through hole 38 is preferably larger than the horizontal width from the viewpoint that a stick such as chopsticks can be easily inserted, and is desirably about 7 to 30 mm when the horizontal width is 3 to 10 mm.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, the side seals 23 and 24 may be provided with notches for opening, and the upper end seal 40 may be provided with a through hole for another purpose (for example, for hanging display). As the shape of the pouch, various shapes such as a pentagon may be employed instead of a quadrangle. In addition, it is also preferable to form unevenness and a textured surface to prevent slippage by embossing, sealing pattern, or printing on the bottom seal or side seal around the through hole. Furthermore, it is possible to provide an anti-slip effect by making the end surface of the through hole jagged.

The left shows a conventional product pouch 6 without a through hole, and the right shows a pouch 1 according to the present invention having a vertically long through hole 38. In the case of the conventional product pouch 6, the pouch becomes unstable due to water vapor bubbles 7 generated during heating, and sometimes the pouch falls over, whereas in the case of the pouch 1 according to the present invention, the bottom surface 52 of a hot water appliance such as a pot. It can be understood that the water vapor bubbles 7 generated from the gas are released from the vertically long through-holes 38 to prevent the pouch from overturning due to the buoyancy of the bubbles 7, and the pouch remains self-supporting after cooking.
