Claims (20)
- セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品を製造する方法(500、600、700)であって、
第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(504)においてボイド(502)を形成するステップと、
第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(506)にボイド(502)を形成するステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ上に前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライを位置付けて、この位置付けにより前記ボイドを整列させて前記構成部品にキャビティ(70)を少なくとも部分的に定めるようにするステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ上に第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(508)を位置付けるステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ、前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライを緻密化して緻密体を形成し、前記キャビティが該緻密体内に存在するようにするステップと、
を含む、方法(500、600、700)。 - 前記ボイドの形成ステップが、前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ又は前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライのセラミックマトリックス複合材のレーザ孔加工、放電加工、カッティング又は機械加工のうちの1又はそれ以上による、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ、前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライのうちの1又はそれ以上が、プリプレグ複合材プライである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライの繊維が、前記キャビティの中心軸に対して10度よりも大きな角度を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記キャビティが、緻密化中に前記緻密体内に完全に密閉される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記緻密体に少なくとも1つの開口を機械加工するステップを更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記緻密化ステップが、溶融浸透又は化学蒸着を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記緻密化ステップの前に、前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ、前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライを剛性化するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記緻密体が、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品の少なくとも一部を形成し、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品が、ライナ、ブレード、シュラウド、ノズル、燃焼器、ノズル端壁及びブレードプラットフォームからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品を製造する方法(500、600、700)であって、
第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(504)を第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(506)と接触させて位置付けるステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライを部分的に剛性化して剛性化プリフォーム(615)を形成するステップと、
前記剛性化プリフォームにボイド(502)を形成するステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ上に第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(508)を位置付けるステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ、前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライに剛性化を行うステップと、
前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ、前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライを緻密化して緻密体を形成するステップと、
を含み、前記緻密化ステップが、溶融浸透又は化学蒸着を含み、前記キャビティが前記緻密体内に存在する、方法(500、600、700)。 - 前記ボイドの形成ステップが、前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ又は前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライのセラミックマトリックス複合材のレーザ孔加工、放電加工、カッティング又は機械加工のうちの1又はそれ以上による、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ボイドが、前記剛性化プリフォームにおいて可変深さ又は可変断面直径を有する陥凹域である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第3のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライが、第2のボイドを有する第2の剛性化プリフォームである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品が、ライナ、ブレード、シュラウド、ノズル、燃焼器、ノズル端壁及びブレードプラットフォームからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品であって、
緻密体を形成する複数のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ(504、506、508)を備え、
前記複数のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライが各々、前記緻密体内でキャビティ(70)を定めるように整列されるボイド(502)を有し、前記キャビティが、前記緻密体の少なくとも一部に沿った直線状境界を有する、セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品。 - 前記直線状境界が、機械加工による境界である、請求項15に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品。
- 前記直線状境界が、カッティングによる境界である、請求項15に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品。
- 前記キャビティが、可変深さ又は可変断面直径を含む、請求項15に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品。
- 前記セラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品が、ライナ、ブレード、シュラウド、ノズル、燃焼器、ノズル端壁及びブレードプラットフォームからなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品。
- 前記第1のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライ及び前記第2のセラミックマトリックス複合材プライの繊維が、前記キャビティの中心軸に対して10度よりも大きな角度を形成する、請求項15に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材構成部品。
