Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plastic container used for storage and transportation of contents such as pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, foods, and industrial parts.
Glass containers are widely used as containers for storing and transporting contents. However, glass containers are easily broken and heavy. From the viewpoint of preventing cracking and reducing weight, there is an increasing need for plastic containers. For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a plastic container having a screwdriver type lid is widely known. In a plastic container provided with a screw-type lid, the container can be sealed again by screwing the lid onto the thread even after the container is opened. In addition, when the screwdriver type lid is opened, the lower end of the lid is twisted off and remains in a ring shape, so that it can be clearly seen that tampering or tampering has occurred. Plastic containers are also widely used.
However, if it is not necessary to open the plug once and take out the contents once again, it is unnecessary to provide a screw-type multi-threaded structure on the container and the lid. On the contrary, the simple structure of the container and lid, and the ability to fit and open the lid with easy operation, can reduce the design of the container and lid shape and the burden on the manufacturing equipment, and also suppress the amount of resin raw material used. Required from a possible point of view.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a plastic container that can easily fit a lid into the opening of the container and that can be easily opened when the lid is opened, and a plastic container having tamper evidence performance.

The barrel has a substantially straight central axis at least on the opening side,
The trunk includes a fitting ring that fits a lid on the outer wall on the opening side,
The fitting ring has at least an upper surface and a lower surface,
The inclination angle of the upper surface is 15 ° or more and less than 90 °,
The inclination angle of the lower surface is 0 ° or more and less than 15 °,
The protrusion length of the lower surface is 0.5 mm or more and less than 2.0 mm,
The radius of curvature of the tip of the lower surface is 0.00 mm or more and 0.30 mm or less,
A plastic container is provided to solve the above problems.
“Hollow body” refers to a portion that is cylindrical and forms the side wall of the container. The body portion does not need to be a short body, and a part of the body portion may be reduced in diameter or expanded. The body portion preferably has a circular cross-sectional shape, but may have a shape other than a circular shape such as an ellipse or a polygonal shape. In this case, the “inner diameter” of the body portion refers to the maximum diameter of a circle included in the ellipse or polygon.
The “opening existing at one end of the trunk” means that the hollow shape is opened at one end of the trunk without being closed.
The “bottom part closing the other end of the body part” is a part that forms the bottom of the container by closing the other end of the body part. The shape of the bottom is not particularly limited. For example, when the cross-sectional shape of the body is circular, hemisphere (bottom surface is curved), cylindrical (bottom surface is flat), conical (bottom surface is pointed) ) Etc. When the boundary between the torso and the bottom is clear (for example, when the torso is straight and the bottom is curved, or when the torso is straight and the bottom extends straight from the torso ) Determines the body and the bottom with reference to the boundary. On the other hand, when there is no boundary between the body and the bottom (when the inner diameter gradually decreases from the opening to the bottom and the bottom is pointed, etc.), from the bottom of the inner surface of the container (the lowest position on the inner surface) The upper part up to 5 mm is the bottom, and the part above 5 mm is the body.
The “opening side” of the body portion refers to a portion in the vicinity of the body portion opening where the lid is fitted.
The phrase “the central axis is substantially straight at least on the opening side” means that the trunk extends substantially coaxially on the opening side. That is, when the cross-sectional shape of the trunk portion is circular (when the trunk portion is cylindrical), the center of the circle exists coaxially on the opening side.
The “fitting ring” refers to an annular portion that is formed integrally with the body portion on the opening side of the body portion and makes a round around the outer periphery of the body portion. The distance from the opening to the fitting ring is appropriately determined in consideration of the side wall length of the lid and the like. In addition, when the cross-sectional shape of a trunk | drum is polygonal, the cross-sectional shape of the outer surface of a fitting ring can also be polygonal. That is, in the present application, for convenience, it is referred to as a “ring”, but this is not intended to limit the cross-sectional shape to a circular shape.
The “inclination angle of the upper surface” is an angle as indicated by θ 1 in FIG. That is, it refers to an angle formed by a “surface of the upper surface that can come into contact with the fitting portion (projection) of the lid when the lid is fitted” and a “surface perpendicular to the central axis of the body portion”.
The “inclination angle of the lower surface” is an angle as indicated by θ 2 in FIG. That is, “the surface of the lower surface that can contact the fitting portion (projection) of the lid when the lid is opened (the surface that contributes to the mooring of the fitting portion (projection) of the lid)” and “ An angle formed by a “plane perpendicular to the central axis”.
The "projection length of the lower surface", the distance as shown by L 1 in Fig. That is, a distance from the root of the lower surface to the lower surface of the tip, refers to the distance L 1 along a direction perpendicular to the body portion of the outer surface is connected to the lower surface of the root.
The “curvature radius of the tip of the lower surface” is a radius as indicated by r in FIG.
In this invention, it is preferable that a fitting ring is provided with the perpendicular | vertical side surface which connects an upper surface and a lower surface. That is, it is preferable to provide a side surface along the central axis of the trunk as shown by reference numeral 5c in FIG. Thereby, the intensity | strength of a fitting ring increases.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a holding ring is further provided below the fitting ring. With the holding ring, the plastic container can be automatically and automatically transported one by one mechanically in the manufacturing apparatus and the transport apparatus, and can also function as a support portion when the lid is fitted.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the lid is fitted to the fitting ring, the bending elastic modulus of the lid is 1500 MPa or more and 5000 MPa or less, and the thickness of the lid is 0.2 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less. When the lid is pushed up above the container, the fitting portion of the lid is caught on the lower surface of the fitting ring, and a part of the lid is appropriately bent, so that the container can be easily opened.
The “bending elastic modulus of the lid” refers to the bending elastic modulus of the material constituting the lid. The “flexural modulus” can be measured according to JIS K 7171 by molding the material to be used into a test piece shape.
In the present invention, the top surface portion of the opening may be sealed with a seal, and a lid may be fitted so as to cover the seal.
In the present invention, it is preferable to have a gas barrier film on the inner surfaces of the trunk and the bottom.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a plastic container that can easily fit the lid into the opening of the container and can be easily opened when the lid is opened, and a plastic container having tamper evidence performance.
A plastic container 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The plastic container 10 has a hollow body 1, an opening 2 existing at one end of the body 1, and a bottom 3 that closes the other end of the body 1.
1. The trunk part 1 has a substantially straight central axis at least on the opening 2 side. That is, when the cross-sectional shape of the trunk portion 1 is circular (when the trunk portion 1 is cylindrical), the center of the circle exists coaxially on the opening 2 side. On the other hand, the shape on the bottom side is not particularly limited.
1.1. Open side (fitting ring)
The body portion 1 includes a fitting ring 5 for fitting a lid on the outer wall on the opening 2 side. The fitting ring 5 plays a role of holding the lid on the container 10 because the protrusion (fitting part) on the inner surface of the lid is hooked when the lid is pushed into the container 10. When opening the lid of the container 10, a finger or a jig is hooked on the lower end of the lid and pulled toward the opening 2 side of the container 10, so that a protrusion on the inner surface of the lid that is fitted to the fitting ring 5 of the container 10 ( The lid folds outward from the portion of the fitting portion, and the protrusion (fitting portion) opens and opens. In this case, when the lid is folded and spread, it is preferable as tamper evidence that a mark of embrittlement be formed.
The fitting ring 5 has at least an upper surface 5a and a lower surface 5b. In addition, it has a vertical side surface 5c that connects the upper surface 5a and the lower surface 5b.
In fitting the ring 5, the inclination angle theta 1 of the upper surface 5a is less than 15 ° or 90 °. By setting the inclination angle θ 1 of the upper surface 5 a within such a range, the lid can be easily fitted into the opening of the container 10. The lower limit of the inclination angle theta 1 of the upper surface 5a is preferably 17 ° or more, more preferably 20 ° or more. The upper limit may be less than 90 °, but from the viewpoint of reducing the amount of resin used and reducing the weight, the angle is preferably as small as possible, more preferably 60 ° or less, and particularly preferably 45 ° or less. The inclination angle θ 1 of the upper surface of the fitting ring is defined as “the surface of the upper surface that can come into contact with the fitting portion (protrusion) of the lid when the lid described later is fitted” and “the center axis of the trunk portion. An angle formed by an “orthogonal plane”. In particular, the surface if the protruding length of the fitting portion of the lid (protrusions protruding to the body portion side) was L 3, in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the "barrel, included in a range from the tip of the upper surface of the L 3 It is preferable that an angle formed by (the surface near the tip of the upper surface, the surface S 1 in FIG. 3) and the “surface perpendicular to the central axis of the body” is the upper surface inclination angle θ 1 .
In fitting the ring 5, the inclination angle theta 2 of the lower surface 5b is less than 15 ° 0 ° or more. The inclination angle theta 2 of the lower surface 5b With such a range, it is possible to readily moored hooked projections of the inner surface of the lid (fitting portion). The inclination angle theta 2 of the lower surface 5b is preferably less than 10 °, and most preferably 0 °. The inclination angle θ 2 of the lower surface of the fitting ring is “the surface of the lower surface that can come into contact with the fitting portion (projection) of the lid when the lid is opened (described later). )) ”And the“ plane perpendicular to the central axis of the body ”. In particular, the surface contained a protruding length of the fitting portion of the lid (projections projecting barrel portion side) when the L 3, in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the "barrel, from the lower surface of the tip in the range of L 3 It is preferable that an angle formed by “(surface near the tip of the lower surface, surface S 2 in FIG. 3)” and “surface perpendicular to the central axis of the body” is the lower surface inclination angle θ 2 .
Note that the upper surface 5a and the lower surface 5b of the fitting ring may have an inclined surface that is straight from the container side surface toward the tip of the ring as shown in FIG. , Curved shape). If the inclined surface of the upper surface 5a and a lower surface 5b is curved, the inclination angle of the upper surface 5a and a lower surface 5b may satisfy the theta 1 and theta 2 above.
In fitting the ring 5, the protruding length L 1 of the lower surface 5b is less than 2.0mm or 0.5 mm. The protruding length L 1 With such a range, it is possible to anchored properly hooked projections of the inner surface of the lid (fitting portion), when the opening pulling the lid, cracking folding seating ring 5 There is nothing.
In the fitting ring 5, the radius of curvature r of the tip portion of the lower surface 5b is not less than 0.00 mm and not more than 0.30 mm. By setting the curvature radius r within such a range, the protrusion (fitting portion) on the inner surface of the lid can be appropriately hooked and anchored. Note that some curvature may occur at the tip of the lower surface 5b in terms of resin molding. From the viewpoint of making it difficult to remove the fitted lid, the upper limit of the radius of curvature r is preferably 0.25 mm or less, more preferably 0.20 mm or less.
The thickness of the mating ring 5 (length indicated by T 1 in FIG. 2) is not particularly limited. For example, when the thickness T is 0.5 mm or more, the fitting ring 5 can be prevented from being broken when the lid is opened. Although not specifically limited upper limit of the thickness T 1 is view of easy press fit the lid, from the viewpoint of weight reduction, preferably 5mm or less, more preferably 3mm or less, even more preferably 2mm or less. In addition, if sufficient intensity | strength is ensured at the fitting ring 5, the fitting ring 5 does not need to have the side surface 2c. However, the strength is further increased by having the side surface 2c.
(Retaining ring)
The body 1 further includes a holding ring 6 below the fitting ring 5. The distance between the fitting ring 5 and the holding ring 6 is not particularly limited, as long as the protrusion (fitting portion) on the inner surface of the lid can be accommodated and a finger or a jig can be hooked and opened on the lower end of the lid. . According to the holding ring 6, the plastic containers can be easily conveyed one by one, and can also function as a support portion when the lid is fitted. For example, by inserting a U-shaped jig below the holding ring 6 in a manufacturing apparatus or a conveying apparatus, it can be mechanically automatically conveyed, and fitting can be supported. The retaining ring 6 itself can be the same as a known form.
Is not particularly limited projection length L 2 is from the trunk portion 1 of the retaining ring 6, if it is 0.5mm or more, and the holding and transport of the container easily. The thickness of the retaining ring 6 (length indicated by T 2 in FIG. 2) is not particularly limited, With 0.5mm or more, can suppress the deformation of the retaining ring 6 during transportation. But it is not limited to particular upper limit of the thickness T 1, from the viewpoint of weight reduction, preferably 5mm or less, more preferably 3mm or less, even more preferably 2mm or less.
The presence of the retaining ring 6 is arbitrary. Even if the holding ring 6 is not provided, the desired effect of the present invention can be achieved by the fitting ring 5.
1.2. As described above, the bottom side body portion 1 includes the fitting ring 5 for fitting the lid to the opening 2 side. On the other hand, the shape of the bottom portion 3 side of the trunk portion 1 is not particularly limited. As shown in FIG. 1, the same inner diameter as that of the opening 2 may be maintained to reach the bottom 3 (that is, it may be a cylinder), or the diameter may be reduced or increased. Moreover, the trunk | drum 1 may be bent in the bottom part 3 side. That is, the center axis of the body 1 on the bottom 3 side may be a curve.
The internal diameter of the trunk | drum 1 is not specifically limited. The inner diameter on the opening side and the inner diameter on the bottom side may be substantially the same, or may be reduced or increased as described above. The inner diameter can be set to, for example, 5 mm or more and 80 mm or less. 2. Opening In the plastic container 10, an opening 2 exists at one end of the body 1. That is, at one end of the body portion 1, the hollow shape is opened without being closed. Contents such as medicines can be introduced into the container through the opening 2.
3. Bottom The plastic container 10 is provided with a bottom 3 at the other end of the body 1, and the other end of the body 1 is closed by the bottom 3. That is, the bottom 3 closes the other end of the body 1 to form the bottom of the container. The shape of the bottom 3 can be hemispherical, cylindrical, conical or the like. When the boundary between the body part 1 and the bottom part 3 is clear (for example, when the body part 1 is straight and the bottom part 3 is curved, or when the body part 1 is straight and the bottom part 3 is bent from the body part) In the case of a straight line extending), the body portion 1 and the bottom portion 3 are determined based on the boundary. On the other hand, when there is no boundary between the body portion 1 and the bottom portion 3 (when the inner diameter gradually decreases from the opening 2 to the bottom, the bottom is pointed, etc.), the bottom of the inner surface of the container (the lowest among the inner surfaces) The portion from the position) to the upper 5 mm is the bottom 3, and the portion above 5 mm is the body 1.
4). Material of body part (including fitting ring and holding ring) and bottom part The above-described body part 1, fitting ring 5, holding ring 6 and bottom part 3 can be integrally formed as described later. As these constituent materials, any of the plastics used in conventional plastic containers can be adopted. For example, polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and alicyclic polyolefins; polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate; polycarbonates; vinyl chloride; polyethers; polyimides; In view of transparency, heat resistance, and strength, one or more selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polyether sulfone, or polycarbonate is preferable.

6). Manufacturing method of plastic container The plastic container 10 is formed into a predetermined shape by, for example, forming a test tube-shaped preform by injection molding, extrusion molding, etc., and then using a mold, biaxial stretch blow molding, direct blow molding, etc. It can be easily obtained by molding.
7). Other configuration 7.1. Lid As shown in FIG. 3, in the plastic container 10, the lid 7 may be fitted to the fitting ring 5. A protrusion 7 a is provided on the inner surface of the lid 7 as a fitting portion. When the lid 7 is fitted into the body 1, the upper surface 5a of the fitting ring 5 is provided with a predetermined inclination angle. Therefore, the projection 7a of the lid 7 slides on the upper surface 5a so that the lid 7 is It can be pushed in smoothly. The pushed lid 7 is anchored by the protrusion 7 a being hooked by the lower surface 5 b of the fitting ring 5. On the other hand, when the container 10 is opened, the mouth of the lid 7 is folded and spreads from the protrusion on the inner surface of the lid 7. When the lid 7 is hooked on the lower surface 5b of the fitting ring 5 and bends and spreads, the lid 7 has embrittled white streaks and becomes tamper evidence.
From the viewpoint of ease of fitting the lid, easy opening, and easy embrittlement traces, the lid 7 preferably has a flexural modulus of 1500 MPa to 5000 MPa. The lower limit is more preferably 1700 MPa or more, and the upper limit is more preferably 3500 MPa or less. In addition, the bending elastic modulus of a lid means the bending elastic modulus of the material which comprises a cover. The bending elastic modulus can be measured according to JIS K 7171 by molding the material to be used into a test piece shape.
Further, from the viewpoint of the strength of the lid, ease of fitting, and ease of opening, the thickness of the lid 7 is preferably 0.2 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less, the lower limit is more preferably 0.3 mm or more, and the upper limit is more Preferably it is 0.6 mm or less.
Examples of the constituent material of the lid 7 include polystyrene and polyethylene terephthalate. Or what mixed the inorganic filler in polyolefin, such as polyethylene and a polypropylene, may be used.
The inclination angles θ 1 and θ 2 , the radius of curvature r, the protrusion lengths L 1 and L 2 , and the thicknesses T 1 and T 2 of the fitting ring and the holding ring can be measured using a contour shape measuring machine and a caliper.
7.2. Sealing the top of the container The container 10 and the lid 7 do not necessarily have a sealed structure. In this regard, as shown in FIG. 4, a seal 8 may be provided on the top surface portion of the opening 2 and sealed. By fitting the lid 7 so as to cover the seal 8, the sealing property between the container 10 and the lid 7 can be secured. Examples of the seal 8 include a plastic film (either a single layer product or a laminate product), an aluminum foil, a nonwoven fabric, a paper material, and the like. Examples of the method for disposing the seal 8 on the top surface include various forms such as the use of an adhesive and the adhesive portion and the top surface of the seal 8 being heat-sealed. Moreover, the method of sealing and sealing a seal | sticker to a container top | upper surface part by arrange | positioning a seal | sticker, fitting a lid | cover, performing heating or crimping | compression-bonding from a lid | cover can also be used. Note that the lid 7 is fitted so as to cover the seal 8, so that the seal 8 can be prevented from being broken or perforated.
7.3. Gas Barrier Film The plastic container 10 preferably has a gas barrier film (not shown) on the inner surfaces of the body 1 and the bottom 3. The kind of the gas barrier film can be the same as that conventionally known. Examples of the organic film include films obtained by applying a gas barrier resin such as polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and vinylidene chloride. Examples of the inorganic film include a SiO film, a SiON film, a SiOC film, a SiONC film, a Si-containing film such as a Si-containing diamond carbon film, a diamond-like carbon film (DLC film), or an alumina film. The DLC film may contain nitrogen or oxygen. In that case, the number of nitrogen atoms and the number of oxygen atoms are preferably 20 or less, more preferably 15 or less, with respect to 100 carbon atoms. Each number of atoms can be analyzed by ESCA. The film thickness of the gas barrier film is not particularly limited. The lower limit is preferably 10 nm or more, more preferably 15 nm or more, and the upper limit is preferably 120 nm or less, more preferably 100 nm or less.
By providing a gas barrier film on the inner surface of the plastic container, the contents can be prevented from being corroded, spoiled or altered. Further, when a gas barrier film is provided on the inner surface of the plastic container, the gas barrier property of the entire package can be improved and maintained by sealing the container top surface with an aluminum foil or a gas barrier plastic film.
As described above, since the plastic container 10 includes the fitting ring 5 having a predetermined shape on the opening 2 side of the body portion 1, it is easy to fit the lid into the opening of the container, and the lid is folded open when opened. easy.

1. Production of Container A polyethylene phthalate resin was blow-molded to produce a plastic container having a substantially examiner shape (bottom hemisphere) as shown in FIG. Specifically, a fitting ring and a holding ring were provided on the opening side of the body portion, and the body portion (opening) had an inner diameter of 20 mm, a wall thickness of 1 mm, and a length of 100 mm. The distance between the fitting ring and the holding ring was 10 mm, and the protruding length of the holding ring was 2 mm. The upper surface and the lower surface of the fitting ring are linear from the container side surface toward the ring tip, and the inclination angle, curvature, and protrusion length are as shown in Tables 1 and 2 below.
2. Production of Lid Polystyrene resin was compression-molded to produce a lid having an inner diameter of 25 mm and a thickness of 0.3 mm and having protrusions as fitting portions on the inner surface. The shape of the protrusion was 3 mm in the circumferential direction, 2 mm in the length direction, and 1 mm in height. Eight protrusions were provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
The shape of the container and the lid was measured using a caliper and a contour shape measuring machine (Mitutoyo Contracer CV-3000).
The bending elastic modulus of the lid material was 3300 MPa. In addition, the bending elastic modulus of the lid was measured according to JIS K 7171 after molding the material to be used into a test piece shape.
3. Evaluation The ease of fitting the lid, the fitting property of the lid, the ease of opening the lid, and the ease of attaching tamper evidence were evaluated. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
As is clear from the results shown in Tables 1 and 2, it has a hollow body, an opening that exists at one end of the body, and a bottom that closes the other end of the body, and the body is at least on the opening side. In the case of a plastic container having a substantially straight central axis, a fitting ring that satisfies the following requirements is provided on the outer wall on the opening side of the body part, so that the lid can be easily fitted into the opening part of the container and at the time of opening. It was found that the lid can be made into a plastic container that can be easily opened.
(1) The fitting ring has at least an upper surface and a lower surface. The presence or absence of the side surface of the fitting ring does not affect the ease of fitting the lid or the ease of opening the lid when opening. However, from the viewpoint of securing the strength of the fitting ring, it is preferable to have a side surface that is a vertical surface (a surface along the central axis of the body portion).
(2) The inclination angle of the upper surface is 15 ° or more and less than 90 °. That is, the lid can be easily fitted by providing an inclination on the upper surface.
(3) The inclination angle of the lower surface is 0 ° or more and less than 15 °. That is, when the lower surface inclination angle is smaller than the upper surface inclination angle of Comparative Example 1, the lid does not easily come off.
(4) The protrusion length of the lower surface is 0.5 mm or more and less than 2.0 mm. That is, when the protruding length is too small, the fitting property of the lid becomes unstable (Comparative Example 3), and when it is too large, the lid cannot be easily fitted (Comparative Example 4).
(5) The curvature radius of the front end portion of the lower surface is 0.00 mm or more and 0.30 mm or less. That is, when the curvature radius is too large, the fitting property of the lid becomes unstable (Comparative Example 2).
