Description

The present invention is mounted on a steel material (roof purlin) used as a framework of the roof, and functional materials such as ceiling boards and decorative panels are easily and securely held between adjacent mold steels, and the functional materials can be easily installed. The present invention relates to a functional material holding member and a functional material holding structure.

As various steel-framed building structures, a plurality of roof purlins made of C-shaped steel are fixed in parallel to the eaves on top of H-shaped steel, etc., which are arranged with a gradient, and roof base materials are placed on top of these roof purlins. Structures that are laid and mounted are known.
On the other hand, particularly in a large-sized building, the roof base such as channel steel or C-shaped steel constituting the roof purlin is exposed on the indoor side, so that the appearance is deteriorated. For this reason, various proposals have been made for the purpose of improving the appearance of the attic or for the purpose of improving the heat insulation.

For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a building material holding member including a first holding member fixed to a grooved steel and a decorative holder attached to the first holding member. In addition, since the makeup | decoration holder in this patent document 1 is an essential member, it is a member which should be called a 2nd holding member.
The first holding member in this proposal is configured to include a first clamping piece that contacts the upper surface of the first building material, and the decorative holder contacts the lower surface of the first building material and causes the first building material to move to the first building material. A second sandwiching piece that presses in the thickness direction toward the one sandwiching piece; and a third sandwiching piece that sandwiches the end of the second building material inserted into the opening of the channel steel from the thickness direction. Yes.

Japanese Patent No. 5561650

However, in the structure of Patent Document 1, the “building material” is arranged in such a manner that “the end of the first building material 11a is arranged toward the outer periphery of the web 2a, and the second building material 11b is disposed in the opening 2d of the roof purlin 2A. However, from FIG. 4 and the like, it is assumed that the end portion of the building material 11a has a size that is short enough not to interfere with the locking portion 12c. However, since the right end of the building material 11a that is arranged obliquely from below without interfering and rotating is not supported anywhere, the building material 11a is likely to fall off before the decorative holder 13 is attached. It was a thing.
In particular, the grooved steel (C-type steel) shown in Patent Document 1 is a member in which an error is easily generated in the arrangement pitch. If the mounting pitch is narrow, the locking portion interferes and the building material does not enter. If it is too wide, the gap becomes larger, which has a problem that the operator has to hold down until the decorative cover is attached. Moreover, in the case of such restraining work, the placement of the building materials and the attachment of the decorative holder are performed alternately, and the work efficiency is extremely poor.
Further, when the makeup holder is made longer than the building material, the makeup holder cannot be attached until all the building materials for that length are arranged, and the workability becomes worse.

Therefore, the present invention is attached to a steel material (roof purlin) used as a framework of the roof, and functional materials such as a ceiling plate and a decorative plate are easily and reliably held between adjacent mold steels. It is another object of the present invention to propose a functional material holding member and a functional material holding structure that can be easily performed.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and is a functional material holding member that can be attached to a plurality of mold steels having an upper flange and can hold a functional material between adjacent mold steels. It has a mounting part that is attached to the upper flange and a pressing part located below the mounting part, and the pressing part can be bent upward against the elasticity, and is adjacent in the mounting state. The present invention proposes a functional material holding member (hereinafter simply referred to as a holding member) characterized by holding down a functional material disposed between mold steels.
The functional material in the present invention includes a building material plate such as a ceiling plate and a decorative plate, and is a heat insulating material such as a mat or board made of glass wool, foamed resin, etc., a sound absorbing material, a fireproof material, or It refers to various materials.

The present invention also proposes a holding member characterized in that, in the holding member, the pressing portion can be pushed and bent toward the die steel side against elasticity.

The present invention also proposes a holding member characterized in that the holding member has an engaging portion that elastically engages with a steel plate having a lip.

Furthermore, in the present invention, one end portion of the functional material arranged between adjacent steel molds in the attached state is pressed and held by the holding member having the above structure, and the other end portion of the functional material is aligned with the steel mold. It proposes a functional material holding structure (hereinafter simply referred to as a holding structure) characterized in that it is pressed and held by a pressing member comprising a vertical piece and a pressing piece extending downward from the vertical piece. is there.

The present invention also proposes a holding structure in which a decorative material capable of covering the steel plate from below is attached in the holding structure.

The holding member of the present invention can press the end of a functional material such as a ceiling material or a decorative board arranged between adjacent steel plates with a pressing portion, and pushes up (push up) the functional material from the indoor side. When a stress is applied, it acts against the stress, prevents the functional material from coming off or falls, and can hold the functional material easily and reliably.
In addition, the holding member is not restricted by the size of the functional material or the construction procedure, and can be reliably pressed even when there is an error in the mounting of the mold steel.

Further, when the pressing portion can be pushed and bent toward the mold steel against the elasticity, the position of the end of the functional material can be adjusted from the state close to the mold steel to the adjacent mold steel.

In addition, in the case of having an engaging portion that elastically engages with a steel mold having a lip, the holding member can be securely attached to the steel mold and can be held even in an operation of disposing a functional material. The attachment operation can be performed without removing the member from the steel plate.

Further, a book in which one end of the functional material arranged between adjacent steel plates in the mounted state is pressed and held by the holding member, and the other end of the functional material is held by a pressing piece of the pressing material. Since the holding structure of the invention holds and holds both ends of the functional material, the action against the stress that pushes up the functional material from the indoor side is more reliably performed, and the functional material is detached or dropped. The effect which prevents etc. becomes large.

Further, in the case where a decorative material for covering the mold steel is provided, since the decorative material itself does not have a function (configuration) for supporting the functional material as in Patent Document 1, the arrangement of the decorative material is performed. There is no possibility that the functional material is dropped before, and the attachment of the holding member is not restricted.

The holding member of the present invention is a member that can be attached to a plurality of mold steels provided with an upper flange to hold a functional material between adjacent mold steels, and an attachment portion that is attached to the upper flange of the mold steel; And a pressing member positioned below the mounting portion, and the pressing portion can be bent upwardly against elasticity, and is a functional material disposed between adjacent steel molds in the mounting state. It is characterized by holding down.
In addition, it does not specifically limit about the structure (structure) for arrange | positioning a functional material between adjacent mold steel.

In particular, for a steel mold having a lip, it may have an engaging portion that elastically engages. In this case, the holding member can be securely attached to the steel mold, and a functional material is provided. Even in the operation to be performed, the holding member is not detached from the steel mold, and the mounting operation can be performed.

In addition, the holding structure using the holding member is a structure in which a functional material disposed between adjacent steel molds in the attached state is pressed and held by a pressing portion of the holding member.

Moreover, the holding structure using the holding member of the present invention further includes a vertical piece portion along the mold steel and a pressing piece extending downward from the vertical piece portion at the other end of the functional material. It is characterized in that it is pressed and held by a pressing material.
In this holding structure, it is desirable to attach a decorative material capable of covering the steel plate from the lower side.

Hereinafter, the holding member of the present invention, the pressing material used in the present invention, the decorative material, the shape steel that is the attachment target thereof, and the functional material that is the holding target will be described.

As described above, the holding member of the present invention has a mounting portion and a pressing portion, and presses one end of the functional material with the pressing portion. The holding member may have a long shape continuous in the length direction of the steel plate, but a plurality of pieces formed in a piece shape may be attached at appropriate intervals as in the illustrated embodiment described later.

The attachment portion is attached to the upper flange of the mold steel, and the shape may be selected according to the specifications of the upper flange of the mold steel to be used. For example, if the mold steel is H-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, groove-shaped steel, Z-shaped steel, L-shaped steel, etc., the upper flange has a simple horizontal piece shape, so that the mounting portion has a folded shape that engages with the horizontal piece-shaped tip. In the case of having a downward piece (lip) at the tip of the upper flange, such as C-type steel (= lip groove type steel) or lip Z-type steel, this mounting portion is a U-shape that engages with the downward piece. Further, it is desirable to provide an engaging portion that elastically engages with the downward piece.

The pressing portion is located below the mounting portion, can be pushed upward and bent against elasticity, and presses a functional material disposed between adjacent steel molds in the mounting state.
In addition, although "pressing" in this pressing part means that one end part surface of a functional material is pressed, it is limited to the mode which always presses (presses) an end part from the upper part. However, it does not always press the end portion, but includes a mode of pressing the end portion when some load is applied.

As described above, the pressing portion can be pushed and bent upward against the elasticity, and can be formed as long as it can hold the functional material disposed between adjacent steel plates in the attached state. Also good. Also about the aspect bent upwards, you may push and bend to an inward side (form steel side), and you may bend to an outward side.
At the time of mounting, it comes into contact with the surface of the functional material facing from below, and this pressing portion is pushed and bent against elasticity, and elastically recovers and presses the functional material together with the functional material.
As described above, it is needless to say that “pressing” in the present invention is preferably a mode in which pressing is always performed (pressure contact) in consideration of mounting stability. In other words, in this case, the pressing portion is made of a functional material. It is desirable to always contact (pressure contact) the upper surface.

The presser material is used for the purpose of holding a more stable functional material, and includes a vertical piece along the web of the steel plate and a presser piece extending downward from the vertical piece. .
As this pressing member, it is desirable to provide a hooking portion for hooking on the upper flange of the steel plate at the upper end of the vertical piece. This latching part is attached to the upper flange of the steel plate in the same manner as the attaching part of the holding member, but is attached in an opposing manner with the upper flange interposed therebetween as in the illustrated embodiment described later. And it can utilize as a temporary fix | stop at the time of driving a screw into the said vertical piece part from the side, and fixing this pressing material to a shape steel.

The vertical piece portion is a substantially vertical vertical piece along the web of the steel mold, and is provided with a latch receiving portion to which a latch portion provided on a central vertical piece portion of an edge support member described later can be attached. It is desirable. In addition, as this latching receiving part, although it was set as the structure which can form in a hole shape and can lock the ridge-shaped latching | locking part provided in the center vertical piece part, the structure in particular is not limited.

The pressing piece extends downward from the vertical piece and faces the surface of the functional material, and holds and holds the surface of the functional material. The shape of the pressing piece is not particularly limited, and may be in contact with the surface of the functional material or not. That is, it is not limited to a mode in which the end surface of the functional material is always pressed from above as in the case of the pressing portion of the holding member, but includes a mode in which the end portion is pressed when a load is applied. Needless to say, in consideration of stability, it is desirable to continuously and elastically hold the end of the functional material from above.

The decorative material includes a “decorative cover” that covers the mold steel and a “ceiling finish” that covers the mold steel and the functional material, both of which have a decorative surface portion, and are continuous in the length direction of the mold steel. It is formed in a scale. When using a decorative cover, the building material board such as a ceiling board or a decorative board is often used as a functional material. When using a ceiling finishing material, the functional material itself is hidden, so the building material board is included. Various heat insulating materials can be used.
In addition, you may comprise in these decorative materials the structure which assists (strengthening) attachment of a shape steel and the edge support material mentioned later.

The mold steel to which the functional material is attached is only required to have at least an upper flange. Specifically, the upper flange is provided on only one of the left and right H-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, and left and right. Corresponding groove-shaped steel, Z-shaped steel, L-shaped steel, C-shaped steel having a downward piece at the tip of the upper flange (= lip groove-shaped steel), lip Z-shaped steel, and the like correspond.
Among the above-mentioned steel shapes, C-type steel and lip Z-type steel having a lip having a portion for supporting a functional material disposed between adjacent steel shapes are desirable. In addition, although these mold | steel steels are arrange | positioned so that a lower flange may extend in the same direction and form a purlin, you may make it connect and use these mold steels back to back in part.

The functional material includes a building material plate such as a ceiling plate and a decorative plate as described above, and is disposed so as to be bridged between adjacent mold steels, and is continuously supported by supporting an end portion thereof. As long as it has strength (hardness) that can maintain the support structure, the material is not particularly limited. For example, a mat-like or board-like heat insulating material made of glass wool, foamed resin or the like, a sound absorbing material, fire prevention A material or various materials can be used, which may be a single material or a laminate of different materials, and may be hard or soft, and the thickness thereof may be set as appropriate. .
Further, the end portion of the functional material is not limited to one cut from the surface in a substantially vertical shape, and for example, the end portion may be formed in a step shape with the lower surface side cut out.

As described above, there is no particular limitation on the structure (configuration) for disposing the functional material between the adjacent die steels. For example, as shown in the illustrated example (second example) described later, between adjacent die steels in advance. The ceiling support material and the functional material which can be locked to each other may be integrated in a laminated form, and this laminated integrated material may be disposed between the mold steels, or another illustrated embodiment (first embodiment). As shown in the example), the functional material may be disposed between the steel molds by an edge support material attached to the steel mold.

Since these ceiling support materials and edge support materials will be described in detail in the illustrated embodiments, a brief description will be given here. The ceiling support materials are locking portions that are respectively locked to adjacent steel plates in the mounted state. The edge support material may be a structure provided with a support portion that supports one end portion of the functional material on the lip of the mold steel in the attached state and supports the other end portion. .
And these ceiling support materials and edge support materials can arrange a functional material between adjacent steel molds, and a support structure is substantially constructed only by these ceiling support materials and edge support material support materials. it can.

The holding member 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention shown enlarged in FIG. 1 (b) includes an attachment portion 11 attached to the upper flange 41 of the steel plate 4, and a pressing portion 12 positioned below the attachment portion 11. As shown on the left side of FIG. 1 (c), the pressing portion 12 can be bent upward and resists elasticity, and is attached ([(d) in FIG. 1). The functional material 5 disposed between the adjacent steel plates 4 and 4 is pressed down.

The holding member 1 of the first embodiment is an extremely short piece material as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, and is provided at a predetermined interval in the length direction of the die steel 4 which is C-type steel. Can be attached.
In the first embodiment, the mounting portion 11 is formed in an L-shape that encloses the upper flange 41 of the steel plate 4 and an upward piece (lip) 411 formed at the tip thereof, as shown in the drawing, and is attached below the mounting portion 11. In FIG. 2, a curved pressing portion 12 is continuously formed so as to face the mold steel 4 side.
In addition, an engaging portion 13 formed by a substantially rectangular cut-and-raised portion is provided on the upper portion of the pressing portion 12 in the first embodiment, and the engaging portion 13 is elastically attached to the lip 411 of the steel plate 4. It is the structure to engage.

Next, the steel plate 4, the functional material 5, the presser material 2, and the decorative material 3 which are members other than the holding member 1 shown in FIG. 1A are also shown in FIG. 2.
2 (c) is a C-shaped steel having flanges 41 and 43 at both ends (upper and lower ends) of a web 42 arranged in the vertical direction, and an upper flange 41 having a downward piece 411 at the tip is It extends to the right of the drawing.

Moreover, the functional material 5 shown in FIG.2 (j) forms the left and right edge parts in the step shape which notched the lower surface side.
In addition, although the figure shows the state which supported one end part 51x of the functional material 5 to the lower flange 43 (upward piece 431) of the shape steel 4, the other end part 51y which is not shown in figure is mentioned later. It is supported by the support portion 22 of the pressing member 2 to be pressed.

2 (g) to 2 (i) includes a vertical piece portion 21 along the web 42 of the steel plate 4 and a curved piece-like press piece 212 extending downward from the vertical piece portion 21. The presser member 2 of the first embodiment is provided with an L-shaped support portion 22 that extends back-to-back with the lower flange 43 of the steel plate 4 from the lower end of the vertical piece portion 21. ing. Since the support portion 22 supports the edge of the functional material 5, the pressing material 2 also serves as an edge support material for supporting the functional material 5. The upper end of the support portion 22 is formed so as to have substantially the same height as the upper end of the upward piece 431 formed at the tip of the lower flange 43 of the mold steel 4.
Further, the upper end of the vertical piece portion 21 is provided with a hook piece 23 that is hooked to the upper flange 41 of the steel plate 4, and in the middle of its height, a plurality of rectangular cut empty portions 211 are formed, The pressing pieces 212 that protrude outward are formed at a plurality of locations by the cut and raised by the cutting.

2 (d) to 2 (f) is a decorative cover that covers the lower flange 43 of the steel plate 4 from the lower side, and has a substantially bowl-shaped cross section in which the left and right of the decorative surface 31 that is the bottom surface rises. It is a long material. One side surface portion (right side surface portion) 32 whose tip (upper end) is bent engages with the upward piece 431 along the outside of the lower flange 43 of the steel plate 4. The other side surface portion (left side surface portion) 33 extends along the web 42 of the mold steel 4, and a plurality of raised portions 331 for attachment to the pressing member 2 are provided on the outer side thereof. In addition, as shown in FIG.2 (j), this protruding part 331 engages with the notch | incision empty part 211 of the said pressing material 2. As shown in FIG.

FIG.1 (c) shows an example of the construction procedure of the structure which hold | maintains the functional material 5 between the said steel plates 4 and 4 using each said members 1-3, Comprising: The roof heat insulation which comprises a roof structure A steel plate 4 which is a C-type steel is attached to the lower surface of the material 6 at a predetermined interval. The holding steel 1 is attached to the steel plate 4 from the right side of the drawing, and the pressing material 2 is attached to the lower side of the drawing. The decorative material 3 is attached to the steel plate 4 respectively.

In this state, the functional material 5 is inclined from below, and one end 51x of the functional member 5 is disposed so as to push up the pressing portion 12 of the holding member 1 toward the die steel 4 side. In this state, the end portion 51x is not engaged with the right side surface portion 32 (upward piece 431 of the steel plate 4) of the decorative material 3.
Subsequently, in a state in which the pressing portion 12 is sufficiently pushed and bent, the other end portion 51y is rotated so that the functional material 5 becomes substantially horizontal, and is slid to the shape steel 4 side located on the right side of the drawing. The position is adjusted, and the end portion 51y is supported by the support portion 22 of the pressing member 2, and the end portion 51x is engaged with the right side surface portion 32 (upward piece 431 of the steel plate 4) of the decorative material 3.
By the position adjustment, the pressing of the pressing portion 12 is released, the pressing portion 12 is elastically recovered, and the tip (lower end) presses the surface of the functional material 5.

As described above, in the holding structure of the first embodiment of the present invention, the mounting of the holding member 1, the pressing material 2, and the decorative material 3 having the above-described configuration is finished before the functional material 5 is disposed. Attachment is also easy, and the subsequent work of attaching the functional material 5 can be performed very easily.
Further, the functional material 5 held by this holding structure is supported by the end portions 51x and 51y by the lower flange 43 (lip 431) of the die steel 4 and the support portion 22 of the presser material 2, respectively, and pressed from the surface side. Since it is pressed and held by the portion 12, when a stress that pushes up the functional material 5 from the indoor side acts, it acts against the stress and prevents the functional material 5 from being detached or dropped. Can do.
Furthermore, in the holding structure of the first embodiment, in addition to the pressing portion 12 of the holding member 1, the pressing piece 212 of the pressing material 2 also presses and holds the surface of the functional material 5. It will surely be fulfilled.

Although the holding structure of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 3 is common in that the holding member 1 in the first embodiment is used, the functional material 5B is provided between the adjacent steel plates 4 and 4. The structure (configuration) for arrangement is different.
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), a ceiling support material 7 and a functional material 5B that can be locked between adjacent steel molds 4 and 4 are integrated in a laminated form. ing.

The functional material 5B is the same as the functional material 5 in FIGS. 1 and 2 with respect to one end portion 51x, but the other end portion 51by is not stepped but cut from the surface thereof into a substantially vertical shape. It is formed into a shape.
The ceiling support member 7 includes a substantially flat support surface portion 71, a hook-like locking portion 72 having one edge thereof formed in a substantially inverted V shape, and an upright surface portion having the other edge raised. 73 and a horizontal piece-like locking portion 74 whose upper end extends outward, and also serves as a ceiling finishing material (decorative material). Since the support surface portion 71 corresponds to a bowl-shaped bottom surface in which the left and right edges rise, the functional material 5B is integrated in a state where it is supported on the support surface portion 71.

In the holding structure of the second embodiment, if the functional material 5B is integrated with the above-described ceiling support material 7 in advance, the mounting is performed in substantially the same manner as the mounting of the functional material 5 in the first embodiment. It can be carried out.
However, when the integrated member (7, 5B) is inclined from below and disposed so that one end 51x of the holding member 1 pushes and bends the pressing portion 12 of the holding member 1 toward the steel plate 4 side. The engaging portion 72 is engaged with the upward piece 431 of the lower flange 43 of the steel plate 4.
In addition, in the state where the pressing member 12 is sufficiently pushed and bent, it is common in that the other end 51by is rotated so that the integrated material (7, 5B) becomes substantially horizontal, but at that time, The horizontal piece-like locking portion 74 is attached to the upper flange 41 of the steel plate 4 in a locking shape.
Thereafter, the pressing of the pressing portion 12 is released, the pressing portion 12 is elastically recovered, and the tip (lower end) presses the surface of the functional material 5B.

Even in the holding structure of the second embodiment, the attachment work of the functional material 5B can be performed very easily, and the functional material 5B to be held is also pressed and held by the pressing portion 12 from the surface side. When a stress that pushes up the functional material 5B from the indoor side acts, it acts against the stress and prevents the functional material 5B from coming off or falling.
The ceiling support member 7 used in the second embodiment has been described to also serve as a ceiling finishing material. However, as long as the functional material 5B can be supported, the ceiling support member 7 is formed of a material such as punching metal or a wire mesh. It may be done.

In the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b) and the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 (c) and 4 (d), the holding members 1C and 1D are opposite to the shape steel 4 in the mounted state. Curved pressing portions 12c and 12d are provided so as to face the other direction. Regarding the configurations of the other holding members 1C and 1D, and the other functional materials 5, the pressing materials 2 and the decorative materials 3 Since this is exactly the same as the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof is omitted.

In these embodiments, construction can be performed in substantially the same manner as in the first embodiment, but the behavior of the holding portions 12c and 12d when the functional material 5 is disposed is slightly different.
That is, in these embodiments as well, the functional material 5 is inclined from below as in the first embodiment, but one end 51x thereof is disposed so as to avoid the pressing portions 12c and 12d.
Subsequently, the other end 51y is rotated so that the functional material 5 is substantially horizontal. At this time, the pressing portions 12c and 12d are separated from the steel plate 4 by the surface of the functional material 5. It will be pushed up in the opposite direction.
Thereafter, the end portion 51y is supported by the support portion 22 of the pressing member 2 and the end portion 51x is engaged with the right side surface portion 32 (upward piece 431 of the steel plate 4) of the decorative material 3, and the pressing portions 12c and 12d are pressed. It is completely the same as that of the first embodiment in that the pressing portions 12c and 12d are released and the tips (lower ends) press the surface of the functional material 5 with the elastic recovery.

Therefore, even in the holding structures of the third and fourth embodiments, the attaching work of the functional material 5 can be performed very easily, and the functional material 5 to be held is also pressed from the surface side by the pressing portions 12c and 12d. Therefore, when a stress that pushes up the functional material 5 is applied from the indoor side, it acts against the stress and prevents the functional material 5 from being detached or dropped.

In the holding structures of the fifth to eighth embodiments shown in FIGS. 5A to 5D, the pressing portions 12e to 12h of the holding members 1E to 1H are pushed up to the mold 4 side as in the first embodiment. Although it is a structure, the engaging parts 13e-13h elastically engaged with the lip 411 of the steel plate 4 are not formed by cutting up like the said 1st Example, but the upper flange 41 of the steel plate 4 and upward Between the L-shaped attachment part 11 which wraps the piece (lip) 411 and the pressing parts 12e to 12h, it is formed in a folded shape.

Further, in the holding structures of these fifth to eighth embodiments, the functional material 5C having both ends 51cx and 51cy formed in a shape cut substantially vertically from the surface is used.
Furthermore, the pressing portion 2B includes a pressing piece 212b formed in a flat piece shape instead of a curved piece shape, and the decorative material 3 is not used.

In these embodiments, construction can be performed in substantially the same manner as in the first embodiment.
That is, in these embodiments as well, the functional material 5C is inclined from below as in the first embodiment, but one end portion 51cx is disposed so as to push up the pressing portions 12e to 12h.
Subsequently, the other end 51cy is rotated so that the functional material 5C is substantially horizontal, and the position is adjusted to the shape steel 4 side located on the right side of the drawing so as to be slid. The end portion 51 cx is engaged with the upward piece 431 of the mold steel 4 while being supported by the support portion 22.
By the position adjustment, the pressing of the pressing parts 12e to 12h is released, the pressing parts 12e to 12h are elastically recovered, and the tip (lower end) presses the surface of the functional material 5C.

Even in the holding structures of these fifth to eighth embodiments, the attachment work of the functional material 5C can be performed very easily, and the functional material 5C to be held is also pressed by the pressing portions 12e to 12h from the surface side. Since it is pressed and held, when a stress that pushes up the functional material 5C from the indoor side acts, it acts against the stress and prevents the functional material 5C from coming off or falling.
In particular, since the holding portions 12e to 12h of the holding members 1E to 1H are each formed in a substantially arc shape, the elastic repulsive force of these holding portions 12e to 12h is more continuously exhibited. The end 51cx can be continuously pressed and held.

In addition, in the said 1st-4th Example using the said functional materials 5 and 5B, short functional material 5D as shown by a dotted line is shown inside the shape steel 4 distribute | arranged to the left side of Fig.3 (a), for example. You may make it use. As the functional material 5D, the same material may be used, or it may be by injection foaming.
In this case, since the functional materials 5, 5B, 5D are continuous, the weak point of the heat insulation effect does not occur.
In the fifth to eighth embodiments using the functional material 5C, for example, as shown in FIG. 5 (e), the end surface of the functional material 5C ′ is not shown in the vertical piece portion 21 of the presser material 2B in advance. It may be integrated (temporarily fixed) using a tape or the like and used.
In this case, the functional material 5C ′ that is slightly longer than the functional material 5C and substantially equal to the distance between the steel shapes 4 and 4 can be used, and the weak point of the heat insulating effect does not occur.
