従来、ナット1個で上部に板バネを挿入した物は、締め付け時から板バネの抵抗があり、手で密着寸前まで締め付けられず、スパナ等の工具が必要、2回目使用時は板バネが成形されている為、ゆるみ止め効果が弱くなる。又、従来ナット2個使用の物は、2回締付けなければならず作業時間が倍になり重量も2個分になる。座金に角度を付けている為、応力が上下だけでなく横にも働きゆるみ効果も増す。

今迄のナット1個で板バネを挿入している場合、最初から板バネの抵抗がありボルトに挿入時からスパナ等の工具が必要で、密着寸前まで手で絞められない。
2回目使用時は挿入している板バネが1回目で形成されている為ロック効果が弱くなる。
ナット2個使用の物は2回締め付けなければならず作業性が悪く、重量がナット2個分になる。本発明は、座金に角度を付けている為ゆるみ止め効果が上下だけでなく、横にも発生するので倍の応力が働き、ゆるみ止め効果を増す。
何度繰り返し使用してもゆるみ止め効果は落ちない。
