Description
1.ノイズを減らすための前処理
2.多数の閾値処理を適用し、そしてそれぞれ閾値処理に対しては、
a)連結成分を特定し、
b)形状または輝度特徴に基づき成分を却下し、
3.全ての承認された物体の統合の形成と連結成分解析を再適用する。
Claims (21)
- 複数の閾値のそれぞれを使用して、組織構造を表した医用画像データに対し閾値処理を実行することにより前記医用画像データから領域を抽出する抽出手段と、
前記抽出された領域の中から、所定条件を満たす領域を選択する選択手段と、
前記選択された領域に基づいて前記医用画像データにおける前記組織構造を表す領域を決定する決定手段と、
を具備する医用画像処理装置。 - 前記決定手段は、前記選択された領域が複数存在する場合には、前記選択された複数の領域を統合することにより、前記組織構造を表す領域を決定する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、前記選択された領域を分断することにより、前記組織構造を表す領域を決定する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、前記選択された領域が複数存在する場合には、前記選択された複数の領域から代表的な領域を選択することより、前記組織構造を表す領域を決定する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記選択手段は、前記組織構造を表す領域の候補領域として前記所定条件を満たす領域を選択し、
前記決定手段は、前記候補領域を集約することにより前記組織構造を表す領域を決定する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記集約は、統合及び分断の少なくとも一方を含む請求項5記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記選択手段は、前記抽出された領域のそれぞれに関するスコアを計算し、前記計算されたスコアに基づいて前記所定条件を満たす領域を選択し、
前記決定手段は、前記計算されたスコアに基づいて前記組織構造を表す領域を決定する請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記組織構造は、少なくとも、肺気腫、胆石、腎臓結石、腫瘍、腫瘍小結石、出血により侵された肺の領域の、卵胞、嚢胞、腎嚢胞、肺小結節のうちの少なくとも一つを具備する請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記複数の閾値は、前記医用画像データにおける前記組織構造に応じて決定される請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記複数の閾値は、前記医用画像データにおける前記組織構造の輝度値に基づいて決定される請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記抽出手段は、前記抽出された領域を分類するための連結成分解析を実行する請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記抽出手段は、前記抽出された少なくとも一つの領域を分類するためのモルフォロジー操作を実行する請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記所定条件は、面積、体積、真円度、真球度、直径、最小直径、最大直径、凹凸度、凸包比率、輝度、輝度平均、輝度分散、質感のうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、決定された前記組織構造を表した領域を用いて前記組織構造の測定を実行する請求項1乃至13のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記抽出手段は、前記医用画像データに設定された関心領域内の画像データに対して、前記閾値処理を実行する請求項1乃至14のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、決定された前記組織構造を表す領域の数を前記組織構造の数としてカウントする請求項1乃至15のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記抽出手段は、前記閾値処理の前に、前記医用画像データに対して所定のフィルタ処理を実行する請求項1乃至16のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記医用画像データは、少なくとも、超音波診断装置、X線診断装置、X線CT装置、MRI装置のいずれかを用いて取得された画像データである請求項1乃至17のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記医用画像処理装置は、医用画像診断装置に実装されている請求項1乃至18のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記医用画像診断装置は、超音波診断装置、X線診断装置、X線CT装置、MRI装置のうちのいずれかである具備する請求項19記載の医用画像処理装置。
- コンピュータに、
複数の閾値のそれぞれを使用して、組織構造を表した医用画像データに対し閾値処理を実行させることにより前記医用画像データから領域を抽出させる抽出機能と、
前記抽出された領域の中から、所定条件を満たす領域を選択させる選択機能と、
前記選択された領域に基づいて前記医用画像データにおける前記組織構造を表す領域を決定させる決定機能と、
を実現させる医用画像処理プログラム。
