Claims (20)
- フィールド動作部品の処理方法であって、
セラミックマトリックス複合材料を含むフィールド動作部品を設けることと、
フィールド動作部品の第1の部分を除去して第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面をフィールド動作部品に形成することと、
セラミックマトリックス複合材料を含み、第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面と係合するように適合された構造を含む第2の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面を有する第2の部分を設けることと、
第1の部分を交換するように第2の部分をフィールド動作部品に対応して配置することと、
第2の部分とフィールド動作部品を接合して処理部品を形成することと
を含む方法。 - フィールド動作部品が、ガスタービン部品である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の部分が、別のフィールド動作部品の再構成部分、非動作部品からの再構成部分、不完全な部品及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の部分とフィールド動作部品を接合することが、接合材料を第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面及び第2の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面の少なくとも1つに適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接合材料が、炭素源、元素状炭素、炭化水素、アルコール、炭化ケイ素、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第2の部分とフィールド動作部品を接合することが、接合材料を真空下で乾燥することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第2の部分とフィールド動作部品を接合することが、1以上のマトリックス層を第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面及び第2の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面によって画定された継手上に追加することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一方向テープの1以上の層が、1以上のマトリックス層と継手との間に配置されている、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 一方向テープの1以上の層が、一方向セラミックマトリックス複合材料テープの複数の交互層を含み、複数の交互層の各々が、90°間隔で交互に繊維配向する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第2の部分とフィールド動作部品を接合することが、1以上のマトリックス層、一方向テープの1以上の層、第2の部分及びフィールド動作部品を高密度化することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 1以上のマトリックス層を追加することが、1以上のマトリックス層及び一方向テープの1以上の層の高さとほぼ等しいインセット深さを形成することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面及び第2の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面が、継手を画定するように配置されて適合されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 継手が、スカーフ継手、平面スカーフ継手、先端付スカーフ継手、シャチ先端付スカーフ継手、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 継手が、約0〜約50の重量比を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第2の部分とフィールド動作部品を接合することが、滅菌、焼失、溶融浸透、局所的熱処理、誘導加熱、レーザ加熱、又はそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される技術を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 方法がさらに、第1の環境障壁コーティングをフィールド動作部品から除去することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 方法がさらに、第2の環境ボンドコーティングを処理部品に適用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- フィールド動作タービン部品の処理方法であって、
シュラウド、タービンストラット、ノズル、燃焼ライナ、バケット、シュラウドリング、排気ダクト、補強ライナ、ジェット排気ノズル、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択され、セラミックマトリックス複合材料を含むフィールド動作タービン部品を設けることと、
第1の環境障壁コーティングをフィールド動作タービン部品から除去することと、
フィールド動作タービン部品の第1の部分を除去して第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面をフィールド動作タービン部品に形成することと、
セラミックマトリックス複合材料を含み、第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面と係合するように適合された構造を含む第2の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面を有する第2の部分を設けることと、
第1の部分を交換するように第2の部分をフィールド動作タービン部品に対応して配置することであって、第1の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面及び第2の露出セラミックマトリックス複合材料表面は、継手を画定するように配置されて適合されている、配置することと、
第2の部分とフィールド動作タービン部品を接合して処理タービン部品を形成することと、
第2の環境障壁コーティングを処理タービン部品に適用すること
とを含む方法。 - 第2の部分が、別のフィールド動作タービン部品の再構成部分、非動作タービン部品からの再構成部分、不完全なタービン部品及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項19に記載の方法。
