本発明の樹脂層(III)は、ポリエチレン系樹脂()20〜80重量%と環状オレフィン系樹脂()20〜重量80%からなることを特徴とする。樹脂層(III)を構成するポリエチレン系樹脂(c)と環状オレフィン系樹脂(d)においては、樹脂層(I)を構成する同樹脂について上述した範囲内であれば、同じ樹脂を用いてもよいし、異なる樹脂を用いてもよい。

[環状オレフィン系樹脂(b), (d)]
・COC:ポリプラスチックス(株)製、商品名TOPAS8007F−500、MVR(190℃、2.16kg)=2.0cm3/10min、密度=1,010kg/m、ガラス転移温度Tg=78℃

[基材層(II)]
・EVOH:日本合成化学工業(株)製、商品名ソアノールET3803RB、MFR(210℃, 2,160gf)=4.0g/10min、密度=1.17g/cm、エチレンコンテント38mol%

[接着層(A)]
・Tie:三菱化学(株)製、商品名モディックM533、MFR=2.5g/10分、密度=0.900g/cm

<実施例と比較例>
上記記載の樹脂を用いて、表1に記載の配合で厚み50μmのインフレーションフィルムを得た。評価結果を下記表1に示す。
