Claims (7)
- ハロゲン原子およびヘテロ原子のうちの少なくとも一方を有する化学構造要素を含む不飽和炭化水素類に紫外線を照射する工程と、
照射された前記紫外線における、前記不飽和炭化水素類のπ‐π*遷移およびn‐π*遷移のうちの少なくともπ‐π*遷移を伴う光の吸収を検出する工程と、
前記検出された光の吸収に基づいて、ガスまたは液体の検出を行う工程とを備える、ガスまたは液体の検出方法。 - 前記光の吸収を検出する工程は、ハロゲン原子およびヘテロ原子のうちの少なくとも一方を有する化学構造要素を含む芳香族炭化水素類のπ‐π*遷移およびn‐π*遷移のうちの少なくともπ‐π*遷移を伴う光の吸収を検出する工程を含む、請求項1に記載のガスまたは液体の検出方法。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素類の光の吸収を検出する工程は、ハロゲン原子およびヘテロ原子のうちの少なくとも一方を有する化学構造要素を含む前記芳香族炭化水素類のπ‐π*遷移を伴う光の吸収を検出する工程である、請求項2に記載のガスまたは液体の検出方法。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素類のπ‐π*遷移を伴う光の吸収を検出する工程は、ハロゲン原子およびヘテロ原子のうちの少なくとも一方を有する化学構造要素を含む前記芳香族炭化水素類の1Bb遷移に伴う吸収帯および1La遷移に伴う吸収帯における光の吸収を検出する工程を含む、請求項3に記載のガスまたは液体の検出方法。
- 前記光の吸収を検出する工程は、波長領域180nm以上260nm以下の吸収帯における光の吸収を検出する工程を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガスまたは液体の検出方法。
- ハロゲン原子およびヘテロ原子のうちの少なくとも一方を有する化学構造要素を含む不飽和炭化水素類に、紫外光を照射する光源と、
前記光源からの紫外光における、前記不飽和炭化水素類のπ‐π*遷移およびn‐π*遷移のうちの少なくともπ‐π*遷移を伴う光の吸収を検出するとともに、検出された光の吸収に基づいて、ガスまたは液体を検出する検出部とを備える、ガスまたは液体の検出装置。 - 前記光源から照射され、前記不飽和炭化水素類のπ‐π*遷移およびn‐π*遷移のうちの少なくともπ‐π*遷移を伴う光が吸収された後の前記紫外光は、光ファイバを介して、前記検出部により直接検出されるように構成されている、請求項6に記載のガスまたは液体の検出装置。
