Claims (2)
- 対象物の三次元形状データを点群よりなる対象画像として得る手段と、前記対象画像を構成する各点のうちからアルファシェイプ法によって欠陥候補を抽出する手段と、欠陥候補の周囲にマッチング対象範囲を設定して当該マッチング対象範囲に基づいて、無欠陥のマスタ画像と前記対象画像をマッチングさせる手段と、マッチング状態の前記マスタ画像と前記対象画像で形状差の大きい部分を欠陥と判定する手段とを備える欠陥検出装置。
- ダウンサイジングによって前記マッチング対象範囲の点群を減少させた請求項1に記載の欠陥検出装置。
