Abstract
【解決手段】1000リットルの水に対して2kg乃至4kgの割合で消石灰を溶解させて成る石灰水12の中に、1000リットルの石灰水12に対して1kg乃至1.5kgの割合で、米糠を浸漬させる。この液体に、pHが7〜8となるようpH調整剤を添加して、光合成細菌の培養液を調整する。この光合成細菌の培養液に光合成細菌を加え、培養液の温度を20〜30℃、pHを7〜8に保持した状態で、無曝気にて6〜14日間培養する。培養中、培養液に400〜700nmの波長の光を所定時間照射する。

Claims (6)
- 石灰水に米糠を入れた液体に、pHが7〜8となるようpH調整剤を添加して成ることを特徴とする光合成細菌の培養液。
- 前記石灰水は、1000リットルの水に対して、2kg乃至4kgの割合で消石灰を溶解させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光合成細菌の培養液。
- 前記米糠は加工米糠から成り、前記加工米糠は、3リットルの水に対して、4リットル乃至6リットルの割合で米糠を加えて混合し、その混合液を70℃乃至110℃で加熱後、冷却し乾燥させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光合成細菌の培養液。
- 前記米糠は透水性容器に収容され、前記石灰水1000リットルに対して1kg乃至1.5kgの割合で、前記石灰水中に浸漬されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の光合成細菌の培養液。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の光合成細菌の培養液に光合成細菌を加え、前記培養液の温度を20〜30℃、pHを7〜8に保持した状態で、無曝気にて6〜14日間培養することを特徴とする光合成細菌の培養方法。
- 培養中、前記培養液に400〜700nmの波長の光を所定時間照射することを特徴とする請求項5記載の光合成細菌の培養方法。
