Abstract
Description
図1は、合成ガス生成装置100を説明するための図である。図1に示すように、合成ガス生成装置100は、燃焼炉112と、媒体分離装置(サイクロン)114と、ガス化炉116と、改質炉200と、精製装置300とを含んで構成される。なお、図1中、原料を破線の矢印で、ガスの流れを実線の矢印で、流動媒体(砂)の流れを一点鎖線の矢印で示す。
続いて、改質炉200の具体的な構成について説明する。図2は、改質炉200を説明するための図である。本実施形態の図2をはじめ、以下の図では、垂直に交わるX軸(水平方向)、Y軸(水平方向)、Z軸(鉛直方向)を図示の通り定義している。また、図2中、ガス化炉116で生成された合成ガスX1を黒い塗りつぶしの矢印で示し、燃焼排ガスを破線の矢印で示し、合成ガスX1と燃焼排ガスとが混合された混合ガスをクロスハッチングの矢印で示し、合成ガスX1が改質された合成ガスX2を白抜きの矢印で示す。図2に示すように、改質炉200は、炉本体210と、触媒保持部220と、燃焼排ガス供給部230とを含んで構成される。

Claims (5)
- 原料をガス化して合成ガスを生成するガス化炉と、
前記ガス化炉で生成された合成ガス中のタールを改質する改質炉と、
を備え、
前記改質炉は、
前記合成ガスが流通する流通路と、
前記タールの改質を促進する触媒を前記流通路内に保持する触媒保持部と、
量論比以上の酸素で燃料を燃焼させることで生じた燃焼排ガスを、前記流通路における前記触媒保持部の上流側に設けられた排ガス供給口を通じて該流通路内に供給する燃焼排ガス供給部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする合成ガス生成装置。 - 前記合成ガスを旋回させて、前記流通路における前記排ガス供給口と前記触媒保持部との間に、前記合成ガスの旋回流を形成させる旋回手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成ガス生成装置。
- 前記流通路における前記排ガス供給口と前記触媒保持部との間には、該排ガス供給口から該触媒保持部に向かって流路断面積を狭める絞部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の合成ガス生成装置。
- 前記流通路における前記排ガス供給口と前記触媒保持部との間には、該排ガス供給口から該触媒保持部に向かって流路断面積を広げる拡大部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の合成ガス生成装置。
- 前記燃焼排ガス供給部は、気体燃料を酸素で燃焼させることで生じた燃焼排ガスを前記流通路に供給することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の合成ガス生成装置。
