駆動機を搭載するとともに、該駆動機により回転駆動されるビス締付用のビットを着脱可能に、かつ、回転可能に連結した締付機本体と、
前記締付機本体を、待機位置と、前記ビットがビスを締め付け可能な位置に配置されるように進行させた進行位置とにわたって進退動させる締付機本体案内機構と、
前記締付機本体案内機構の下方に設けられ、前記ビスを挿通させる孔を有する一個のワッシャーを下方に抜け出し可能に収容するとともに、装填されたワッシャーの送り込み方向への移動を規制する可動ラッチ部を備えるワッシャー一時収容部と、多数の前記ワッシャーを積層配置に載置可能なベース板とを有し、締め付け対象箇所上に配置される先端ブロックと、
前記締付機本体案内機構と、前記先端ブロックとの間に配置され、後側に積層配置される多数の前記ワッシャーの収容領域を有するビスとワッシャー供給機構本体と、
前記締付機本体と連動させるワッシャー送り用押圧桿と、前記ビスと前記ワッシャー供給機構本体の前記収容領域の側部から下部にわたって組み込まれ、このワッシャー送り用押圧桿に連動して回動する回動レバーと、前記ワッシャー送り用押圧桿の後退動に伴い、前記ベース板上に積層され前記ビスとワッシャー供給機構本体内に収容される多数の前記ワッシャーのうちの最下段の前記ワッシャーを、前記ワッシャー一時収容部へ自動的に供給するワッシャー送り体であって、前記ワッシャーの外形に対応した円弧状当接部を具備しワッシャーを載せる座面部を備えるワッシャー送り体と、を有し、このワッシャー送り体により前記先端ブロックのベース板上をスライドさせて前記座面部上のワッシャーをワッシャー一時収容部へ自動的に供給し、前記ワッシャー送り用押圧桿の進行位置への進行動に連動して前記回動レバーに連動させた前記ワッシャー送り体を次の一個の前記ワッシャーの供給準備位置へ自動的に戻すワッシャー順次供給機構と、
多数の前記ビスを帯状部材により定間隔で連結したビスロープを繰り出し可能に収容するとともに前記ビスと前記ワッシャー供給機構本体の後部側に着脱可能に配置したビスロープマガジンと、
前記締付機本体と連動させるビス送り用押圧桿と、前記ビスと前記ワッシャー供給機構
本体に組み込まれ、前記ビス送り用押圧桿に連動して移動する前記ビス用の送り爪と、を具備し、前記締付機本体の前記ビットの締め付け可能な位置への進行動に連動する前記ビス送り用押圧桿の進行動に伴って前記送り爪を前記ビスロープマガジンから供給される前記ビスロープの前記各ビスのうちの一個の前記ビスの供給準備位置に自動的に移動させて、前記締付機本体の待機位置への後退動に連動する前記ビス送り用押圧桿の後退動に伴って、後続する前記ビスを前記送り爪により前記ワッシャーの孔との間に同心配置となるように自動的に順に供給するビス順次供給機構と、
を有し、
前記締め付け可能な位置に進行させた前記ビットに対する前記駆動機による回転駆動により、前記ビスを前記可動ラッチ部により位置規制された前記ワッシャーとともに前記ワッシャー一時収容部から下方へ離脱させて、締め付け対象箇所に締め付け固定するように構成したことを特徴とするワッシャー積層供給機構付き連続ビス締め付け機。
